Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean place only few minutes away from the beach; restaurants and bars literally round the corner. Very spacious, basic accommodation, cleaned daily. Perfect for someone who is not too demanding. We got a sea view without specifically asking for it.

Not the most appealing swimming pool, doesn't look as nice as on the pictures. Noisy fridge. Few ants in the room.

Really the only positive thing was that the apartment was clean.

We chose the apartment because I have a small dog. We were very disappointed with the facilities in the apartment - uncomfortable pillows, no reading lights, very basic furniture. With a little attention the apartment could be ok. We will not be staying again and I will not recommend it to others.

The studio was spacious, basic kitchen equipment was provided and towels were changed daily.

Hotel reception staff were incredibly unhelpful, there were ants in our studio apartment and there was absolutely no tourist information available in English anywhere in the property, making it very difficult to explore the area safely.

We had a lovely stay, appartment very basic but cleaned every day and fresh towels. The pool was great and the surroundings, defently going back next year.

We liked the convenience in price and location.

At times there was a foul smell of sewage all over the residence. No internet connection, poor decoration of the apartment.

All round excellent 'No Frills' hotel. Very well located. Good value for money.

Quite cheap, easy check-in, great location

Clean not enough

Nothing special really, but if you need a central and cheap place to stay in Agadir for a short while, it's perfect.

Conveniently located: 5min walking distance from the beach and shops close by.

Only single beds. The sheets could be replaced as they long lost their white. Impossible to pay by credit card, neither in Dirhams (local currency). You must pay cash in the currency used when booking was made.

Everything was great... Location, kitchen facilities, spacies in the apartament. I would def come back there next time....

Maybe some coffee facilieties but the are plenty restaurant next door that you can have a coffee for not more than 15 dirhams... Just like nothing ;))

Résidence Igoudar is conveniently situated in between the beach and the city centre. There is a small supermarket on the corner for getting the food supplies and the appartment rooms have fridges and cooking facilities.

No TV nor internet connection, but you get what you pay for, innit?

Je réside au Maroc et je choisis dans cette hôtel chaque fois que je me rends à Agadir car avec la formule appartement (salon-cuisine- chambre) le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Il y a aussi la grande piscine très agréable, l'ensemble très propre. L'atout majeur est sa situation près des plages et du centre-ville qui permet de se promener partout sans voiture, ou en taxi qui passent fréquemment devant l'hôtel. Je recommande chaudement cet établissement.

Juste un petit bémol en ce qui concerne l'entretien des carreaux de la piscine, assez sales au niveau de l'eau, malgré la qualité excellente de l'eau elle-même (je l'ai signalé au personnel)
