The rooms are luxurious at a decent price. The swimming pools, gardens and golf are enticing. We have rarely come across such unfriendly and badly trained staff (across the board, except for the bell boys). At one point during breakfast, we wondered if we were being trapped by some sort of candid camera - but it was real. |

The room was clean and well presented. The staff were generally polite and helpfull. The pool was excellent and the proximity and general standard of the golf course very good. The bar prices and some of the restaurants were over priced. |

I enjoyed the swimming pools and the beautiful gardens surrounding it. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Le Grand Bleu pool restaurant food was very enjoyable but little expensive. I wouldnt recommend eating at Narjis restaurant, my wife and I got very sick from eating there. |

Heel mooi hotel met prima faciliteiten. Heerlijk om na de drukte in de medina hier bij te komen. We hebben eerst paar dagen in een kleine riad gelogeerd en dit was prima om bij te komen en niets te doen! Jammer dat in de diverse restaurants niets te doen was in deze periode. De receptie had niet gereageerd op de vraag over airport service bij de boeking. Zodoende was er geen shuttle service meer beschikbaar voor vertrek omdat we maar 2 dagen in dit hotel verbleven. Op de reservering stond ook dat er div. ontbijtmenu's waren, maar er was alleen een ontbijtbuffet buiten. Niet erg, maar het klopte niet. Dat ontbijt ging er trouwens nogal chaotisch aan toe door gasten van een conferentie; het leek wel of men niet door had hoeveel gasten zouden komen ontbijten. |

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr sehr schön für Leute die nur am Pool liegen und Golf spielen möchten . Den ganzen Tag Luxus genießen und sich verwöhnen lassen da unsere Freunde Golfer sind , haben wir das Hotel auch gebucht. Die Lage in der Einöde, man kam nur per Hotel-Shuttel oder Taxi (20,00 Euro )aus der Anlage herraus . Die Mini - Bar Preise Dose Bier - Wasser 0,33 5.00 E waren nicht gerechtfertigt . Die Trinkhalle in der Wüste . Frühstück pro Nase 30,00 E. |
