The aspect of the hotel that stood out for us was the service from the staff. Particularly the reception staff. They were very helpful and helped in anyway they could and also spoke very good english. A few minor things like we had a patio table but no chairs we however borrowed chairs from our friends room. For more constructive feedback we felt that Residence Intouriste Hotel was very clean and well presented however compared to the hotels we had previously stayed at in morocco our hotel room in particular lacked character. |

Staff sencitiviness 1. Location. It is 5 kilometers far of comfortable beach. The district is very bad: a lot of buildings under construction, no any restaurants - only "mini-market" shops in the hotels around which dont have common things as bread, women's hygienic goods etc. There are half emty shelfs with goods having long term shelf-life (e.g. crackers, wide range of tinned food). |

clean and comfortable rooms and had a great view of the mountains It is a distance from the resturants (40 min walk) and at the moment there is lots of building work going on (this didn't affect us at all). I'd advise getting a taxi back as it's a little dark! The beach is about a 30 min walk if you do this as the crow flies which also means a trek across wasteland. Will be great once the lots are finished |

la chambre est spacieuse, agréable, il y a possibilité de travailler à l'hôtel, La demi pension n'est pas organisée, les repas sont très moyens, il n'y avait pas de buffet comme on me l'a annoncé en début de séjour, la carte proposée est une carte de snack, que ce soit à midi ou le soir.Cest loin du centre, bien plus que 5mn!!! j'imaginais en bord de mer! |

Het hotel zelf is Westers en modern. Ruime en nette kamers, zwembad, bar, restaurant etc. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Verlenging van kamergebruik van 12:00 tot 19:00 uur ivm late vlucht kostte 200 dirham. Gratis parkeren bij het hotel was mogelijk. Goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Ontbijt was matig. Afstand tot het strand meer dan 200 meter (10 min.), afstand tot het centrum met restaurantjes al gauw 25-30 min. lopen. Hotel staat in nieuwbouwwijk met rondom veel bouwactiviteiten, geen restaurants en winkels in nabijheid. |

Prezzo elevato rispetto allo standard, distante dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Trattasi di appartamenti dove non è possible ivitare alcun ospite personale, in particolare divieto assoluto per le donne. |

We werden hartelijk door de receptioniste ontvangen en alles lag keurig klaar. Dus men had ons verwacht en dat is altijd prettig.De familiekamer was bijzonder ruim en licht. Heerlijke bedden. Een erg comfortabele kamer en lekker ontbijt en zwembad.We mochten zelfs van de kamer gebruik maken tot ver na de uitchecktijd omdat onze vlucht later vertrok. Het ligt ver van het centrum.En ook het strand was zeker nog 10 minuten lopen. Omdat wij hier een nacht verbleven was dit niet echt belangrijk voor een week zou ik het vervelend hebben gevonden. |

Bra hotell med en pool. Lugnt runtom om man vill koppla av. Inget för folk som vil rumla om inne I stan - som man måste ta taxi till för att hitta (liksom beachen). Hotellet ligger I ett nytt område under uppbyggnad = bra om man vill ha det lugnt - alldeles fel om man vill vara I AGadir Ett typiskt snabbyggt hotel för att satsa på enkla turister utan behov av såväl timlig som mental kvalitet. FAnns inte ens tvål på rummet. Minsta möjliga belysning på rummet, eftersom man tydligen inte förväntades läsa eller arbeta på rummet. REstaurangen hade en meny på flera sidor, men man hade bara två förrätter och två huvudrätter. |

Probleme de securite lié à une mauvaise fermeture des portes de certaines chambres. Donc, nous avons été victimes d'un vol de portable; donc attention aux vols. service des repas à l'hotel tres long. |

Tout le personnel est disponible et sympathique , l'hotel est calme,des transats en nombre suffisant avec prêt de serviette Dommage de pas avoir de thé à la menthe ou bien traditionnel . Idem manque de musique d'ambiance marocaine . |

Wij hadden een 2 en 3-prs kamer geboekt, maar kregen 2 grote appartementen zonder bijbetaling. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het hotel was schoon. De directe omgeving; veel in aanbouw en dus leegstand, geen winkeltjes en nagenoeg geen restaurants in de buurt. |

eenmaal op de kamer viel het allemaal mee, maar het is een onvriendelijk grote betonnen kolos met uitzicht op links en rechts lukraak neergezette andere gebouwen; de meeste andere gasten waren Engelsen die er als groep verbleven |

В целом все было хорошо, очень приветливый персонал на ресепшн, вполне услужливые горничные. в номерах есть кондеи, работают на обогрев - зимой очень актуально! Красивый интерьер, много зелени в холлах. Удобная и доступная парковка. Магазин при отеле. ЧТО УЖАСНО - ХАМАМ при гостинице, видимо персонал следует первым буквам "...Хам..." ужасный сервис, низшее качество. более бдительное отношение к персоналу, под кроватями не убирают, у друзей мусор стоял в номере два дня. |

L'accueil du personnel vraiment super sympa, le calme et le fait que ça ne soit pas un hotel "club" pour touristes... Même si il y a des touristes bien sûr. La résonnance des bruits car grandes hauteurs de plafond dans le hall. Hotel un peu excentré du remblai (mais navette à disposition). |
