mis a part les chasseurs qui ont été professionnels et souriant les autres membres de l équipe étaient trés peu impliqué le room service, long, service peu voir pas souriant, la chambre, trop cheap pour le prix de vente, l espace fitness, sale avec des cafards, les practiciennes du spa qui mangent en front client.....etc

Personnel pas formé, vaisselle sale, pas de wifi inclus, pour cette gamme d'hotel c'est franchement insuffisant. Déjeuner: viennoiseries de la veille, salle sinistre, assiettes grasses. Buffet: mauvais, service inexistant, tables pas nettoyées, fauteuils tachés, rapport qualité prix inacceptable.

le service 5 étoiles, la bonne situation géographique de l`hotel, le service du personnel, l`acceuil, la propreté ,.. nous avons passé un tres bon sejour ,.. nous reviendrons, merci..) eventuellement l`acces a internet pourrait être amélioré ,.. plus disponible et avec du materiel recent, plus d`ordi et haute vitesse ,.. merci )

Le hall de batiment est beau, en contraste avec la vetuste des chambres. Sinon, la chambre etait d'une salete ecoeurante, cheveux et poils dans le lit indiquant que les draps n'avaient pas ete nettoyes, de plus une personne inconnue s'est introduite dans ma chambre vers 1h00 du matin, elle etait dotee d'un badge magnetique. Le petit dejeuner manquait de fraicheur avec des serveurs qui vous debarassent des que vous tournez la tete. Bref, loin d'etre une experience inoubliable...

In general, most of the hotel facilities are not worthing 5 stars hotel. The bathroom is in a very poor condition. The place we hade to have breakfast is without windows and it`s decoration not nice. Also there was no free internent acess, so it`s difficult to stay there if you have some work to do. The hotel`s location is the only advantage. it`s very handy to the Old city and the train station and other locations in Rabat.

Cet hôtel ne correspond pas à un standard 5 étoiles; le perosnnel manque de professionalisme (obligée de réclamer à 3 reprises la mise en marche de la climatisation, à 2 reprises, le linge de toilette était insuffisant), le petit-déjeuner, bien que copieux, laissait à désirer sur le paln de la qualité et il manquait systématiquement des couverts, des tasses...
