Very lovely owners who invited us to celebrate 'breakfast' with them. Rooms very clean, good air conditioning. Always hot water.
Owners spoke very little English.....swat up on your French! Taxi driver found it hard to find but that may say more about them! Couldn't get wifi on terrace but worked well in room
No breakfast before 7 30
Friendly personel, clean, small but nice swimming pool. Good local resetaurants in the near proximity with real normal prices.
Reserve more time for breakfast - service slow (no self-service). General Marocco: - hate to pay 2-3 times more then locals just because you are a turist: restaurants and taxis (transfers)
Location, size of the familyroom Late check out possibility
The rooms are well decorated and the location is adequate for those not wanting to stay in the city center (like own car travellers or so) The guy that stays in the reception for the night is really kind and helpful The guide they provided to the city was good
There is no parking available, it is in the street in front of the hotel, which is not what you expect when traveling with your car through morocco. The bathroom stinks horribly The room was plenty of cockroaches. Just 2 nights and had to kill 5 cockroaches
Nice pool. Large rooms. Good value for money.
Bit far from the medina, although it is very easy to take the bus or a taxi. It was quite noisy.
We have just returned from a one week stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite for part of our stay which was absolutely amazing. The other room also beautiful. Both rooms had separate seating areas which we really benefited from. We were given another room free of charge for the day after we checked out as we had a late night flight. The staff are really friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The hotel is a short journey from Gueliz, where you can find lovely restaurants and shops (less than £2 in a taxi or a nice 15 min walk away) and the main square where the real atmosphere and night market is less than £3 away in a taxi. There are also some shops and restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. Hotel is furnished to an extremely high standard and the cleanliness is exceptional. Cannot fault this hotel at all and would like to say a very big Thank You to all staff there who made us feel really welcome.
very friendly people, clean and comfortable place to stay if visiting the part of Gueliz.
a bit far out, not easy to walk to a decent place to eat or to shops.
The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful, including making reservations. Sounds silly, but the best part of the hotel was breakfast on the roof. Their mint tea is the best we've ever had. And we went on the roof balcony at night to watch the stars and listen to the sounds of the city. The location is a 15+ minute walk to the Jardin Majorelle. Not close to the souks in the medina. We felt safe there.
The room we had was spacious, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower pressure was weak and everything seemed dirty.
this hotel is situated just behind a hospital so do not expect to have nice views!!!! Staff was average. however the rooms were nice with tv and air conditioner.
poor welcome!!!! Barely got any help to transfer my luggage. shower is a total disaster. water running everywhere in the room when showering. Poor quality of toiletries!!!!!! transfer to air[port 20 euros which is a rip off as airport is 15minutes away. The owner refused to negociate with the price. Overall will not come back nor recommend this hotel at all!!!!!!!
We had to change the room after one night because the toilet on the first one was stinking. The breakfast is not great and the rooms are a bit unrefined. The area around it's a bit run down aswell.
Friendly staff and good facilities. Lacks the basics but still good. Nicely decorated in Moroccan decor.
Advertised as guarded parking, but was this was just on the street. We have a BMW motorcycle tour company so this wasn't adequate to our expectations.
Rooms are reasonably good size, break fast is acceptable,
They don't speak English, plus non residential people use quest facilities and also some air condition don't work properly
Is very beautifull and luxurious, decoreted with style, and very very clean, good beds with new lining and comforters. Air conditioning / heating working well, wi-fi working well. This is an excelent place.
The bathroom is very nice, new, large and very clean, but the smell of sweage comes up from the pipes. I suggest they put plugs on the faucets to avoid it. If not put some paper to make a plug. Keep the toilet lid down.
good all round
forgot to mention a chair in the room would have been great
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and the wifi was very good. All in all it was a wonderful experience.
The staff were exceptionally helpful; we got a free upgrade to their suite and even took us to the station free of charge when we left. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Marrakesh. The staff spoke English and French and were happy to accommodate their guests needs.
The bathroom floor was often wet as the shower receptacle was too small.
Everything! Fantastic! Especially the owners, who couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful and friendly Excellent service belle déco dans un esprit contemporain J’ajouterai l’accueil et les bons conseils du personnel Notre suite super confortable et grande
Staff friendliness. Modern decoration. Very good "hrira" at a good price.
A bit far from centers of activity. Meals seem very expensive.
