Friendly owner and staff. Nice facility. Located inside the Medina within a short distance from the main entrance/parking area.

Baggage handlers wanted more money than originally agreed...both coming and going.

Eyerything was perfekt, nice Riad, very quiet, perfekt located in the middle of the Medina

The staff were very friendly and super nice. The decoration was authentically moroccan and tasteful. the location in the old town was good.

Rooms on the smaller size.

The owner has incredible taste and is an amazing decorator. Our breath was taken away by the beauty of our room!

As said on this website before, the matrass was very hard, which was not so comfortable. According to the description, the bath room would have a steam shower, but we did not really get this to work (maybe because we were there in winter?), also the shower would turn cold quite quickly.

If you want to be right in the middle of the old city medina in a clean,quiet, and uniquely beautiful raid, this can be the place. Very conviently located to a gate located on the north side that a taxi can drop you off and still find the place on your own.

Definitely the place to stay in if you like peace and quiet. A little gem in the middle of the very busy markets of Fes el Bali. The staff including Jean Claude (the owner) were extremely helpful and very friendly. We stayed in Mohammed Lefta room and we found it very comfortable especially the bed on the mezzanine floor, definitely great by any European 4 star standard. The views from the terrace were incredible too. We have no hesitation in recommending this Riad.

Very clean, very friendly with helpful staff. Good beds and good heating. It's extremely quiet despite being right in the heart of the medina. All in all, an excellent, beautifully restored, traditional Moroccan riad. Highly recommended.

The location.

To be honest our experience at Riad Adarissa was the worst experience we have ever had at any hotel after travelling for 5 months throughout Europe and Morocco. Check-in process was lengthy. Stairs to loft were too steep and dangerous. Beds were incredibly hard and pillows uncomfortable. Shower did not drain at all. Staff did not replace towels even though they were put in the shower as directed. Breakfast was very average with store bought juice and small portions. Zero privacy in the room with glass windows in the doors to the room that you could not cover. Zero natural light, the room felt like a cell. Staff woke us by banging on our room door and shouting loudly at 10.20am. When confronted about this issue the staff explained that we had not told them we would sleep in, they were concerned we were dead. The receptionist swore at us during this confrontation. When the manager arrived to apparently deal with this issue, he was rude, abrupt and did not resolve any of the issues we had raised. The manager suggested that because we had paid a promotional price for the room we should not be complaining. All in all this was an unprofessional, disorganised and overpriced stay.

Riad Adarissa is a fantastically redone Riad in the heart of Fez. Highly recommended.

Great location, in heart of medina. Hotel stuff was really nice and helpful all the way through our stay. All in all very recommended riad for staying, the best we had in all of Morocco during our trip!

Riad magnifico. ottima posizione, curato nei minimi particolari, staff cordiale, discreto ed accogliente. Meravigliosa la terrazza con vista sulla medina.

Il bagno della nostra stanza (quella vicina alla terrazza) in certe ore del giorno emanava cattivo odore.

Excellent accueil. Ryad ancien et typique. A noter qu'en réservant par Booking les prix des hôlels sont élevés pour le Maroc. Il est préférable de réserver directement ou simplement de chercher et de négocier son hébergement sur place.

Chambre étroite, difficulté à circuler autour du lit. Prix élevé pour le Maroc (Booking). En sortant d'Azrou, contravention de 700 dirhams (environ 65 euros) pour avoir dépassé à moto à 30 km/h une voiture qui se traînait à 20 km/h.

Questo Riad è stato il primo in cui abbiamo soggiornato nel nostro viaggio attaverso il Marocco ed è stata un' esperienza favolosa!! Entrare nel patio , bellissimo, venendo dai vicoli polverosi della medina è come un sogno!! Il proprietario è gentilissimo, ci ha accolto con un ottimo tè marocchino e biscottini!! la nostra camere, che dava sul patio, è molto bella, su due livelli con tutto quello che ti può servire. ottima la colazione sul terrazzo e la cena che abbiamo deciso di consumare la seconda sera del nostro soggiorno. siamo stati davvero bene da consigliare!!

Le Riad est au centre de la Médina dans l une des rues principales. Le Riad est au calme et est très beau, neuf et propre. Chaque chambre est differente et personnalisee. La salle de bains contient des articles de toilettes de qualité. Superbe terrasse panoramique sur le toit sur Fès pour prendre le petit dejeuner. Parking a 5 min du Riad 3eur/nuit. Le propriétaire J-Claude un belge est très sympa.

Manque viennoiserieś pour le petit déjeuner. Une piscine serait le top.

Geweldige ligging, goede service, mooie kamers. We hadden oorspronkelijk de kamer geboekt helemaal boven in de riad, dat waren wel veel (smalle) trappen. De wifi werkte daar echter niet en dus verkasten we een verdieping lager. Wifi werkt in dit hotel slechts beperkt, ondanks dat aangegeven wordt in het hele hotel wifi te leveren. Fes is fantastisch! We hadden een gids geboekt via het hotel en dat was echt een aanrader!

De bedden zijn heel hard.

L'accueil est très appréciable ainsi que le service et la gentillesse du personnel et des responsables. L'emplacement au coeur de la Médina est idéal. La décoration intérieure du riad est magnifique et restaurée avec goût. Les terrasses en toiture est très agréable pour se détendre et y prendre ses repas, et la vue y est extraordinaire. Les repas sont délicieux et variés.

Location perfetta, buon servizio nel complesso un soggiorno molto gradevole inoltre il proprietario ci ha consigliato un ottimo hammam spa.
