Beautiful room, more than 100 sq/m, nice furnitures, very well equipped, excellent value for money. Reception personnel is very kind and polite but need some training to achieve higher quality standards, and speed procedures up. |

Beautiful area and decoration comfortable beds. They upgraded us to a 3 bedroom which was nice. Check in and out was done quickly. refridgerator did not work, toilet pulled away from wall and ready fall to the floor we discovered this late at night. Floors very dirty, large holes in the wall in living room with exposed wires. The restaurant was self serve we waited for 15 minutes for waiter to get drink order, we were only able to get 1 plate of food and then were told they were closed, tried to charge $200.00 US |

the rooms are very comfortable and clean and quiet I have a comment regarding the restaurant hours. I mean in marrakesh it is so hot during the day, I would have liked to stay by the pool late and have dinner and drink. Closing at 10 or so is too early for summer nights. |

The fact that the room opened directly onto mature gardens. The Village is still under construction and some facilities are a bit weak, such as the restaurant. The check in was unproffessional because the staff lacked proper training. |

beautiful pool (a bit cold); very calm place far out from the city; nice kithen, we cooked/ate in several times. we rented a car and drove... not easy to find/no signs from the highway... no real street signs anywhere in the country, so this was not a big suprise. Without a car i don't see this hotel being very convenient - there is nothing nearby. |

The apartment was gorgeous! I loved the landscape and interior decorations. The pool was great too. The staff was really slow and it took over an hour to check in and almost 2 hours to check out. |
