The pool area was well set out and very clean and beautiful to relax in. The hotel was close to everything that we needed in Agadir. We were very disappointed in the condition of our room, the airconditioning was leaking onto the floor in the middle of the room, when the staff were notified they did nothing about it. The site advertised internet access, whilst they did have internet access...it wasn't working for majority of the time we were there including Christmas Day. The hot water was very temperamental in the room. |

Close to the beach and enough pubs, restaurants etcetra in the area. This Hotel is from the 60's or 70's so everything is really old, on the pictures it seems more modern.. :-( |

c'est plus un club de vacances qu'un hôtel, pas idéal pour une nuit en transit(beaucoup de mouvement et de bruit, la musique au bar tard dans la nuit). Pas d'eau chaude le soir !!! pas de douche sinon à l'eau froide!!! |

mis à part son emplacement rien le service le confort , la catégorie qui n'est pas un 4 étoiles mais un 2 , pas de produits de toilette durant les dix jours , après réponse du personnel et réclamation, la réponse fut les produits se trouvent dans la chambre à l'arrivée. |

Veel te weinig bedjes aanwezig bij het zwembad en geen faciliteiten aan de zee om de liggen. De All Inn clusive formule die ook gevoerd wordt trekt een ander 'publiek' dan een losse reiziger. |

Le personnel est très accueillant, la piscine est agréable. Le PDJ est médiocre, le lait est coupé à l'eau, le jus d'orange idem, le café est également coupé à l'eau. de plus sur votre site vous annoncez un hotel 4 étoiles, or, il s'agit d'un hotél 3 étoiles. |
