The food was nice and Haddou very sweet serving us
Our first room had very little space for hanging clothes but they kindly moved us
Staff were extremely helpful and always went out of their way, you really do feel like it's your own place when you stay, it's very close to shops and can easily be found. Despite going in winter the heating was great and made the room very warm, breakfast was very good, will definitely stay here again.
All around wounderful
The owner of the road Jean Claud and his staff are simply amazing: helpful, kind and always wiling to help you to make the best of your stay in fez. they helped us also to find a very good guide to explore the city, for a very reasonable price. Breakfast delicious. I would totally recommend riad adarissa!
Excellent location, authentic decorations and ornaments, super friendly staff, delicious food, etc. Everything was perfect!
Thank you so much to Jean Claude, Nourredine and Hammu who made our trip so special. The riad is beautifully restored, the attention to detail in the mosaic and carvings just beautiful. The furnishings are traditional but also very comfortable and tasteful. The location, easy to find and two mins from the Bab Boujloud, is excellent. We felt like royalty, with all the wonderful service - mint tea and snacks in the afternoons, lovely big breakfasts in the mornings. We were upgraded to the senior suite at no additional cost and Jean Claude even took us and the other guests who were staying to the Moulay Yacoub thermal baths - such a kind touch! This honestly is the best place I have ever stayed, I can't recommend Raid Adarissa enough. Staying here made our trip truly memorable!
Haddu treated us very well!!
This is a fantastic hide away just off the Main Street and the blue gate in a quite and secure site lane. The riad is beautifully restored and has stunning views from the roof terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful overseen from the driven owner of Riad Adarissa.
The location is excellent. Breakfast on terrace with nice views over the Medina. Good soap ;)
There were some discrepancies with room for us which caused us to move to other room after we came from a walk. Other then that everything was good.
The riad is in a good location where can be easily reached, rooms are clean and tidy. The host and the staff were very kind.
The staff were very helpful and they made our stay very pleasant. The riad had a great view from the balcony while having breakfast.
Fantastic Host and team, so accommodating and waited late for us to arrive and provided a very tasty meal, wine also available. WIFI good, room comfortable and very traditional but tastfully decorated. Jean Claude was more than helpful and overall great value for money. Parking a short walk from the Riad. Good typical Moroccan breakfast.
Space in room to accomodate luggage was small but managable for our short stay.
Beautifully restored Riad by an owner who has lovingly restored the building. Excellent and friendly service, the best breakfast that we had in Morocco too!
We stayed at Adarisda for 5 days in Fes, which was a bit long for the location since we had already visited Meknes and decided against Sefrou. Both Jean Claude and Hamza were amazingly accommodating, extending rides to the bus station and help booking a relaxing pool and hamman day at Palais Faraj. Adarissa has a package deal with Faraj for pool, massage and lunch, which was quite reasonable and a nice escape from the busy medina. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. A little noise from the kids in the medina street but just added to the charm and died off by 11pm. Thank you especially to Hamza who was extremely accommodating and friendly, giving us great suggestions, directions, etc, for our stay.
perfect location to explore the medina of fez and a nice terrace with panorama view. very friendly and helpfully staff, especially hamza!!!
we had a small room
Beautifully restored Riad, right in the middle of the Medina. Lovely and cool inside, even on a very hot day. Jean Claude is an excellent host, welcoming and helpful. He helped us to book a local guide to explore the Medina and airport transfer, and upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious.
This riad is located just off of one of the main streets of the Medina. The staff will make you feel like a royalty! They are always there to help and serve you! The staff will also organize a tour if you would like one. Big thanks to the owner Jean Claude who uprgaded our room with no extra cost. Everybody there will go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to you. This riad also has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had a very pleasant stay, we will definitely recommend this to anybody who is travelling to Fez.
Everything was fantastic! We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived by the friendly owner Jean Claude & his host Hamza. They both could not do enough for us during our stay, always checking in to make sure we were good, enjoying our visit. They have a excursion manager onsite to help arrange tours of the medina, the city, and the area. The location is great and easy to find (which is saying something in the medina!). Lots of hot water & water pressure, nice towels, hair dryer in the room, great AC, simple but tasty breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning. This place was amazing. All the little details were taken care of and if you could possibly think of anything you might need, Hamza will get it for you (I swear, if I asked him to fly, he would, he's amazing).
For the first time ever (in 9 months of travel all over the world), I don't have a single bad thing to say about a place.
Beautiful riad, nice terrace with great wiew, good brekafast. Hard to find for the first time, like all places in medina. Pay anyone 20 DHM (2 EUR) to guide you, nex time it wont be a problem. We really enjoied breakfast on the terrace. Everybody was very helpful and nice. Would love to come again.
It is located in medina but not far from the entrance Bab, just 5-7minutes walk from there. The inside decoration is amazing like a small palace. The staff is helpful. The roof is very high as you can have good views of medina and mountain.
bad sound insulation of the room on the top
Nicely restored riad. We were well looked after and the location was brilliant.
perfect location... great staff and very hands on host. thank u jean claude and noredine and hansan! they also gave us an upgrade and made fes even more beautiful! breakfast was also a treat. everything was just perfect!
Very beautiful restoration Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff and owner.
Beautiful Riad - rooms are great, terrace is stunning with a great view, location is very central in the medina (sometimes not such a great thing!) Nice Breakfast.
While the staff were very friendly and helpful (bringing breakfast up to the terrace for us) there was one staff member who gave us very irresponsible information and nearly ruined our stay completely. I knew not to take a guide but when we arrived at the hotel, this staff member told us to take one and suggested his cousin - who then took us to his friends shops, lied to us constantly about opening times etc, and then tried to demand 350dh from us after 1 1/2 hrs of us earning him a 40% cut on everything we bought (which we found out afterwards). Needless to say after am aggressive and uncomfortable discussion, I gave him about a quarter of that. All at the suggestion of staff from the Riad. The other issue involved the bus to Merzouga which we asked for him to ring and check for us. He then told us not to worry and just turn up at 20.00 for the 21.00 o clock bus. when we arrived (at 19,00!) - no tickets! If it wasn't for a very nice bus driver we would have had to stay in Fes that night with extra hotel cost and missing our time in the desert. Really really unprofessional behaviour on the part of the Riad in my opinion Aside from that, Wifi is very patchy. Nice place to stay but just be wary of any advice!!
