The staff was very friendly and helpfull, very clean hotel, perfect location, very central. Swimming pool was good, breakfast was fair. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Actually everything was excellent!
Not enough sun lounges for guests. Breakfast was badly organised and a bun fight
The location was good for access to the trains and supratours buses. The facilities were excellent and it was extremely clean.
I had to get a taxi to the Jemma el Fna and wasn't too sure about cost. The prices in the bar were very high.
My boyfriend and I were not aloud to buy our own water from outside the hotel. We had to pay 1000 Dirhams for some spots on our sheet (coulor from roses). The wi-fi is only free for charge in the lobby and it's often out of order.
Breakfast is good.
WIFI is weak. Reception lady is impatient. The design of facilities is not convenient for using. For instance, the bathtub is built with very high base. It's difficult for people to enter. Specifically, it's dangerous to step out of tub with water.
A good place to stay in.
Pool and breakfast are amazing. Hotel is next to theatre and train station.
Very lovely and comfortable accommodations...breakfast was good, dinner in Moroccan restaurant over priced and average....
No wifi the entire stay
Very friendly, helpful and happy staff. Great pool for hot days!
We faired better when getting our own taxi's into town, rather than those led our way by door staff. We never felt we were being ripped off, rather given a full sales pitch rather than just a ride.
Close to train station
Highly unprofessionnal and unwelcoming staff. Wrote a complaint letter to management
The bowling and the Italian next door.
The rude staff, dull breakfast, hole in the shower ceiling, putting us in the incorrect room and the freezing swimming pool.
Road works out side it was very noisy day and night.
its location room was big and staff did a good job in keeping the hotel clean not station is next door and resturants super market 10min walk madina is 20 min taxi ride cost 30 to 40 dirhams
wifi was poor no service in room and very slow in lobby and pool side last day they started asking for deposit of 200 dirhams for pool towels as security
Getting to the hotel took under 20 mins from Menara airport. Location to nearby attractions. Location to train station. Nearby cafes. Clean hotel.
I had left a comment with the hotel, (whilst booking), that i will be arriving around 2 - 4am on a saturday morning. we were met with an incompetent, unreasonable receptionist for a 5 star hotel. who continued to tell is it was FRIDAY NIGHT and not saturday morning, because he does the friday night shift only and our rooms will not be available until tommorow (i.e. sunday) when my booking form showed a date for saturday. he cotinued to scream about the day being friday (and not saturday - which it was- in case anyone got lost with this circus of a reception) when i asked what options we had available, he said the hotel was full and we had to come back tommorow. i know the hotel was not full, becayse rooms were still available when i checked on booking.com. i had just come off a flight it was 2.30am and the last thing i needed was a hostile individual with zero manners. i would have been more than happy to pay an additional amount for the few hours until our check in time. however he refused to be of any help at all. the lack of competence of this person is staggering. we had to spend that morning in the hotel lounge. anyone thinking of arriving here between the hours of 12 am- 12pm. DONT! i have been to lower rating hotels who have more class and etiquette of dealing with customers. this person is a joke. the nightmare didnt end there. when leaving and at the reception desk to pay. another male receptionist, added on an additional 150 MAD. he refuse to acknowledge the booking form total (which we converted from sterling) and would only acknowledge the EURO conversion rate. and when he coudnt justify why he had added on an additonal sum, he also resorted to getting flustered and screaming at us to move to the lounge because he 'didnt have the time'. this is the general pattern with the this hotel. they have no communication skills. instead of explaining the situation which is all i had asked for. they resort to behiving in a barbaric maner.
Opposite to train station. No need for taxi-just walk across. In the town centre.
Same breakfast for the 3 nights stay.
The hotel is very luxurious and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The location is 10 minutes from the Medina which costs 20 dirham to go there by taxi. We had breakfast and this was good. The rooms are clean, well equipped and with airco. The hotel has a nice swimming pool where you can relax during the day on comfortable sunbeds and with drinks and food.
The only remark is that the beds are quite hard.
The hotel was nice a fresh
The wi-fi kept losing connection
Nice clean room Friendly staff Location Good price when I booked Free wifi
The food is only mediocre and overpriced. WIFI range and quality was hit and miss
Convenient overnight pint to or from airport. Very good pool area and choice of dinning options. Excellent doormen who hailed taxi's for us.
Wi Fi is payable in rooms but free in lobby. BUT it didn't work in the lobby and I really object to paying for this nowadays. Even the very basic Riads offer free WI Fi everywhere. Essential
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. All the staff are extremely polite and helpful, and the rooms are just divine!
We only had the breakfast included in our stay, and whilst there was nothing really to fault with it, be sensible with the time you choose to go.
Very good position in the quiet and nice "new town" 2 minutes (by taxi) from The Medina. Nice pool, good breakfast, very clean
For overbooking we had to spend The first night in a room of the "red hotel", in the same building but less comfortable and cheaper, with the discomfort of unpacking and packing once more. But they offered us a dinner to apologise
-good location, near to train station. - the rest ok.
Wifi difficult to connect n slow.
Location was excellent, staff were helpful.
As Muslims, and holidaying in a Muslim country, it would have been good if the staff greeted with Assalaamualaykum, instead of bonjour!
Large room and very good value for money.
