Good location, clean and not expensive (but to expensive for what you get) This hotel is not really worth going, there are better alternatives I think. They should refurbish the accomodation. The rooms are old and shubby with no comfort.

The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach in one direction, and a short walk to centre town (banks, bakeries, restaurant, etc) in the other direction. Our room was a mini apartment with a living/dining area, kitchen and full bath. The rooms were pretty boring. No art work, decorations, etc. It felt quite empty, but still a great deal given the price and location.

Well located and clean + non limited hot water. Would suggest for not too big headed tourists. Had to beg for Invoice and didn't get any. Just receipt from CC machine...

The low price and excellent location ratio. The hotel staff was very polite, friendly and professional. Spacious apartments. The hotel itself is pretty old and worn down. The bathroom was really mouldy and the hot water took time to show up. Beddings and towels need to be changed, as they long lost their whiteness and have disgusting stains visible on them. The hotel has a problem with ants - they are everywhere. Beware of getting a room with the ocean view, as it also means you get a street view which is very noisy and it did disturb our sleep at night, even though we are definitely not light sleepers. However, all of these things are to be expected for such a low price.

Closeness to the beach A word of warning to any non Morrocan wanting to share an apartment with a Morrocan. At this hotel.I Had booked an apartment with twin beds which were even in separate rooms but I was told when we tried to check in that I could not share with my Morrocan friend..this did not apply to the other hotels I stayed at. I am not gay and this was really insulting and because they said they were full my Morrocan friend had to book in at another hotel for 3 nights which really annoyed us as we booked with Booking.com in good faith. Perhaps booking.com should put a warning on Morrocan hotel sites about this and ask for names of all guests which might stop this problem in the future

Conveniently located: 5min walking distance from the beach and shops close by. Only single beds. The sheets could be replaced as they long lost their white. Impossible to pay by credit card, neither in Dirhams (local currency). You must pay cash in the currency used when booking was made.

My friend and I found this hotel excellent value for money. The room exceeded expectations, was cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels changed. The staff were very friendly and the pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds and cushions. We will be going back again and taking more friends next time.

We liked the convenience in price and location. At times there was a foul smell of sewage all over the residence. No internet connection, poor decoration of the apartment.

Nothing special really, but if you need a central and cheap place to stay in Agadir for a short while, it's perfect.

Excellent. Hotel with a view to the sea and a great swimming-pool. Close to the beach (5 min walking) and also close to the center of the city (10 min walking).

Closeness to the beach. Friendliness of hotel staff. proximity to local amenities - restaurants, pubs taxis, hotel pool was good. Supermarket next door is to be avoided unless really desperate. Cooking facilities were sparce but we got what we expected. Neighbours were sometimes noisy but not invasive due to the lay out.

We loved the pool area, and the atmosphere of the hotel. No one bugged you, it was a quiet hotel, very beachy and relaxing. It was close to everything, and we had no problem with anything what so ever

Résidence Igoudar is conveniently situated in between the beach and the city centre. There is a small supermarket on the corner for getting the food supplies and the appartment rooms have fridges and cooking facilities. No TV nor internet connection, but you get what you pay for, innit?

The relative peace and quiet and informality of the place and the staff plus the central location. Sometimes, loud music played through the speaker by the pool

Budget, basic hotel, good to stay for night or two. We paid 26E per double room - we had 3 beds, bathroom and kitchen - but nothing worked there;-) Close to the beach and shops. I would recommend this hotel because of good money value.
