il costo e la colazione

il freddo (era Natale) e lo split dell'aria condizionata nonostante funzionasse anche come pompa di calore non era stato acceso fino al nostro arrivo pertanto l'appartamento era freddissimo....

grande appartamento, fin troppo per solo 2 persone ( 6 posti letto). ottima colazione e pulizia.

aria condizionata in una sola stanza. un pochino decentrato ma facilmente raggiungibile.

It was a nice experience in Residence Rosas. Although its location is a little bit far away from the city center, it will be no problem with a rental car. The apartment was large and well equiped. The staff there was also quite helpful. They gave us some useful suggestions on driving to the desert.

Friendly personell, calm place, delicious breakfast.

No heating, but that just bothers you in winter. However the sheets were warm enough.

I was in Ourzazate with a group of 10 friends traveling across Morocco and we stayed in Residence Rosas for 4 nights. The apartments are new, spacious, each with bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, all nicely designed with stylish furniture. The arrangement makes you feel like home (you can even get an apartment with a baby-bed). The apartments are cleaned everyday. The staff is very friendly and flexible (I.E. they prepared breakfast early in the morning if we asked for that). The breakfast is very nice, with fresh bread, croissants and espresso coffee.

For those people who don't speak French it migh be problem that the staff doesn't speak English. Also, you should take into account that the Residence is not in the center of Ourzazate and it takes around 20 minutes to walk to the bus station.

No wifi in the room

They had forgot, that we were coming, and our 70 m2 apartment for 5 persons was not available. But they were good at finding solutions. First we were offered 2 rooms in a neighboor hotel, but later they offered us to get 2 rooms in their own hotel. Very good breakfast.

The Internet is only available in the bar and not in the rooms. It was very cold in the room.

Breakfast was very good

The room wasn't clean enought. We found a lot of hair in our bed. The a/c didn't work properly - it was very hot especially at night.

On a very quiet street. It was an apartment which was rented from time to time, not a real "hotel" or "pension." Quite accommodating staff; let us keep our luggage there while on a 3-day excursion.

No breakfast. Far away from any restaurant. WiFi was limited to courtyard.

Cute little 2 bedroom with nice decor. Spacious snd clean. Not too far from the medina, a short taxi ride but a bit of a walk. Breakfast was assorted breads with butter jam and cheese spread. Also coffee, tea snd orange juice.

Air conditioned only in bedrooms not all of apartment. Wifi only worked downstairs in the breakfast area and one tiny part of our room got intermittent connection. The shower is pretty much over the toilet and floods the entire bathroom. Bathroom had a really strange unpleasant smell. Rest of building was not airconditioned like it claims and people just sit there and smoke all day downstairs so it was really unpleasant to be down there to use wifi or eat. Tv channels were really fuzzy.

We were pleased with the standard of accomodation provided.Overall it was much better than we had expected for Marrakech, particularly when you take into account the pice paid..There was an initial problem with the bathroom but this was sorted out quickly and to our satisfaction. It takes around 15/20 minutes to walk to the center where there are several restaurants etc, again this was as expected. I would recommend these apartments to families, singles, couples, groups etc.

La señal de Wifi no llega a las habitaciones

Ontzettend gezellige gastvrouw. Met liefde bereid avondeten.

De massage is erg licht en absoluut geen massage te noemen. Ook ontzettend prijzig. Geen aanrader.

Accueil, hospitalité. A recommander pour les petits budgets. Appartements très spacieux, confortables, propres. Le patron et ses fils sont très disponibles, à l'écoute, même si vous arrivez très tard. Joëlle Bruno

Propreté correcte si vous êtes en famille possibilité d appartement pour sejourner plusieurs jours .

Si vous êtes en famille avec beaucoup de sacs il faut se préparer à monter 4 étages .

Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und waren von der Freundlichkeit des Personals ganz begeistert.

la résidence est bien entretenue, située à 15 min à pied du centre-ville, les logements sont spacieux, les propriétaires très gentils mais quand même un peu mal insonorisé mais bien quand même

Zeer ruim appartement met keuken en zitkamer.

Ongezellig restaurant. Personeel nauwelijks beschikbaar.

Muy buena relacion calidad precio, las habitaciones son espaciosas. no esta muy centrico pero es muy facil encontrarlo. el desayuno estaba incluido en el precio y estuvo bastante bien.

No funcionaba el aire caliente del climatizador

Son avantage est d'être proche de l'aéroport.

Le quartier est en construction, rien ou presque autour. Le studio loué n'était pas prêt d'où deux pièces à la place qui n'était pas vraiment prêt non plus ....

Rien, Petit déjeuner correct sans plus.

Surtout les mauvaises odeurs insupportables d'égout dès notre arrivée, puis des draps sales, un réchaud sale dans la cuisine La situation dans la nouvelle ville en construction,sans parler de la déco très kitch mais ce n'était pas très grave comparé au reste.

La proximité avec l'aéroport, mais au calme
