Great view, comfortable bed, very poor customer service
The staff at the customer service not trained to deliver a good customer service.
Comfy beds, lovely sea views,clean.
Staff not welcoming, only one Arabic tv channel, one tea bag, one coffee, one pair of slippers, mini bar empty. I did complain there was 2 of us and was told it would be put right but it was not. I could be bother asking again as the staff were so unhelpful. It does not cost to welcome guests, at the end of the day good reviews make money. (Look elsewhere)

very nice view of the balcony for the beach great deal high quality for the price
weak wi-fi signal on the room
good to stay 1 or 2 nights no more Excellent location
Location is great, next to the beach The manager (Mounia) was useful
We've been moved 3 times from our room What we booked for/seen in the pictures was not provided until the 4th move Staff are unknowledgeable and reckless
Staff were very friendly & helpful, rooms were perfect & beds were lovely to sleep in
Very expensive in August
The hotel was clean and in a great location to shops, beach eyc
Had to wait 1 hour before got in our room.
Although obviously an older hotel, it has been reasonably nicely appointed.
1. Wi-fi didn't work. 2. The air conditioner didn't work. 3. The hotel's staff seem to lack any interest in resolving the above two problems. 4. The bloke at the reception advised me to use the hotel's ATM for a cash withdrawal. When I told him after I'd tried using it that it didn't work, he said that he knew that it didn't work and I'd have to use another one. Confusing. 5. Overall customer service provided by reception gave the impression that they had better things to do than look after me.
wonderful sea views very near from the beach (1 min on foot) very nice swimming pool near from the Tanger Medina (10 min on foot)

On the beach.
Looking a bit tired and needs some renovation or upgrade to rooms etc.
Everything. Good location by the beach. Walking distance (or short and cheap taxi ride) to the medina and port for ferries to Tarifa. This is a beautiful hotel and worth it's 4 stars. Would definitely stay here again. They are licensed to sell alcohol and do have live music in the evenings. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms an added bonus as many hotels in Morocco don't have this.
Can't think of anything.
Very nice room...large, clean, well equiped, comfortable and with a gorgeous view of the sea. Included breakfast was convenient as well as tasty. Public spaces were comfortable and pleasant.
The neighborhood is a little bit questionable. We took a walk along the esplanade during the day but wouldn't have at night.
Road Noise in the evening, at around 3am a group of young men decided to see if their car horns worked. They were extremely thorough for approx. 1 hour.

Prime Location for beach, local restaurants, and ferry ports
Due to location to main road and beach, can be noisy at night.
Good location Very friendly staff I would like to thanks all reception staff
There was very old TV in the room and no DVD .
Great view of the Boulevard, rooms are very spacious and clean. Would recommend it.
Rooms very spacious. Nice view of the beach
Bar noise every night was loud from 11pm till 4 am. Poor place to sleep
Noise at night due to busy road and connecting door to next room.
Receptionist Asmahan and Jameel was very friendly and helpful. Thanks alot for them. Also bellboy with glasses. The location and the wiev of the room is perfect.
The room was too cold. Ac is not working. Actually everywhere in the hotel was too cold. There is a tax 1,5 euro per person per night that i have never seen before in any country. About Aisha a person who thinks herself as manager of the hotel was so rude. She needs to be polite while speaking with the customers of the hotel. Normally i need to stay 10 more days but because of manager Aisha i checked-out to new hotel. The manager Aisha has to get some education about the human relations. Hopefully there is some helpfull stuff in the hotel like front office stuff and the waitress who is smiling in the morning.
