the price is ok and room is big, clean.

Very correct staff and trying to help any time.

Staff: the man and the lady at the reception are extremely unfriendly and lazy. They are likely to be lisening the music with headphones and chewing a gum. When you talk to them they make a face "you annoy me". Everything is dirty: the bathroom, the kitchen, the towels... SPA: in general it was fine, but I paid for 1.5 hour and got only 50 minutes.
Location: very easy to find, not far from train station and bus station, supermarkets and shops. Rooms: 2 very spatious rooms and bathroom

Didn't have my reservation when I arrived, even though I'd written to the hotel (directly, not via booking.com) and received confirmation that they had a room reserved for me. Moved me to another hotel with vague and erroneous directions, which was of a lower standard, just a bed in a room (not even a chair). Second day I got a room, by the evening I found that the fridge didn't work. Reported it, received promises that it would be fixed or replaced the next day. It wasn't. Reported this. Revceived more promises. Nothing happened. Repeated this process more and more insistently for the rest of the week. Fridge still wasn't working when I left. Drain clogged up after a few days too. They didn't fix that either. Beakfast very sweet! (made my own after first day) They don't speak more than a word or two in English, fortunately I speak French, but I noticed other guests couldn't and were struggling.
pretty quiet, except for the infernal brumming of the ventilation system all day and all night Wifi basically ok, cleaning ladies nice, I had room at back on 5th floor, so nice view but smell of sewer eminating from the pool below. (which I never used)

No problem for me but a mosque is very close by, if the early morning call is not what you wish to hear.
After initially being given a room without a balcony, which I had booked, I was offered a nice apartment with a balcony overlooking the busy crossroads. For me great to watch the hectic Moroccan way of life. Very comfortable bed, decent breakfast and staff helpful when asked any questions. Very good wifi. Taxis on the doorstep, plenty of restaurants nearby.

- it's all quite adequate but just needs refurbishing as it's beginning to go down at heel -
- the location - friendly, helpful manager - apartment size room - quiet

the reception seems to mind if you ask a question and even try to deceive you so that they get more benefits. The service from the airport, say it will cost some 15 euros if they call you from the reception and even say you will not find a taxi for less than the money, quite the contrary rate is at 7 euros. An authentic lie. Continually annoying is when you ask for monuments eateries, normal.

Unclean beds, bathroom and kitchen. Had to change room as the first was in the worst state. Bloodlike stains in bed.
Thanks for the easy in reservation and welcome, from there the experience within the hotel was cold and unyielding. Good breakfast and serving staff member.

Poor lighting in the rooms & especially in the bathroom. Walls & ceilings are paper thin.
Staff & location were good. Breakfast was filling. While the place could do with a lick of paint it was clean.

People at the reception could not be more uninterested in doing their job.
Bedroom, separate living room and kitchen. Very good deal for the price.
