The decor of the rooms was simple but classy and the grounds were vast and very beautiful. Food was good too. Staff very friendly. Overall i would say it is a good 5 star hotel.

The Spa could be abit more interesting considering Morocco is the home of spas I found it plain compared to some others ive been to in Morocco

The kindness of the staff, especially for Aziz the security person who is been very helpful for booking cheaper taxi.

The pool which is too small for all the guests

The Pullman is true to its photos. The buildings are immaculate and very impressive. The moment you walk into reception, you know you are staying somewhere impressive. The staff are very welcoming and greet you with a smile and the all important Morrocan mint tea. We spent three day in a Riad in the heart of Marrakech and then moved on to the Pullman for some R & R. This was the perfect way to experience the best of Marrakech. The hotel is a way out of town and you don't really get a sense of authentic Morroco there; but there is no question for comfort, luxurious setting, friendly atmosphere the Pullman is a great place to stay.

Service really too slow or no service at all sometimes (we were in all inclusive) and nothing is done for winter time all is set for summer time (golf car just to bring you to the room no blankets in it) etc
