The great location, the room was very nice, breakfast was good too...to sum up, very good hotel at great price (70€ per double room per night)

The only thing to say: staff at reception not so friendly and charm as expected. They charged twice for the rooms and I've had to deny the payment.

Very friendly, wellcoming and helpfil staff, nice and clean facilities, spacious and very comfortable rooms, excellent location for the seaside, beach and city, very good wifi, was made very wellcome and the staff would do anything to make you comfortable, I would definitally stay there again on my next visit and highly recommend the place.

The breakfast could be improved.

in the breakfast cafeteria, I saw small ants close to the coffee machine, they should be carefull because everything else was good in the Hotel.

Facilities sometime poor and old. Inside room for instance: tv malfunctioning, air conditioning noisy, balcony window sliding door not closing properly, furniture really aged.

great central location providing easy access to all amenities. Beach is on door-step as. Wifi is free and reliable. Rooms are good size and represent great value for money.

Noisy local clubs so don't stay here if you want to sleep before 3am!

A spacious hotel with superb views from the bedroom. Good restaurant but disappointingly did not serve Moroccan food, just international cuisine. Staff pleasant on arrival

When I asked if they would print off my air ticket, because of the 24 hour rule, they refused. This was poor service when one's hands are tied by the air company.

General facilities were good for short business trips (2-3 days).

For Business traveller, their should be wifi access for computer's in rooms also, as to have to carry out work in lobby area is not comfortable and business like

It is situated on the 1st line of the beach. The room was very big. Terrasa was looking to the beach. It was a gifts store in the hotel. Very good priced and sale service

The breakfast was very poor. And it was one cockroach on the tea table in the restaurant.

They have improved the hotel facilities since Atlas replaced Ramada. They now have a reliable wireless internet system that has replaced a cable system that was forever breaking down.

Restaurant is too brightly illuminated in the evening.

We found the staff excellent, they gave us very personal service especially when I was not well, coming to the room to see if I was O.K. and offering to do anything for us. The hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay very much.

Once leaving we wanted to exchange the local currency back to Euros which we had originally purchased from the reception. They said we were unable to but could change the currency on the ferry. We were told on the ferry we could not and this service had never been available

The fact that the internet wi- fi was not working during my stay - a big disappointment & inconvenience!

The location, although terribly noisy. This hotel should have double windows to filter the noise. Our friends had sea view room and couldn't sleep because of the noise from all the discotheques. We had pool view, and couldn't sleep because of the noise and traffic all night long non stop!

The fact that it was too noisy, and the breakfast terribly overpriced for the poor quality, it was 240dh per person, and they didn't even have fresh orange juice! this is the most expensive breakfast I ever paid Un Morocco. In 5 stars hotels cost 200 tops!

The best thing is the location and room size and the staff specially Mrs Fatin from reception.

Some type of guests who dont care at all about other guests they shout in mid night and bang doors which awake others, this happens almost every time I stay in the hotel.

الموقع رائع جدا مقابل الشاطئ والكورنيش تماما سهولة اجراءات الدخول والخروج بوفيه الافطار كان جيد جدا و متنوع The location is great for the beach and very quite Corniche Ease of entry and exit procedures The breakfast buffet was very good and varied

الفندق بشكل عام لايستحق مستوى الاربعة نجوم تقييمى له انه لايتعدى 3 نجوم فقط ادوات الحمام فقيره جدا ( لايوجد روب حمام ولا يوجد نعال حمام والمناشف رديئه جدا ) لا يوجد شطاف مياه بقاعدة التواليت قنوات التليفزيون المركزيه قليله جدا وفقيره و معظمها باللغه الفرنسيه المخدات من نوعيه رديئه جدا وغير مريحه خدمات الغرف سيئه جدا طلبتهم للحضور للغرفه اكثر من مره ولم يحضروا حمام السباحه فى مكان مكشوف بين المناطق السكنيه المجاوره لايوجد به خصوصيه Hotel generally not deserve the four-star class my openion about it that is currently only 3 stars only Bath tools very poor (no bathrobe and no slippers and towels very poor) There are no water pipe for toilet base Pillows are very bad Quiliaty and not comfortable The central TV channels are very few and poor and mostly in French Very bad room service staff i requested them to attend the room more than once and did not attend Swimming pool at an outdoor place between neighboring residential areas does not have a privacy

Está muy bien aunque solo pasamos una noche pues tomamos el ferri a España, un poco lejos del puerto pero muy agradable

Hotel de tres grande qualite, impeccable sur tous rapports. Si vous avez envie d'un beau et bon repas, ne pas hesiter pour le restaurant Libanais du 7eme etage ........

Le petit dejeuné et malgre tout pas a la hauteur de la qualité de cet hôtel, à parfaire sans faute.

La proximité de la plage. Le calme .l'insonorisation .

Le petit dej le rapport qualité prix, l'obsolescence des installation.
