Beautifully restored Riad, right in the middle of the Medina. Lovely and cool inside, even on a very hot day. Jean Claude is an excellent host, welcoming and helpful. He helped us to book a local guide to explore the Medina and airport transfer, and upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious.

This riad is located just off of one of the main streets of the Medina. The staff will make you feel like a royalty! They are always there to help and serve you! The staff will also organize a tour if you would like one. Big thanks to the owner Jean Claude who uprgaded our room with no extra cost. Everybody there will go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to you. This riad also has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had a very pleasant stay, we will definitely recommend this to anybody who is travelling to Fez.

Everything was fantastic! We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived by the friendly owner Jean Claude & his host Hamza. They both could not do enough for us during our stay, always checking in to make sure we were good, enjoying our visit. They have a excursion manager onsite to help arrange tours of the medina, the city, and the area. The location is great and easy to find (which is saying something in the medina!). Lots of hot water & water pressure, nice towels, hair dryer in the room, great AC, simple but tasty breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning. This place was amazing. All the little details were taken care of and if you could possibly think of anything you might need, Hamza will get it for you (I swear, if I asked him to fly, he would, he's amazing).

For the first time ever (in 9 months of travel all over the world), I don't have a single bad thing to say about a place.

We really enjoied breakfast on the terrace. Everybody was very helpful and nice. Would love to come again.

It is located in medina but not far from the entrance Bab, just 5-7minutes walk from there. The inside decoration is amazing like a small palace. The staff is helpful. The roof is very high as you can have good views of medina and mountain.

bad sound insulation of the room on the top

Beautiful Riad - rooms are great, terrace is stunning with a great view, location is very central in the medina (sometimes not such a great thing!) Nice Breakfast.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful (bringing breakfast up to the terrace for us) there was one staff member who gave us very irresponsible information and nearly ruined our stay completely. I knew not to take a guide but when we arrived at the hotel, this staff member told us to take one and suggested his cousin - who then took us to his friends shops, lied to us constantly about opening times etc, and then tried to demand 350dh from us after 1 1/2 hrs of us earning him a 40% cut on everything we bought (which we found out afterwards). Needless to say after am aggressive and uncomfortable discussion, I gave him about a quarter of that. All at the suggestion of staff from the Riad. The other issue involved the bus to Merzouga which we asked for him to ring and check for us. He then told us not to worry and just turn up at 20.00 for the 21.00 o clock bus. when we arrived (at 19,00!) - no tickets! If it wasn't for a very nice bus driver we would have had to stay in Fes that night with extra hotel cost and missing our time in the desert. Really really unprofessional behaviour on the part of the Riad in my opinion Aside from that, Wifi is very patchy. Nice place to stay but just be wary of any advice!!

Beautifully decorated riad with full Morrocan taste. Relatively easy to find in the medina (not very close the blue gate, though).

In my room, bathroom was located upstairs. I had to climb up the wooden uneven steps each time. The ceiling is so high that the warm air from the air condition stays high and I felt cold during the night.

The staff and meals were very very good

The room was slightly small and two singles beds together rather than a double wasnt ideal

The room was lovely and the staff very sweet and helpful. The riad was beautiful and located just off the main street in the medina.

It felt a bit too posh for us - the formal style of service made us feel less comfortable.

Decor, ambiance. Generally, it is a beautiful Riad. Staff is excellent and very friendly.

TV didn't allow to change channels. Lower ground rooms can be aweckwered when coming in. Some services are overpriced.

The location is excellent, just around the corner from the main street of the old medina. A 2-3 min walk to the Water Clock and Bou Inania Madrassa. A 5 min walk to the Boujeloud Gate and all the eateries. Stunning views from the terrace. Satellite tv in room. Good quality breakfast

Wifi connection was unreliable. Terrace room was on the small side, you had to squeeze between the wall and bed to get to bathroom. Quality of breakfast orange juice was not as good as in other Riads we stayed in Morocco
