Really nice and helpfull hotel staff, kitchen included equiped with all the necessary facilities for cooking, airconditioning, clean towels every day. I think in this hotel you definitelly get more than what you pay for compare to the other hotels I stood so far.

The room was spacious and had a balcony and its own kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was quite decent. The lady at the reception was most kind and helpful and really made life a lot simpler for us. There are quite a few good eating options nearby including a rare chinese/thai/japanese restaurant next door. I enjoyed the stay it Agadir - it doesnt have the character of other moroccon cities but after 8 days of crowded souks and riads and constant harassment from touts - agadir's spacious beackfront promenade is a welcome relief. Not particularly close to the beach but certainly walkable. The streets near the hotel can seem a little deserted and shady at night but one should be okay using some common sense.

Very good value for money, clean even common areas, lift, comfortable bedding, tv, air conditioner, towels, small kitchen with some dishes and material equipment, good location in town for shopping and not far from the beach. You can walk to within 10 or 15 minutes. We've just spent one night and we were quite satisfied with our stay. A bit outdated ... Breakfast was simple though it was called "continental" one.

The reception staff were very friendly and i enjoyed the breakfasts. The room was good and the beds comfy. Great price and the walk to the beach was pleasant and not too far. The pool didnt look too clean (although was part cleaned during the week) and the sunloungers were a bit grotty. The pool area was in the shade so we did not use.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la situacíón céntrica del hotel y la relación con el personal del hotel. Buena gente y muy amables. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero para nuestros gustos sencillos ha estado muy bien. Del desayuno continental cambiaría el pan de baguete por pan árabe o el tradiconal del Marruecos.

Le calme de la terrasse sur le toit. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse devant l'hotel et ce avec notre grand jus d'orange pressé. La proximité du centre et de la plage. La kitchenette. Le fait que l'on peut fumer partout, même au restaurant.

Grei beliggenhet. Kakerlakker i rommet, veldig nedslitt, dårlig frokost, rengjøringspersonalet på rommet tok maten vår 3 dager på rad, som vi hadde liggende på benken.

Un bon rapport qualité prix pour cette résidence en centre ville. La cafétéria au rez-de-chaussée est bien pratique. On y sert d'ailleurs un excellent petit-déjeuner. La résidence est relativement éloignée de la plage, il vaut mieux être motorisé ou utiliser les taxis pour s'y rendre. Les chambres mériteraient un relookage et des lits plus confortables.

Lokalizacja. elegancko podane śniadanie. Wyposażony acz mały aneks kuchenny pozwala na zrobieni normalngo żarcia. "marokański styl" widoczny na zdjeciach na stronie Booking'u odnosi sie tylko do holu wejściowgo, reszta nijaka, grzejniki nie działały, mimo że było w pokojach ok.14 oC (luty). Ograniczony zasieg wi-fi. Szczliny w drzwiach powodowały że słychać było wszystko z korytarza.
