The rooms were pretty and clean. The location was perfect. Nice swimming-pool. Breakfast was good. The airconditioning was not so good. It didn't worked that well. |

The staff in this hotel, particularly on the reception desk, where very unfriendly, they provided no information on the hotel, surrounding area. When we asked questions during our stay we found the one gentleman on the desk very unhelpful and spoke to us like we were annoying him! We also requested a double bed and were assigned twins. |

Mooie kamer met flat screen tv, rustige ligging maar toch dicht bij strand. Receptie zou taxi naar vliegveld regelen. Ondanks aantal malen zeggen dat dit gedaan moest worden bleek er geen taxi besteld. Overigens zeiden ze dat ze een prijs van 170 Dirham bedongen hadden dus hebben niet zelf onderhandeld. Toen er uiteindelijk kwam gingen we er dus van uit dat we 170 moesten betalen en kregen toen gezeur omdat chaufeeur van nix wist. Overigens geen verdere minpunten. |

Hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité prix, avec petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Excellente situation dans Agadir à la fois proche du centre ville et de la plage. Gentillesse du personnel Le personnel de réception a des difficultés à répondre aux questions pratiques en dehors du sejour à l'hôtel ( resto extérieur, shoping,..... ) |

Ik kon makkelijk mijn gereserveerde 3 dagen beperken tot 1 dag zonder problemen. Dit heb ik ook gedaan omdat Hotel tegen viel. Hotel was nog steeds oud/gehorig en totaal niet een 4 sterren hotel. Ontbijtbuffet was erg matige kwaliteit. |

Ottimo hotel, bella piscina, ottima posizione. (Agadir però in questa stagione, ottobre, non è il massimo x la nebbia che sale dall'oceano e che cala solo nel pomeriggio con la relativa umidità, c'è il sole solo dalle 14 alle 18!). SpA a pagamento, anche per i clienti dell'Hotel (meglio avvisare il cliente di questo particolare nella pubblicità dell'hotel presso il sito !!). |

La colazione è tra le più complete che abbia mai visto Il bagnino era di un'antipatia unica. L'ascensore è di circa mezzo metro quadro. Il design dell'hotel è rimasto agli anni 50 come tutti gli elementi che compongono la struttura. |

Потрясающий, хоть и небольшой, парк-сад, цветущий разнообразнейшими цветами, с тенистыми уголками (что для Африки безусловный плюс). Атмосфера спокойствия, даже безмятежности. Тактичный и предупредительный персонал. Удобное месторасположение. Отель не предоставляет шампунь и гель для душа, что очень неожиданно, и для прибывающих поздно крайне неудобно. Нет минибара-холодильника, что для Африки -- проблема. Кондиционер в номере не достаточно мощный. |
