5 minutes walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The studio with own kitchen, living room and bedroom very spacious. Swiming pool small but vey nice.
Staff not as friendly as usually in Morroco.
little dark washroom
Thanks for the easy in reservation and welcome, from there the experience within the hotel was cold and unyielding. Good breakfast and serving staff member.
Unclean beds, bathroom and kitchen. Had to change room as the first was in the worst state. Bloodlike stains in bed.
Staff & location were good. Breakfast was filling. While the place could do with a lick of paint it was clean.
Poor lighting in the rooms & especially in the bathroom. Walls & ceilings are paper thin.
Bedroom, separate living room and kitchen. Very good deal for the price.
People at the reception could not be more uninterested in doing their job.
Location good in Gueliz. Busses nearby to most of the city (see Alsa website for details) also bus to airport very near. Bedroom, sitting room/kitchenette and bathroom all good.Pool clean but cold, a nice area to sit in the cool. I would stay again, value for money.
1st room poor, but it was changed. Room not ready on arrival had to wait over an hour to view 1st.room.Payment for entire stay requested before I had seen room. 20dh charge for safe key, not stated on booking details.
Breakfast could be better
Location Price Wi Fi Computer
Poor breakfast Not enough kitchen utensils Poor piscine Bath room needs plumbering
good location, very comfortable apartament, good organisation all trips.
Location was good and cheap
-The prostitutes in the lobby -The hotel room was dusty and smelt horrible -Builders accross the road would look in through the window -The fridge didn't work -Got two single beds instead of a double
Great to relax, affordable and central location
The location is brilliant. Very close to the main shops and shopping centre. Clean and quiet area. Also the main sites are within walking distance. The main square (jama Al fana) is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel or a 5 minute taxi ride. The food is excellent as long as you go to decent restaurants. People in general are nice but really only interested in your money.
The bathroom in the hotel was abysmal, shower hardly working and no shower curtain. Towels were dirty. We did complain and in fairness they sorted it within a afternoon.
Good relaxing atmosphere
No comment! All was good
I like so much this hotel .. the name of the hotel in Amazik language mean Rest and Comfortable and its TRUE .
Close to shopping area(3 minute walk) with restuarants, tour operators, bus and train station, etc. 4 dirhams for 10 minute bus ride to the old medina and square near zara shop. Breakfast fine. V good WiFi, always staff on hand etc.
Shower curtain was dirty, Noisy guests on one or two nights, but all in all no deal breakers as such. Has a small pool, but effectively nowhere forsun-bathing etc so pool is almost redundant.
I liked the room, air conditioning was a beauty....balcony was good for smokers. Kitchen was handy for water bottles and light cooking.
TV as there was only one English channel but it isn't the hotels fault as it is an arabic country so you can't expect English channels. Room service cleaned our room but we were four people and they kept on leaving 2 towels, for 4 days I had to go downstairs and request 2 extra towels everyday and said you should give 4 as it's 4 people still was told to jus ask for it. Room service did their job properly in terms of cleaning! Breakfast wise don't expect it to be the best as all you get every single day is baguette with apricot jam and chocolate croissant. That is everyday. Nothing different. Fresh orange juice tea and coffee is served every morning. Went to ask for weighing scales as we are tourists and need to check weight was advised they don't have any, asked how long they were open was told 5 years now?? 5 years and no weighing scales? That was a bit out of order. Also no apologies from staff like sorry for the inconvenience. All I can say is if you are not fussy then this place is perfect. Taxis to d'jemma el fna from the hotel cost around 20 dirhams so it isn't too bad. There is a small supermarket right next door to the hotel which was very handy. Also lights In the room were a little dull could do with some more light bulbs or bright ones.
Quiet location and spacious rooms. The wifi was really fast. Closed to shops, post office, Bus stations and main train station. I would say really good value for money.
Location and the staff are polite.
Poor breakfast only one butter and one jam with one bread and one corwatso. Also they close the Ac in the morning at 08:00 o'clock from the reseption even you are sleep
The room was so hot and the ac was not working, I visited marakesh with my co-worker , we paid the same price but he got a good room and mine was aweful. Also the staff members were rude.
Clean rooms, with good facilities in the room. Cheap prices and fairly handy location for both new and old towns.
Reception staff were sometimes a little uninterested in helping. Breakfast was meant to start at 7am, but wasn't ready then. Chap serving breakfast was rude both days.
Room size is good. And that is it.
As for the staff, hsk ladies did there job well. Front office lady and night audit man are simply useless. The front office lady is too lazy to tell the simplest information to the client. As for the night audit I believe he should be fired as soon as possible, I arrived at 3 am, the door is locked, he opens do the check in and goes back to sleep on the reception sofa. 5 min later I ask him for water as I just arrived from a long roadtrip from Spain and he replies in Arabic (while sleeping) saying "everything is closed, everything is asleep". Why the hell can any sole proprietor pay a salary for a person to come sleep and destroy his hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction.
