me and my friends have really enjoyed staying in this place. it was very safe and quiet. i fully recommend it for anyone trying to run away from the city noise and stress.
the furniture was a bit out of order and you definitely need a taxi or a car rental to commute from this place to any where.
The gardens, helpful staff, lovely, clean 3 bedroom apartment. Being a cat person I loved the cats around the resort. Being November we did not go swimming but the pools were clean and looked inviting, Large pond with stunning carp
10 euros for a taxi every time we wanted to go to the centre, a shuttle bus would be a good idea expensive on site and not well stocked. Shop,
just you to warm your swimming pool water sometimes
Beautiful garden, great pool, great and comfortable home. We used a rental car, without the car more difficult to transport. The hotel web site wrong GPS coordinates. The correct coordinates: E31 N007 40505 59146. The address is hard to find without a GPS.
Do not remember you're in Africa. Every great if you do not mind.
Every thing was to much bad
Property is beautiful and in a calm location with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Decor is well done and apartments are large and comfortable.
Pool towels are not included with the room. In fact, any extra towels are charged to you at 68 Dirhams ($8USD) per day. Moreover, when we asked for extra towels to be sent to our room they told us they couldn't do this without taking a print of our credit card for a guarantee which required us walking to the reception which is quite far away. And no one ever asked us for the guarantee at check-in!! Bottom-line is this is a much-needed apartment-hotel with huge potential but they need to focus on providing more services to guests and everything will be happier!
Multi-room apts are a great value and fun for multiple couples; beautiful environment inside and out; great balcony and nice Moroccan decor. We could party, laugh, and have fun without worrying about neighbors or other hassles. Having a car was essential.
No internet wifi in room, TV was crap, very limited channels. If you don't have a car or aren't ready to pay for a local driver, don't stay here.
The people working there . Also there was no king size bed . They were keep to bed together as king sizes. It's not way for business and the telephone not there also television very old there .
The construction of the pavement, the cats everywhere, the restaurant is expensive, the food in the restaurant sucks, the guy working at the restaurant is not professional, i asked for my changehe said i have to wait because he has not change. I was like " are you serious, i waited for 30 mins.
Probably the biggest apartment we ever had on holiday. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms kitchen living room and a balcony you could play a 5 aside match on. Great complex with 2 large pool area's. Courtesy bus to the local restaurants and bar was very handy.
Only drawback was there were not enough umbrella's or sunbeds at the pool's and there was a battle for sunbeds and umbrella's all day every day and also the location was quite remote with nothing within walking distance of the resort.
Cleanliness of the pools were the best part of the complex Rooms were spacious with good sized balconies
No wifi in rooms at all. Although stated you could get internet connection by the pool it was very intermittent and poor connectivity. Also staff at the pools would take away your sunbeds even if you were swimming in the pool!! There were not enough sunbeds/shades so the staff would throw your things on the floor and give the beds to other people (for a tip I'm sure!)
Always asked for extra money by hotel people. Barrier wouldn't let us through no shuttle to take to villas. So was forced to walk or pay I have barrier lifted. Ridiculous
Spacious apartments, Very peaceful and relaxing gardens, Big main pool area
Children's pool unsafe and rundown. Overpriced on site mini mart. Poor restaurant facilities if you are not organised with your own self catering.
Staff are mean, always asking for money. I do not recommend this place. If you have a family, do not take them there. Women are always by the poor with barely any clothes. I saw many women without bras
First I liked the easy check in and the friendly staff "Reda". Second I loved the apartment and its design. The location of the place was close to a pool where my child enjoyed his day. Everything about the place was good. I will come back for sure.
The city is a bit far if u don't have a car.
Customers service especially Reception.
Value for money. Good for a group.
The breakfast could have been more varied. There wasn't a cover over the food so there were lots of flies and ants hanging around. the bread was stale. Cockroaches and a frog in our apartment. Outside furniture really dirty. Couldn't use. Should keep inside until guests arrive.
- Staff treatment. They were always asking for tips whenever we go out or come in. - Design. - poor facilities. - dirty rooms filled with insects. - No inside transportation. We had hard time getting to the main gate to catch a taxi since our room was far from both the pool and the main gate.
all of things
Spacious accommodation, nice swimming pools, surrounding gardens.
We were located in a resort 3km away from the place that was indicated - we insisted to be located in the area of Palmeraie Golf Resort hotel (conference venue) and instead we were obliged to use the shuttle (approx. 15minutes of waiting time) or a taxi. Even the reservation clearly stated that we are no more than 50m away from the conference center. No way you find WiFi but at the reception desk, any other "public area" is not available. Old furniture and mould at various places in bathroom. Fridge was really stinky, you would be really afraid to store anything. Poor breakfast and ants marching on the table with croissants. Found a few cockroaches but OK we were in a ground floor.
Staff were not accommodating at all.we asked for the phone in the appartment to be fixed 3/4times and it did not happen, would not supply enough towels, and one of the days clothes dissapeared from the balcony as they were left there to dry. The apartment was ok, but quite far from medina, so taxis required daily.
The apartment, the weather, the pool, the gardens, the birds, the serenity of the place, but.. See opposite:
Many young expatriates from the Arab Gulf countries with Moroccan prostitutes in the apartments and by the pool. It was an eye sore especially for our 8 year old duaghter.
The pool was outstanding. Fantastic, peaceful setting. Exactly what we were looking for.
Restaurant opened at 20:30 for dinner and food was mediocre at best.
staff and accommodation were excellent
