The staff was very helpful.. the animations by the pool in the evening were cool... it is conveniently located near the sea and the rooms are clean |

The entertainment staff were very frendly. And the womens. Ac leaking, broken shower curtain, unhyginic bathroom, staff are arragant & cond us by charging 120 extra for safe when it was included as fersilitys. Unable to bring girls bk to hotail after a good night out. Hotail is a 2/3 star and has no section on beech so you have to mix in with poor locals. Pool closes @6. Pool staff will try making money from you for excursions you can get cheaper elseware. Also false website advertisement like no GYM... |

The pool area was well set out and very clean and beautiful to relax in. The hotel was close to everything that we needed in Agadir. We were very disappointed in the condition of our room, the airconditioning was leaking onto the floor in the middle of the room, when the staff were notified they did nothing about it. The site advertised internet access, whilst they did have internet access...it wasn't working for majority of the time we were there including Christmas Day. The hot water was very temperamental in the room. |

Le personnel de l'hotel est très gentil, agréable. La nourriture est très bonne. Le WIFI est à disposition dans l'hotel. un Modem peut être mis à votre disposition pour partout contre 20 euro la semaine et 30 euro de caution. Un peu cher mais facile d'utilisation. L'animation. Les spectacles ne sont pas terribles et l'equipe de l'animation ne donne pas toujours envie de participer. |

c'est plus un club de vacances qu'un hôtel, pas idéal pour une nuit en transit(beaucoup de mouvement et de bruit, la musique au bar tard dans la nuit). Pas d'eau chaude le soir !!! pas de douche sinon à l'eau froide!!! |

mis à part son emplacement rien le service le confort , la catégorie qui n'est pas un 4 étoiles mais un 2 , pas de produits de toilette durant les dix jours , après réponse du personnel et réclamation, la réponse fut les produits se trouvent dans la chambre à l'arrivée. |
