Résidence Louzani

Apartamento bastante razoável, com excelente limpeza, atendimento impecável e muita simpatia do pessoal. Muito próximo da praia e a 10 minutos a pé da medina. Várias pequenas lojas de bairro próximas.

A rua onde se localiza a Résidence é muito suja, com muito lixo e pó. Provavelmente, algo que se resolverá com o tempo. Faz falta um micro- ondas na kitchenete.

They had washed my car absolutely free in the last day, which i've been stayed there.

The place is new and very nicely furnished, fully equipped. The staff is friendly and ready to help for any need. Nice places to have inexpensive but good breakfast and lunch very close to the residence.

What can I say but fantastic... Went with mates for a few days kitesurfing and this location ticked all the boxes :) great value for money without scrimping on comfort, super clean (our nhs could take some lessons from the staff and management here) short walk into town along the beachwalk and the building next door (closed at 8pm) was the off licence. Could you ask for more from Residence Louzain? Simple answer no.....

My phone (samsung) could not get the Wifi but my mates iphone could... Dont think this was the hotels fault and they tried and tried to help.

The apartment was super clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available. The apartment was located a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but not too far with great access to the beach.

Some travelers might not be comfortable outside of the tourist realm. The locals were always friendly to us though.

A short (15min) walk into town. A view of the ocean, and on-site staff. Good local restaurants and an off-licence (alcohol shop) within 5min walk.

This place was great!! The owner was so helpful and friendly, recommended places to dine and able to direct us to the sites to ser. Also, he helped out greatly when we had left our passports in Marrakech by being a translator for us and calling the hotel. The view from the terrace is gorgeous, especially at sunset. Bottle shop right next door and so close to everything you need and will want to see. Highlight of our trip!!

Spotlessly clean. Rooftop terrace with views over the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Essaouria.

Poor wifi connection in the apartment.

We had a great stay at residence Louzani in Essaouira.The place is spotless, cleaned every morning (which is a great advantage, because rented apartments usually aren't). The staff is highly available for your requests, especially the manager Zacharia. The furniture is new, you have nothing more nothing less than what you need to make your stay comfortable, especially if you travel with kids and need space and a kitchen. Fresh roses in the living room and candle with essential oils are a nice touch. There is also a rooftop terrace with amazing view available for all the apartments. The apartment is just across the beach and about 10 (15 with kids) minutes walking on the esplanade to the medina. When coming back in the evening we took a cab, which is very cheap (7 dirham, less than 1 euro). I would definitely go back and recommend this place to my friends.

The wi-fi connection is quite poor on the last floor. The two radiators provided are not enough to warm up the apartment in February, when the temperatures during the night are quite low. It is ok with the duvet, but a little cold when you get out of bed.

Location, just over the road from the sandy beach!!And 5 min walk, from Essoiura Medina! Great!!So easy! And hearing and seeing Ocean from every room in the hotel! !!!and fact that there are 2 balconies, one off bedroom, other off/just outside kitchen..yes, small ones, but handy for sand coverd shoes/clothes, and drinking mint tea . Also, handy if coming with younger kids, playground is just 5 min away, on the beach!! And so, so clean, with a lady coming over each and every morning to clean entire place!! And even though Booking.com did not actually mention it, apartment has a fully functional kitchen!Ok, not the oven, but who wants to bake in Moroccon heat anyways! And great roof teracce!! As well as English speaking manager Zakaria!!

If you looking for one bedroom apartment and like to prepare food that is perfect choice but ............ that is not Marrocan Riad :). After 7 days of our journey in Marrocian Riads that was very different enviroment but very comfortable and back as a bit close to Europe :). Big and bright studio on the coast of Atlantic Ocean which you can see throw the windows and balcony. Just up to 200 metres! In side you can have everything you need for comfortable leaving and food preparing. Very very close bars, restourans, a few small food shops and you ca'nt believe - shop of bear, wine and much more :) (believe me that's is very difficult to find something like that in Marroco and this one just 30 metres from Residence Louzani :)). In 10-15 minutes going by alley besides ocean you can get to Old town - Medina and port where you can buy fresh fish! Staff very polite, cleaning every day and smell very nice everywhere in side building :). Sun beds on the roof of Residence with amazing wiev to the Atlantic Ocean...

Wi-Fi internet working not properly. That is just one bad thing :)

Only complaint was difficulty finding the apartments. They're on a dusty track that runs parallel to the main road with the only signage being a small plaque on the building itself. I knew it was close to the beach but still ended up being quite an ordeal to find it!

Lovely appartment. Very close to beach and town. Very happy with our stay there.

Nice ocean view from the balcony, although it's a second line. Well-equiped kitchen. Large bedroom and living room. Daily cleaning. Minimarkets and cafes are nearby. To go to beach you need just cross the road. 10-15 minutes walk on esplanade and you are in the old city. I think it's a perfect place to stay in Essoaueira!

No washing machine in the kitchen - perhaps they provide this service additionaly

Everything... only place I have ever given a 10. Loved every moment of my stay. Housekeeper every day making life even easier! I will be back for sure!

No A/C...but really if you see how amazing the place is it just doesn't matter....

La situation proche de la plage et de la médina. La vue sur la mer Le ménage irréprochable L'accueil très chaleureux et les explications sur ce qu'il y avait à voir et à faire à Essaouira L'appartement est très spacieux. Séjour vraiment parfait

Appartement neuf très bonne literie. Proximité du centre à pied et plage très proche...... ultra pratique .Quartier calme. Bon accueil

L équipement de la cuisine très basique. Un micro ondes serait bienvenu.

Sobre todo me ha gustado la amplitud del apartamento, la amabilidad del personal de recepción y limpieza y la situación al estar en segunda linea de playa.
