The riad's directional street signs were very helpful to find the place. The staff was very helpful in serving breakfast at serving us breakfast at 03.30 in the morning before we had to leave by train.

Everything was perfect. I loved the room and the tasty breakfast, it was easy to find (a side street on the left, walking along one of the main streets who starts from the main square- there's an arch at the beginning) and the staff was very very kind and nice. I recommend it!

I loved the proximity to so many shops and sights. Taxis and buses were also easy to get to. The staff was excellent. The room was clean. Breakfast was very nice and very quick. There was always plenty of hot water. This was our second time to stay here and there were improvements that made our stay more comfortable than the last time.

The bed was too hard.

Even tha the staff didin't speak any other language besides french, they're friendly.

Very precarious installations; clogged drain, heating not working, unfinished floor, no cover sheet, shower holder broken. We had to wait 25 min to get our breakfast, cause there was only one person to do that.

I liked Soufian's friendliness, the way he could say anything and you'd be fine with it because you know he';s very shy and polite and means well. The style was okay, they just need to maintain it more.

Hot water was a hassle for the first few days,

Friendly people. Personal aproach. Very helpful. Safe. Good wifi connection. Great location, only 3min walk to jemaa el fna, but still a very quiet and cool place.

The location was perfect for exploring the medina and it is very easy to find. The manager, Aziz, was so pleasant and helpful. He was always there. In fact, he was the only staff there. He definitely could use some help so he can take a day or two off. But he served continually with a smile and there was nothing he wouldn't do for the guests. He really made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is close to the Jemmaa El Fna square, 3 min walking. But the Hotel is not easy to find because it is in a very hidden Street. The employee is very friendly but has some difficulty in communication.

The breakfast is very simple. There was no champoo nor soap for bathing.

The Location of the Riad is very good, less than 5 minutes from the big place Jmna El Fna, so you can go by foot. Also from the airpot you can go by bus easyly, because the taxi driver asks for to high prices (so should be the price about 20DH with the counter on, we were asked for 120 DH) The Airportbus is about 30DH p/P and leaves every 30 minutes. The Riad is very quite and Aziz a very helpful and frendly guy, even if it is better to speak french. Our Room (Nr. 1) was clean, not to small, but the bathroom needs some new colour to look more nicely.

Aziz should get some help, he is working 24/7 there, quite hard.

1 van de 4 bedden was echt keihard en dus echt niet op te slapen. Een schemerlamp zou welkom zijn geweest en de douche kop kon niet worden opgehangen en het water liep niet goed weg. Maar ach..

la situation geographique tout proche de la place dans une petite impasse( au calme) le personnel tres sympathique

l’accès est compliquer quand on vient en voiture obliger de laisser le vehicule dans un parking (3,50 € les 24H) à 10 min à pied du Riad.

Pulizia inesistente, camera fredda e staff opportunista.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel .Zonder meer werd ons ontbijt om 6 uur geserveerd . Erg bereid om je ten dienste te zijn . Een duidelijk naambordje op de hoek van de steeg zou erg nuttig zijn .

El patio. Estaba cerca de la famosa plaza, dónde es seguro caminar, con la policía turística cerca por si algún mequetrefe molesta demasiado. Tranquilo dependiendo de los clientes que pasaran por allí. El personal amable. Discreción y posibilidad de disfrutar del olor de la flor de los limoneros del patio.

No se puede pagar con tarjeta de crëdito. La limpieza no existe tal como la vemos en la mayor parte de Europa. El baño grande pero sin un lugar donde poder colocar la toalla. La cisterna del wc sonando todo el rato hasta que descubrí que dejaba de hacerlo si cerraba la llave de paso. La terraza abandonada, no se podía disfrutar de ella. No se podía ver la salida ni la puesta de sol desde allí. Me hubiera gustado un lugar donde poder calentar algo de leche o agua sin depender de la hora de poder desayunar. Desayuno muyyyyy pobre: rico el zumo de naranja recién exprimido, tortitas grasientas, miel y mantequilla, café extraño, podías pedir té. Yo acabé tomando pan, pero no me hubiera importado que el desayuno fuera más abundante y variado. Además a pesar de ser una persona sóla (viajaba solo) cobraban el desayuno, pero no te ofrecían otro al ser una habitación doble. Después de cierta hora no podías pedir el desayuno, el riad no tenía allí nada, tenía que salir el personal a comprarlo fuera. En general los "patrones" de los riad sonríen el primer día y luego se mantienen como son, algo agarrados. No esperes que nadie limpie tu , ni siquiera el wc, ni cambien sábanas o toallas durante tu estancia, aunque permanezcas allí una semana entera como ha sido mi caso. No regalan nada, si es posible te lo cobran.

Les chambres sont modestes, par contre le riad est très bien situé! Juste au centre de la Medina. Hassan qui travaille au Riad est très sympa et souriant, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps en discutant avec lui :) Les petits déj sont très bons :)

Il n'y avait ni savon si shampooing.

Riad bello ed autentico, un'oasi di pace. La posizione è ideale. Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione ottima.

Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia, soprattutto dei tappeti nella stanza.

Die Lage war sehr zentral, gut gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig. Jedes Zimmer ist anders andgeordnet und farblich unterschiedlich gestaltet. Der Innenhof hat seinen eigenen Charme, mit den blühenden und duftenden Orangenbäumen und den zwitschernden Vögeln sehr idyllisch (Anfang April). Auf der Dachterrasse konnte man die Wärme und Sonne geniessen.

Die Sauberkeit darf man nicht mit unseren Massstäben messen.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos este riad y sigue siendo una buena opción para visitar Marrakech pues está a dos minutos de la plaza de Jemma El Fna. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias y el servicio es muy atento.

Prima locatie. Ontbijt wordt goed verzorgd door een jongeman die er consequent aanwezig is. Dakterras is ook ideaal.

De wc en douche werkte niet optimaal, maar dat weet je als je naar Marokko gaat en voor deze prijs verblijft. Betalen moet je contant doen, maar let op de wisselkoers die in rekening wordt gebracht (bij ons 11,8 dirham voor een euro ipv 10,9)

Sur le site Il était prévu un paiement carte bancaire hors pas de possibilité sur place. Mise en difficulté pour retirer des espéces !!!!!. Etablissement vieillot et sans chauffage (la nuit il fait froid froid en janvier au maroc)!!!!. drap en mauvais état ainsi que peu de linge de toilette

Està molt ben situat. Les habitacions són àmplies i el pati és molt agradable. El noi i la noia que atenen els clients són molt amables.

Li cal millorar el manteniment: la pintura i alguns aspectes de la neteja. La primera nit l'aigua calenta de la dutxa no acabava de funcionar.

Uitstekende locatie, erg rustig in de drukke hectische binnenstad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel spreken helaas zeer matig Engels. Eigenaar (niet altijd aanwezig) spreekt Nederlands! Lekker ontbijt in ontspannen mooie binnen tuin tussen de sinaasappelbomen.

Er viel niets tegen maar verwacht geen hete luxe douche.

Freundliche hilfreiche Bedienung, Ruhige Lage, auch nachts. Schöner Innenhof.

Steinkalte Räume (November/Dezember) Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die jungen Bediensteten zwar eifrig bemüht, doch hoffnungslos über- fordert waren und das bei nur wenigen Gästen. Für die Leistung zu teuer.
