I stayed at The Latifa apartment, it was a great location, 10mins walk from the souks, you have local shops in from of the building. Apartment was a good size, we made good use of the kitchen and the roof top was excellent, good size.

It is quiet noisy as it's on the Main Street you can hear the horse and carriage at night.

Lovely large traditionally decorated apartment. Authentic feel. Staff help you with anything you need e.g. Trips. Not for you if you want modern bland international accommodation but perfect if you want to be right in the centre of things. Visit the market across the road - great produce.

The location was ok, but it was in a very dark alley, but the lamp outside the property is not functioning-so it is kinda troublesome when we reached home late. The balcony was good. The utensils of the kitchen were ok. Within walking distance you can reach the Djemaa el Fna.

Internet only function at the first day, and the second day the internet is not functioning since it have to be topped up by the staff. We asked for the internet service from the staff but he did not take action immediately until the last day of our stay. At the last day of our stay, the ceiling of the kitchen collapsed! such a horrible experience and luckily nobody was there in the kitchen during this incident. The staff did offered us to stay in another property, but we refused to move as it was the last day of our stay and we don't want to waste any time on moving. This property do not offered any house keeping during our stay even we asked for it. After this horrible ceiling collapse incident, all of us were terrified of it, and we hope that this property will keep its maintenance job well for the sake of safety of the next group of people.Safety first! only one bathroom for the whole house, it was very inconvenient to wait for the shower for 6 person, and until the last person, no more warm shower was available.

The location was excellent - the staff were all very friendly - Ashraf was excellent - he was waiting for us at the airport - took us to the Ourika Valley - and back to airport - he looked after us very well.

There were no towels provided when we arrived in the evening - our friends had to go and buy towels so they could shower - also there were no toilet rolls. The following morning towels were brought but they should have been there for our arrival. We arranged to meet at 10.30 on the morning we were leaving but no one arrived till 12.00.

We love the location and the price. The manager is friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a kitchen to use w/ frig and stove.

Must ask for towels, no toilet paper.

I like the location, which was ideally situated for the cultural sites, cheap eateries and hidden souks, as well as being only 10-15 mins walk from the Jmaa El Fna. The apartment was roomy and the terrace particularly enjoyable. Sayeed is helpful and Ashraf, who picked us up from the airport was reliable and friendly

First it is advertised as a three-bedroom apartment. THIS IS INCORRECT. It only has TWO bedrooms and this gave us a problem as three couples. We improvised by putting up a blanket divider at one end of the living room. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels and also to have enough cutlery and crockery. The aircon was only really working in one of the bedrooms, which left the rest of the apartment a bit sticky.

The apartment was spacious, traditional Moroccan in design and in a great location. The showers were really hot which was great after a long day sightseeing!! The roof top terrace had great views. Said was wonderful... helpful and friendly. He arranged taxis for excursions etc; nothing was too much trouble.

The entrance to the building was not very welcoming. There were several maintenance repairs which should be attended to, to make the apartment more appealing. We only cooked a meal one night and ate out the rest of the time...lacking some utensils, equipment etc but no big deal. Take your own toilet rolls!!

Apartment was quite small but comfortable, the private terrace high above the bustling streets was great with a view of the Atlas mountains in the distance. We cooked in the apartment one night and sat out as the sun went down. The street is quite noisy below but we actually loved that and the bedroom was very quiet so you could escape the bustle. Tho we didn't need it the aircon was good. If you're there when it's hot, you'll need it. We saw one of the larger 1st floor apartments - really lovely, traditional Moroccan layout with large living room and a fig tree just outside the window. The larger roof-top terrace open to all guests was nice too. There is a FANTASTIC juice and breakfast bar a few yards down the road. Clean throughout, everything worked. Good location and value. Would stay again.

If you're looking for a shady Riad or a Western-style hotel this isn't it. It's a small Marrakech apartment hotel. No real negatives for us except that the showers worked fine, but weren't great.

I liked that our family could all be together in privacy with plenty of room. It was easy walking to the square and deep into the medina.

Not all the lights worked. No toilet paper or soap.

Price is low and it is well located in the centre. Nice spacious roof terras and spacious living room.

First of all, the apartment was very difficult to find. It turned out that instead of having 3 bedrooms, we had 2, and although was informed by this mistake, we didn't know about it in advance. After initial clean (the .. surfaces were vet) it quickly turned out that one sink was leaking and two taps were leaking water. It turned out that the internet connection worked sometimes, but most of the time it didn'T. When turning on the gaz tap for cooking we smelled gaz, so there might be a leak as well. The shower/toilet wasn't very comfortable and the street made a lot of noice, but these two points could be accepted given the fact that the price for the apartment was very low. If they would just fix the negative points, you could have a very nice apartment for a reasonable price on a good location.

Nice and helpfull staff. The roof-top terrace just wonderful.

Poor cleaning generally. We had to make use of the kitchen which was unfortunately very scarcely equipped. No hot Water in the kitchen. We also had reacurring problems with the drain.

Sayid, the owner, very helpful - polite. Sorted us out an excursion for a heavily discounted price, organised us an Executive Taxi for our return to the airport and allowed us to check out late so we could go get some lunch!! The 2 bedroom apartment is BIG. 2 decent size bedrooms - 1 with balcony and a large seating area and dining table. Plenty of blankets - could easily sleep 10 in the apartment! Apartment is situated up some steps for Silia Cars - easy to miss but our Taxi Driver showed us the way. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main square. The apartment is situated right in the Medina. Definitely worth checking out La Tagina round the corner - expensive restaurant but food is incredible. Free map and info from Sayid - helped us out no end over the week!

WiFi - Slow and intermittent (but who goes on holiday to constantly FaceBook anyway?) Shower pressure was poor. Air conditioning units - only 1 seemed to work and you couldn't change the temperature. Balcony doors couldn't lock and therefore had to be left open.

Good location. The place is large and comfortable. WiFi was functional. Clean WC and bathroom. Owner was quite helpful

Extremely hard to find the place. Even with map we walked around nearly 40 min because there is no number on house. Local people couldn't help as well
