In Marrakesh’s souks (markets), this riad is just a 5 minute walk from Jamaâ el Fna Square. You can relax in the outdoor swimming pool or sit on the rooftop terrace and admire the views of the city.
Score from 130 reviews Very good
In the heart of the Medina, this 17th-century riad is a 10-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square and 650 ft from Ben Youssef Madrasa.
Score from 237 reviews Excellent
This guesthouse is a 10-minute walk from Jemaa El-Fna Square. It offers free Wi-Fi, a patio with a plunge pool and a rooftop, shaded terrace with views of the Marrakech Medina. The property has a spa....
Score from 250 reviews Wonderful
This luxurious hotel is a 2-minute walk from the famous Jamaâ El Fna Square. It features a Clarins Spa, a hot tub and the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees.
Score from 546 reviews Very good
The location was perfect........an oasis of tranquility and peace amid the craziness and vibrancy of the souk outside. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, yet discreet affording us the privacy to relax, unwind and enjoy the whole ambiance
Having to leave to come home!
Beautiful property, rooms and suites are large and comfortable. Pool perfect for cooling down, and hotel is such a calm environment. Great location too.
- Staff was very attentive! - It really is a palace and feels like it! - Breakfast is so nice and lunch and dinner as well - the location is perfect, you walk right into the medina and there are some nice places to lunch across the street as well.
Beautiful property, including rooms and suites. Very comfortable bed, good shower facilities. Pool a good size for this type of property. Breakfasts and other meals great too. So well located for the medina, Djemma el Fna, Koutoubia Mosque etc.
WiFi patchy and TV channel choice poor.
Nice big room, breakfast in our own private terrace. Quite and peaceful from the medina despite being in the medina. Nice pool (small but enough to cool off). Beautiful garden. All the staff were so nice! Always smiling. All spoke good English.
Same breakfast everyday. We got a bit bored after few days. Internet connection was not very good.

Some street noise from room Bar prices
Myself and my boyfriend stayed for 4 night and were thoroughly impressed, staff were helpful and attentive and the surrounding very peaceful and tranquil compared with the hustle and bustle of outside. Very central location near to souls and main square but in walking distance of main attractions. Would recommend.
Wifi was a bit intermittent but then rarely used it so it didn't matter. Air conditioning into in our room could do with replacing as one side of it didn't work.
The hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the chaotic medina. Very good location, big rooms and an amazing swimming pool to refresh from the heat. Food was good and it is nice to seat by the pool for a relaxing meal outdoors.
No complaints, would definitly recommend it!
Pretty much everything. Most relaxing hotel stay ever. From the terrace of the Koutoubia Suite you could pretty much imagine the whole place was your own. Astonishingly tranquil, a real haven from the world cup.
Staff were attentive and friendly Loved having breakfast on our terrace Lovely food Excellent pool and sunbeds
Couldn't run the bath as shower setting only Would prefer tea and coffee making in room
Great Position, Quiet but in the centre of everything. Staff were very attentive.
Stayed in the Royal Suite. The plumbing is 20 years out of date.Slight musty smell in the room
location, near the media.
cleanliness of the room was not 100%, but we view the royal suite which seemed to be up to par.
The Riad is beautifull and located in the middle of the Medina. You can walk anywhere. The staff was incredibly warm and always caring us. Breakfast is incredible
Our stay was too short!!
Good location, nice building. Comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful.
Some of the fixtures, especially in the bathroom, were quite old. Pool wasn't heated at all and had bugs in it. Breakfast was not great - just a lot of bread products. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
I had fun
Can't fault it-really enjoyed our stay.
Would have liked to see deck chairs around pool as didn't use it with people sitting around it. But this is minor
Lovely decor and convenient location.
Room was beautiful, shabby chic. Quiet but right in the Medina. Front-line junior staff were very good and friendly.
Overcharging by management for concierge services, particularly taxi to airport was 3 times the going rate. Better be independent for cabs!
The hotel was pretty quiet so it felt that we had it to ourselves
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went beyond the ordinary to fulfill our every request. The restaurant was very good. The location was perfect; you could explore in the souks and then retreat to a quiet oasis. We returned with some friends for dinner one evening after we had initially stayed there for four nights and we were welcomed back with this: "welcome back, this is your home". How nice!!!
The situation is perfect, inside the Medina, close to main attractions, restaurants, etc. Fantastic building, with lovely patio and swimming pool. Beautifully decorated.
The personnel attending was not very proffesional, did not provide useful information. When we went to have breakfast they took half an hour to serve it, so we had to leave because our trip to Essaouira was departing. The room was cold and did not have heating facilities. Service should be improved, it could be a top riad in Marrakech if they make the effort.
