It was very good for the price - and could not easily be improved, except......

.... a lift would be nice, as the stairs were high and steep!

It is ok for the rates, has a nice swimming pool, to cold in the date I went, rooms are comfortable

Internet doesn't work in the room I was, they don´t have a pc available for guest staff it's ok, but so much to learn about service

Located in a good area. We got a good deal for 3 nights. Far enough away from the mayhem of the Medina but only a short taxi ride (about 20DM) to the centre. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Very disappointed. We arrived with reservation at 9pm and hotel refused us claiming they dont have it in system and that hotel is full. They gave us some number to csll, which spoke only arabic. Only after threatening to make a big deal out of this with booking.com, we were given room n. 13, the worst, smelliest and filthiest one with broken chairs, loud ac and windo to the hallway (which was noisy) Attitude of personell below zero..

The location of the hotel is perfect. Lots of restaurants etc. close by and an easy trip into the centre of town.

Very little wi-fi connection. Bar very small and barman not very welcoming.

The hotel was in a very good position for the city centre and within easy walking distance. Staff were helpful

We had half-board booking, although breakfast was very basic it was ok. The evening meals however were limited (only two choices) and left us looking for somewhere else to eat afterwards.

It was reasonably priced for what it is.

The front desk staff were indifferent and almost desultory. Breakfast was adequate, but I felt as though I were being grudgingly served in a rudimentary buffet/chow line style.

We got a spacious room with a small balcony. The room and hotel itself were clean and comfy. Easy location close to the train station.

Air-con made interesting noises during the night, we were fine with it, but light sleepers might have issues. Reception staff was not the most customer friendly, and tried to cash-in 6x breakfast,despite we had none ( booked a room without breakfast). This was all sorted out just by pointing out the error. Considering we found cheaper and better Riads after this hotel, the price feels a bit high compared.

The hotel is served by a very pleasant staff. Very helpful info. The standard of the rooms is poor compared to European hotel standards, but otherwise fine for a short stay. It is served at breakfast the following: 3 kinds of bread, butter, hard boiled eggs, three types of jam, olives, sliced ​​tomato, weiner croissant, orange juice, tea and coffee. It is not allowed to take items bought at the shop in the hotel, so you must take a backpack when going out to shop. Very short distance to restaurants, massagestudio, pub, cinema, atm Machine ect ...

Good price, close to Gueliz / train station

Booked room with double bed, they gave us two singles. When we complained, they got the cleaning staff to make up the bed as a double with double sheets and double quilt - was comfortable in the end. Our room was noisy - near the elevator.

One front desk attendant was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He gave us directions to a lot of places and introduced us to a guide that made the trip fun. One valet took a picture of me and my group and they helped lock up our luggage when we checked out and wanted to see more of the city.

The wifi was horrible and spotty. They charged way too much for a small cup of coffee. They refused to print me a copy of my bill and one attendant was exceptionally rude. When I asked for help in getting a taxi, they just pointed me to a street where I could find one. I still do not yet know if I have been double charged but will check soon.

Good location in Gueliz - near main roads but in quiet side street with easy access by bus, taxi or even on foot to the Medina and airport. Very clean and comfortable rooms with heating/ac, hairdryer etc.

Breakfast not varied enough and orange juice very disappointing

Good budget accommodation. Basic but adequate. Good location. Staff helpful - a misunderstanding was sorted out very quickly.

The breakfast looks abundant but is in fact all carbs. No fruit available and the coffee is not nice.

value for money place close to the station of the bus and train and all major sight seeing and shopping areas of marrakesh

Very nice and helpful staff ... not too far from airport. Easy access to a tax walking distance to markets ... few restaurants close by.

The pool was little cold... small breakfast bar.

Gli orari della colazione non vengono rispettati. Non si puo portare l acqua dentro l hotel, obbligano le persone a comprarla dall albergo.

前台服务员，我们去询问剪头发，他就带到我们他认识的定点理发厅以便他拿回扣。还有早点简直是难吃要死。3- 人间稍微有点小。

A part la situation géographique (à deux pas de l'arrêt de la navette aéroport, du bus touristique, de l'office de tourisme, des loueurs de voiture), nous n'avons absolument rien apprécié dans cet hôtel !

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec terrasse située dans un patio. A notre arrivée nous avons été parqués dans une chambre minable, minuscule, sans une chaise pour s'asseoir, au 2ème étage d'un bâtiment sans charme. La chambre n'était pas faite : draps sales roulés en boule sur les lits, sol crasseux et salle de bains répugnante; je ne parle pas des toilettes ! Nous avons attendu une heure avant que quelqu'un daigne venir préparer la chambre : le réceptacle de la balayette wc a été vidé dans le lavabo et nettoyé avec la serpillère marronnase et dégueulasse utilisée ensuite pour la baignoire puis le sol : beurk, beurk, beurk ! Verres à dents pleins de dentifrice séché au fond, dessus de lits et rideaux tachés.Panne d'éléctricité, donc pas de clim ni de lumière pour utiliser la salle de bain, noir complet dans le couloir pendant près de 2 heures... Petit déj' immonde. Personnel fainéant et pas agréable. De plus, les petits déj' nous ont été imposés, alors que le site permettait de choisir ou non cette option. La "bonne femme" agressive qui nous a reçus nous a jeté un "pourquoi pas de déjeuner?" sur un ton épouvantale et nous a facturé plus cher que ce qui était prévu lors de la résa. Bref, pour rien au monde nous ne retournerons dans cet hôtel, qui d'ailleurs a été supprimé de certains guides depuis qq années, tout s'explique ! C'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus d'un hôtel réservé sur booking.com, site en qui nous continuons à avoir une totale confiance. L'hôtel raconte des histoires pour appâter le client, mais ce sont des malhônnêtes.
