The staff were friendly and helpful

The food in the restaurant was of poor qualityat all three meal times.. The bath had rust stains. Despite agreeing that I could stay another half day for half the daily rate I was paying, this was reneged when I checked out. The excuse was I was getting a discount rate through booking.com

The location of this hotel is close to the city centre although Casablanca right now is upside-down because of the construction work for the tramway. The lobby and restaurant areas are spacious and the staff are very friendly and well experienced. This hotel has recently changed management from Ramada to the Atlas group and I have since seen improvements in both facilities nad cleansliness. On the whole, good value for money and with Internet in all rooms and lobby makes it a valid alternative as a business accomodation.

The Moroccan restaurant is now closed since management take-over which is sad because it had its charm.

モロッコ滞在最終日に泊まりました。駅で拾ったタクシーはホテルの名前だけでちゃんと送ってくれましたが、- 街で拾ったタクシーはホテルの場所が最後まで分からない様でした。（こっちで分かっていたので、近くで下ろ- してもらいましたが…） ポーターはフレンドリー（当たり前）、レセプションのスタッフは丁寧ですが、素っ気ない感じでした。wi-fiはロビーだけなので、ロビーに居たらコンシェルジュリーダー（？）みたいなおじさんが、空港への送りタ- クシーの斡旋を強く押し売りしてきました。250dhでジャンボタクシーでの送迎でした。かなり高いけど、- 複数人いる場合は良いかも。会議場などもあるので、ビジネスホテルといった趣です。ちなみに一階にバーがあ- るのでお酒が飲めます！！

Struttura vecchia, sporco, ristorante pessimo e con poca scelta, la zona è pessima ed a rischio, necessario prendere un taxi per allontanarsi

I liked that it was close to the us Consulate. My wife had her visa interview there the next day. Everything went smoothly. The beds were very comfortable. We were both pretty nervous about the interview so neither one of us took advantage of the extras the hotel had to offer. We were not even hungry enough for breakfast the next morning. I liked that the valet noticed we booked the wrong room that had two single beds. He was nice enough to put us in a larger single bed.

belle chambre,spacieuse et bien equipé accueil moyen, mais il est trés net que c'est un hotel d'affaires;

petit déjeuner tres cher et endroit un peu excentre pour aller diner le soir sans taxi pour une femme seule

The only positive point was that the hotel is very central.

- This hotel is very DIRTY!!! - When I went to the toilet I found a very unpleasant surprise in the trash bin ( no need to mention what it was....) - The toilet of the room was stinky, I could not stand it! - I asked for a room with a nice view and they gave me one overlooking a high building. - This hotel needs renovation urgently! - No wifi connection in the rooms, you have to go down the lobby to use the Internet and sometimes it was not working well.
