The person running it went out of his way to be helpful

I found it very difficult to locate and unfortunately there seemed to be an abundant amount of locals waiting to make a quick buck by offering their services to help you find it. After a long trip to Fes,I found their persistence destroyed any desire I had to make me want to stay there.

A good hotel very close to the railway station. A little bit far from the medina, but if you like walking you can reach it for about 40 minutes. Taxis are cheap anyway. Rooms are comfortable, with tv, ac, wi-fi, balconies. Breakfast is fair.

easy to find, easy and cheap taxi service.

I have heard better singers as the 05.25am call to prayer from the local mosque.

We spent 5 nights in Perla Hotel, and we are glad we have chosen this hotel. Very clese to the train station, and not far from the old city. The polite smiling staff (especially Monia) were always ready to help and get both information and advice. The fresh and nutritive breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed it every day! The room was confortable, calm, and clean. The wifi was excellent too.

The staff were not friendly. The room was so cold and air conditioning was not working properly. The blanket on bed was a bit thin and not enough to sleep deeply.

Hotel is located really close to the train station and iour rooms were clean. These are more or less the only advantages.

This was our worst stay in Morocco. Breakfast was served by a nice guy but contained questionable bread and really not fresh croissants. No fresh orange juice in Morocco in a 3 star hotel? Seriously? We had a better breakfast at a cheap hostel in Marrakesh. Staff at the reception was really unfriendly (especially the old man). They said they didn't have any spare twin rooms and we had to stay at a triple. It turned out later that there was only 1-2 guests except for our group and obviously there were twins/doubles. We also had to pay city tax for 3 persons even though only 2 of us stayed at a triple (not much but really annoying if added to overall experienece at this hotel). I do not recommend this place.

The staff was very helpful in every way and very friendly. The owner even let me use his phone and another staff member walked me to a nearby restaurant. Their breakfast was bountiful and delicious. It was right next to the train station and easy to find.

The gym- it was not available when I was told it would be. It consisted of one treadmill and one chest press in a small confided room. They then charged me 50DH (unknown as I was using the one treadmill as the sign was covered) that I did pay but very unhappily.

Almost everything, the staff was gret and very helpfull during all my stay in fes. After the Fes i come to mulay idriss, and from there I come back to airport, when i come back they store my belongings, four days after I stay in their hotel! awesome!!!

I like almost everything, one and only thing I dislike, is the lack of WIFI in Room. You must go to the lobby if You want got WIFI conection

Nice and comfy room, rich breakfast although does not include the fresh orange juice which is a real gap in my opinion. The staff is friendly and helpful

Although the staff is really helpful the guys do not realize that their loud discussions at 7.00 a.m. will wake you up and won't let you sleep anymore. I can't really understand how any hotel employee can shout early in the morning and do not even think that might be disturbing to the guests.
