The staff was gracious and accommodating. All of our needs were attended to like a four star hotel. The Palais dates to the 1200s and has a beautiful ambience and yet is modernized for comfort. We had our best Moroccan dinner there. It is inside the medina on one of the only streets with cars (the road was added about 30 years ago). We enjoyed the rooftop views of the medina. The mint tea was the best we had and the staff kindly taught me how to make it. They called a good taxi for us (hard to come by).

There are a lot of narrow stair cases with extra big steps and without rails. This was good exercise but could be problematic for disabled or frail people.

Beautiful. Great hospitality. The old Morocco you imagine from the movies.

I didn't realize how many stairs would be there and my mother has a bad knee. But it is understandable because the building is centuries old.

A magical experience. Wonderful building with great views of old Fes. Lovely staff. Great food. Highly recommended.

Nothing but be aware that there are lots of stairs with no handrail and there is no elevator. You need to phone ahead if you want valet parking - the public parking lot is a long walk away and the hotel is not on a street.

Terrific location just outside the medina but very close to Bab Er Cif, so you can get a cab easily. Amazing food at the restaurant, awesome views of Fez and surroundings, and the building itself is literally a palace so it couldn't be more beautiful. Very attentive staff.

Only one person on staff speaks English, which isn't really a problem if you know French or Arabic. Not a good hotel for anyone who can't walk up several flights of stairs.

Palais de Fès isn't just a luxury riad, but it is a heaven for people who want to have a timeless serenity. Ideally located in the medina, just very few stepq away from all the most important attractions of the beautiful medina(old city). Amazing staff and management, value for money is incredible and the food was unforgettable, it was so delicious that we were eating in house everyday. Honestly, Palais de Fès is an unforgettable experience that i recommend to anyone of you who want to discover the jewels of Fès in a place where luxury meets history.

I had such a great time in this amazing place. Everything was great... The dishes are exquisite, The manager (miss ghita taxi) was always present And was very bothered about the confort of their guests. I felt myself very good at this place and it will be a pleasure to come back an other day. I recommend this place to anyone looking at visiting fes and discovering the diversity of the Moroccan culture.

It is an old palace with beautiful decorations, comfortable, very well located close to the Medina, a parking is located within walking distance. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is quite good. We really liked the place.

The palace is huge and you can get lost but not really a problem at all. It is great to discover. Lot of stairs to go all the way to the restaurant but beautiful view of the town so worth it.

This place is great, the staff cares really about the clients and the manager (miss Ghita Tazi) is a wonderful person who is able to do whatever is possible in order to satisfy the guests and to make them feel home. Besides, the typical dishes are exquisite and served on a terrace offering a breathtaking view on the old city of the imperial Fes. I had such a stunning moments in this amazing place and I will certainly come back there. In one sentence "Palais Fès Dar Tazi is to place to be in this beautiful city".

Riad La Maison verte is a must to visit, Perfect location which allows anyone seeking to visit the old medina with it's beautiful monuments, traditional shops and delicious food. Our expectations my family and myself were way exceeded in terms of service, cleanliness of the rooms, and all the areas in the property, we realized that it has an excellent value for money we spent. the best thing that impressed us is the high friendliness of the whole staff at a point they provided a babysitter for my 2 daughters for an evening while we had a romantic dinner my wife and I. Thank you again , We'll come back for summer holidays.

A beautiful view over the nearby medina. Well kept authentic riad. Helpfull staff speaking French and English and a good cuisine both breakfast as dinner. Delevering cost efficient and relaible airport shuttle as well a guide for the first visit of the medina. A place not to miss.

Toilet and bathroom are rather small, but the nice room compensates it.

The room was exactly what it looks like on the website. Very comfortable ,spacious and clean . The riad had a beautiful view of the city . We definitely felt welcome and had a home from home experience. The staff was very accommodating and went out of there way to make sure my family had everything we needed. Very nice people! I would highly recommend my friends and family to stay here .

The only issue I had is that being a family of four the hot water would run out in the room quite before everyone could have a shower.

Very caring staff. They arranged what we asked for, were friendly and caring. They arranged a taxi from the bus station and even gave us a box of cakes for our travel when we left. Very good food and excellent breakfast.

A bit expensive in the restaurant..

Absolutely stunning place (I can believe it's former life as a palace!) in the medina. Location was perfect, room was beautiful, staff (especially manager Ghita) literally went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were pleased with our room, and our dining experiences. Breakfast (included) was superb, and dinner in the restaurant was a delicious experience and great value. The airport pick-up was a life-saver, as we arrived near midnight. Staff arranged an official guide (in English) for a tour of the medina, and a professional driver for a day trip out of the city. (At reasonable cost.) I truly feel we have friends in Fes now, and will certainly return if we get an opportunity to travel here again. Thank you!

Ghita, hotel manager and owner, is the best hotel hostess I've ever had the luck to experience. Location is also superb and the stunning city views from the terrace are unforgetable. Service is unique with a helpful staff ready to make you feel as much confortable as possible.

WiFi at our room was not working as it should.
