The actual hotel was nice. The Pool (aside from not being able to get a bed over the weekend) was fine.

The service and staff were absolutely terrible. Aside from two people they actually made us feel very unwelcome not at all what you expect from this class of hotel. The Pool situation was very bad at the weekend and was not well thought out by the hotel. The restaurants / drinks etc all very over priced. The Hotel has a car service but never let us use this instead ringing us old clapped out Taxi's that were not really road worthy even when taking us to an event like a wedding. Overall we were extremely disappointed. It seemed they only catered for large conferences.

It a had everything I wanted. Pool gym comfort sunshine!

But that came at aprice! Teaming with staff and all facilities it was ludicrously expensive. Sushi and a bottle of water cost me £87 at nikki beach. Cheapest glass of wine was £19 evening meals approx £40. there are too many staff, which meant half the time there was an air of bewilderment. Often had to remind them of my order which irritated me at first and amused me by the end one day by the pool I had to wait so long for a pizza and coffee I lost my temper and cancelled. A french party of 8 were served before me. Likewise I would not recommend to single people. Family's seem to take priority. I jokingly describe this place as the Raffles of Marrakesh......but it aint that good. Sorry

We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious, the staff is friendly and classy.

Wifi doesnt work too well. Leroys Kfe's menu is kinda meager- the room service one is better. The guide guys hanging around the entrance are kind of insistent- it's ncie to get a hanger on to ruin your city trip whom you have to pay to leave you alone. Ours dragged us into all sorts of shops and we had to be rather forceful to make him go away.

The outside pool area is nice, but the pool is not heated and the staff is non at-tentative. The kids-club was nice and it was possible to get babysitters with short notice during evening time.

- Greating at arrival was poor and you had to look to find people to help you with luggage. - Check-in was not smooth and staff was disfunctional and arguing among themselves - Inside breakfast hall was dirty and understaffed, not a nice experience - Room-service was a disaster and we had to walk to the reception to get help 3 times out of five. No one answers on the phone even after ten attempts. - In short the hotel seemed dysfunctional with staff not well trained, very far from the five stars they claim to have - Food in restaurants on the hotel (which is huge and offers many alternatives) was not impressive at all which is a surprise given the high standard in Marrakesh at similar five star hotels - My sincere recommendation is to go somewhere else if you visit Marrakesh, there are a lot of hotels that all offer much better standards across the line

Standard/international hotel, with no (extreme) surprises: nice swimming for kids, golf, spa, choice of very ordinary, international cuisine restaurants. Easy access to town with the hotel shuttle (though it does not go very often!). The kids were (overall)satisfied, so parents ok. Moroccans are very warm and kind to kids so kids are happy.

- You need to check every bill/invoice because they (the bar and the restaurants) will systematically double/triple charge. This is surprising coming from 5star hotel!!! (It could have been 'inadvertent' if the mistakes were random, but they were always in Hotel's favor.....mmmm????) - The carpets need a good shampoo (in the rooms they smell of dirty feet!) - We were in ground floor rooms, and every morning starting at 8:30am, furniture would be moved VERY noisily in rooms above us....

Very very slow waiters in restaurants and food arrived late. Not the best taste of food in restaurants. BUt when we had the buffet during the day at conference; excellent.

The staff is the most important thing that it has impressed me. Thez are very nice people, well qualified, helpful and I am very proud by the quality of your staff compared to European hotel staff, thez deserve all our consideration!

Maybe, you have to think about the quality of the carpet In the corridors, sometimes there is a bad smell.

There was no shisha during the day time, the Arabic night club was big mess, they were cheating in the payment, they were too expensive, there was no special treatment for the hotel guests.

Far from Marrakech when you want to visit the city but convenient shuttle and car service from the hotel

Le calme de l'endroit Les jardins Le buffet du petit déjeuner L'aménagement de l'hôtel (mobilier, bar, réception, piscine). L'excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Problème d'organisation du personnel et de l'hôtel en général lorsque celui ci reçoit des groupes. Nous avons été privés durant 2 jours sur 3 du buffet du déjeuner (obligation de dejeuner au snack avec des plats pas vraiment locaux) et n'avons pas pu profiter d'un excellent couscous durant tout notre séjour. Déçu sur le comportement du personnel de la piscine qui, sans nous avoir prévenu, avait attribué nos matelas à d'autres clients le temps de notre déjeuner.

Les petits dejeuners absolument catastrophiques!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!les 2 premiers jours corrects dans un restaurant de l,hotel ensuite , au club house ,épouvantables ,tasses couteaux assiettes à réclamer 10 fois ,le plus souvent à 9h plus de viennoiseries etc etc . D'autre part nous pensions être dans les suites mais elles étaient fermées!

Le fait d,être directement sur le golf et son fonctionnement sans probléme .Trés bien du moins d'aprés nos amis golfeurs!

Les petits dejeuners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Refusant de nous trouver dans le noir dans une espéce de salle affreuse destinée aux séminaires nous avons pris nos petits dejeuners (du moins une tasse de café avec 3 toasts ,du beurre liquide ,une tasse obtenue un jour apés 7 demandes ,le plus souvent nous avons tartiné sur la table sans assiette et en partageant les couteaux à plusieurs et en allant chercher des serviettes sur les autres tables) au club house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Des petits dejeuners comptés en plus le jour du départ. Le petit dejeuner étant un des plaisirs es vacances ,je vous laisse imaginer notre opinion!

Les jardins magnifiques, le fait d'être loin de l'agitation de Marrakech,les navettes avec la ville, la qualité du restaurant de l'hotel, la gentilesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre

Un groupe de 360 italiens bruyants d'une même entreprise qui ont monopolisé la piscine. Le spa un peu triste et vieillissant La grande bouteille d'eau facturée 60 dirhams contre 20 ou 25 habituellement dans un hotel.

Les chambres sont très spacieuses et vraiment fonctionnelles, l'hôtel est très agréable.

La décoration de la chambre manque un peu de design a mon goût!

Le confort, la qualité des jardins, la gentillesse du personnel.

Le manque total d'expérience , de professionnalisme du personnel de salle, tous restaurants compris.
