Located in the heart of the historic and cultural centre of Marrakech and 10 minutes from the famous Jemaâ-el-Fna Square, Riad de Vinci welcomes you in a typical setting.
Score from 184 reviews Wonderful
Riad Oumaima is a palace-style guesthouse, a 10-minute walk through the souks (markets) to Jeema-El-Fna square. It offers an interior patio with a heated plunge pool and a rooftop sun terrace.
Score from 151 reviews Very good
In the heart of the medina (historic quarter), this traditional riad is 2 minutes from Jamaâ El Fna Square.
Score from 94 reviews Excellent
With a rooftop terrace and panoramic views of Marrakech’s Old Medina and the Atlas Mountains, this riad features an authentic Moroccan design.
Score from 82 reviews Very good
dodgy wifi but its probably due to it being morroco
Breakfast on the roof terrace was a joy. The staff are friendly but the faces changed quite often - we arrived on a local holiday weekend. We ate two evenings in the Riad and the meals were good. You need to book your meal the previous day. Enjoyed sunbathing on the roof with trips down to the groundfloor for quick dips in the very refreshing small pool. Would certainly go back.
Not much to complain about here. Lights in the room were a bit on the dim side and there was no rose wine available at the second meal. How bad is that? In the medina alcohol is available in very few places so if you like a dram in the evening remember to bring duty free!
Stuff are very friendly and helpful. Environment of the hotel is super cool Fantastic location !
TV was not working Found few bugs in the bathroom ( not a big deal for me, but an excellent hotel should pay attention on this )
Beautiful quiet Riad within a 10 minute walk to the souks. Great staff. Large rooms
Good to relax. Staff were helpful
Room was much smaller than the description implied. Walk to town was around 15 mins. Wi-fi only works downstairs or occasionally upstairs Taxes had been paid in our bill and an extra bed, but we had to prove payment!
Lovely riad. Poite staff.
Lack of blankets. There was only a duvet cover on bed and it got cool in early hours of morning.
We was staying as a group of 12 for a stag party. Abdul the main host couldn't do more for us, he and the staff were very friendly. We had meals on the roof terrace both evenings, all 12 of us thought the food was amazing. If you want traditional then this is the place, but also has a feel of luxury with the amenities. Not too far from the main square, I'd say a good 10 minutes by foot, but at least you get a good chance too see places on the way. I'll certainly be taking my soon wife to be, to stay in this amazing Riad.
Staff were friendly.
Very dull in the rooms and bathrooms. Carpets not clean. No choice for breakfast. Very small indoor pool. Roof terrace furniture in poor repair and cushions very stained .
The inside has an authentic Riad feel.
Little or no Englsh information.Rooms have no tea or coffee facilities and are quite old and worn ..could be cleaner.
The fact that we were able to leave after 1 night & find somewhere else.
Everything about it. We were so disappointed when we arrived. We hadn't been allocated the room we had booked and when we asked to speak to the manager we were told she wasn't available. Eventually she arrived & was so rude. I have never experienced such bad customer service. We did manage to swap rooms but only because I negotiated with another couple. It was still awful though the room was filthy. Rugs & towels threadbare. The radiator covers were thick with dust. I spent the whole of our first night emailing booking.com to arrange a move the following day & looking for a different Riad. I had booked it as a treat for my daughter's birthday but it was as disaster. It is more like a bad 2 star Riad. Judging from other reviews that we found since as a result of this the owner will respond making out that everything was our fault! Do not stay here trust me it's see as dreadful.
The staff were really helpful and nice.
Our room seemed quite dark and small. Was very noisy so couldn't get much sleep.
Friendly staff, perfect breakfast. Top location, with Hamam on the corner ! Regards, Hans H Netherlands
Good location, friendly receptionist
Extremly lood aircon which is not working well --> very hot room; very hard beds
