The kindness of the staff, the beauty of the house and the different spots in the hotel where you can relax , the proximity of both the beach and the medina.

The rooms were a good size, clean, good bathroom/shower etc...well presented and the staff were polite (when we could see them!). The breakfast was a highlight as it was huge!

We felt the hotel was expensive for what we experienced. It was also not as near to the beach as they led you to believe and (no surprise) they did not mention the busy road the hotel was located on which meant you constantly heard traffic throughout the day / night. This noise did not make it as relaxing as we thought it would be and it also put us off relaxing in the outdoor space next to the swimming pool. We stayed for Christmas and it lacked atmosphere (although it was the low season so maybe it feels more alive in the spring / summer months).

It's location,it's presentation,it's pool and spa area,it's staff .the hotel represents excellent value for money we would thoroughly recommend it

the management is not in control, since we saw many people arguing and had several arguments ourselves. there was no communication even we did send notes and called and than a lot of miscommunication during our entire stay. in the end we got a nice room but this is not what you expect from your vacation. we really liked the place and it needs to be said, that the entire staff there is tremendously friendly, but for the price they are asking as a riad you can stay in other hotels if you want it a bit more luxury. this one is more authentic for the country though. i think it has seen his best days, water was getting in through the doors, windows and walls, so the rooms smelled moistly, since there was a storm and 3 days of rain.

Can't compete with the wonderfull atmosphere of a Riad, and not competitive at all in terms of price.

Un petit hôtel très agréable , simple mais tout y est , très bien situé près de la médina , face à la plage , un petit espace picine détente très appréciable et un personnel d'une gentillesse exemplaire , disponible et serviable .

La gentillesse de tout le personnel, la proximité de la médina et de la plage, le confort, la propreté , les bons petits déjeuners , le jardin, en France il pourrait paraitre dans le guide "Hôtels de charme"

Ubicación excelente, a cinco minutos andando a la media y en segunda línea fde mar. Fuimos en coche y el coche estuvo aparcado en la puerta del hotel El desayuno muy bueno, y el trato muy bueno por todo el personal

Que no había ascensor, la tv no tenía canales en español.

Très bel établissement, des chambres décorées avec goût, un personnel souriant et attentionné, une proximité immédiate de la medina. La ville en elle-même n'est pas terrible, mais si l'on aime savourer le temps qui coule dans un chouette décor, alors, l'Océan Vagabond est un beau lieu d'étape.

In rapporto al prezzo, diciamo che sono appena sufficenti in tutti I reparti, forse l'unico hotel in marocco ove non ho riscontrato la famosa ospitalità e gentilezza marocchina

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het hotel heeft een heerlijk zwembad met fijne stoelen eromheen waar je kunt genieten van de zon, zonder lastig gevallen te worden door strand- en straatverkopers.

Het ontbijt was niet zo lekker, kwalitatief matig, zeker vergeleken met de rest van get hotel.

Blev väl mottagen med mintte o goda kakor, Fick ett finare rum trots bokning av ett billigare pga lågsäsong (juli). Underbart rum, skön säng, balkong o minibar. Skön pool utan klor, dricka serverad vid solsängen. väldigt god frukost!

El hotel tiene encanto y está bien situado.

Sus instalaciones, nos pusieron una cama supletoria con las tres lamas centrales rotas (dos rotas y una inexistente), toda la estructura metálica oxidada, estaba inservible. La situación muy desagradable. La habitación estaba sucia y olía mal. En el edredón, en un cojín y en una cortina ( el estado de las cortinas era lamentable, estaban rotas) había manchas oscuras de procedencia desconocida que olían mal. La "suite" Pondichery" para tres personas era muy pequeña, en realidad era una habitación doble con una cama supletoria. Para compensarnos de todas estas deficiencias nos ofrecieron o una cena o un masaje. Acordamos el masaje y por dos días no llegamos a la primera cita y se anulaba el masaje correspondiente. El segunda día descubrimos que al finalizar el Ramadán habían cambiado la hora y nosotros no nos habíamos dado cuenta (todos nuestros dispositivos de Apple seguían teniendo la hora anterior) pero como estando en las instalaciones del hotel no nos avisaron en ningún momento de la cita. Es incomprensible.
