The location was perfect for exploring the medina and it is very easy to find. The manager, Aziz, was so pleasant and helpful. He was always there. In fact, he was the only staff there. He definitely could use some help so he can take a day or two off. But he served continually with a smile and there was nothing he wouldn't do for the guests. He really made our stay enjoyable.

The Location of the Riad is very good, less than 5 minutes from the big place Jmna El Fna, so you can go by foot. Also from the airpot you can go by bus easyly, because the taxi driver asks for to high prices (so should be the price about 20DH with the counter on, we were asked for 120 DH) The Airportbus is about 30DH p/P and leaves every 30 minutes. The Riad is very quite and Aziz a very helpful and frendly guy, even if it is better to speak french. Our Room (Nr. 1) was clean, not to small, but the bathroom needs some new colour to look more nicely.

Aziz should get some help, he is working 24/7 there, quite hard.

The staff was very friendly. Mainly Said the guy who takes care of the riad. He is very helpful and gave us many useful info about the city. Breakfast is quite good and served in the courtyard of the riad. The location is great, is about 2 or 3 minutes of the square Djama El Fnaa. I strongly recommend.

Best of Riad is its location, just meters from the Jamaa El Fna in a street with many shops. The hotel staff is very friendly and help you in any way they can. Recommend this Riad for its convenient location and treatment of its staff.

Excellent accueil et beaucoup de convivialité. à recommander aux amateurs de riads traditionnels et d'authenticité!

Traumhafte Innenhof mit duftenden Bäumen, zwitschernden Vögeln, Brunnen und viel Ruhe, die Begrüßung mit einem Minztee durch den freundlichen Hotelmitarbeiten, der alleine tag- und nacht anwesend ist. Man ist schnell mal im Hotel, um die Einkäufe abzuladen oder sich eine Ruhepause zu gönnen, da die Lage optimal ist. Man ist von der Einkaufsgasse mit wenigen Schritten am Riad.

Die Gasse, an dehrem Ende das Riad liegt, ist etwas schmutzig und stinkt manchmal, auch ist der Boden sehr uneben, nachts etwas schlecht beleuchtet, aber nur kurz, also eigentlich kein Problem.

Hotel spartano,al primo colpo si rimane un po disorientati, ma poi ci si abitua anche grazie alla cortesia del personale e si fa un bel soggiorno tranquillo, posizione molto vicino alla piazza jamaa el fnaa, vicolo un po isolato, ma tranquillo anche la sera.

authentique maison de la médina, au calme dans une petite ruelle toute proche de la place Jemaa el Fna et gentil accueil de la part d'Aziz.

Par contre, notre chambre n'a pas été faite chaque jour pendant notre séjour (5 nuits) et il nous a été impossible de régler par C.B. malgré ce qui était indiqué au moment de la réservation. Le propriétaire n'est pas sur place, ce qui pose problème en cas de difficulté, le personnel sur place parlant très peu français.

Aziz la personne chargée de l'accueil est extrêmement gentil et dévoué....L'hôtel est idéalement situé par rapport à la place principale de Marrakech.

La propreté des draps est à revoir. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre et nous avons dû mettre des couvertures sales et puantes ! enfin le propriétaire est très pingre, nous avons dû remboursé 2 € de crêpes non comprises dans le petit déjeuner sur un séjour de 6 nuits !

De locatie was briljant, ongeveer 200 meter van het Djemaa el Fna Plein. Personeel was erg behulpzaam, kwam met handige tips en was altijd vriendelijk. Geen verzoek was te gek, binnen alle redelijkheid. Echte luxe is het niet, maar het bed sliep goed. De prijs was erg goed en wij hoeven niet zoveel luxe. Op deze manier hebben we wat meer geproefd van de Marokkaanse manier van leven dan wanneer je in een 5 sterren resort zit. Je zit toch niet de hele dag op je kamer, dus het was goed genoeg! Het is meer een B&B idee en dichtbij genoeg bij het bruisende plein om even terug te lopen en te relaxen, om vervolgens weer fris op weg te gaan!

Het was het allemaal net niet. De kamer was wel opgeruimd, maar niet echt schoon, de douche was ook net niet helemaal schoon. Wat andere tapijten in de kamer zou ook niet misstaan vanwege de vlekken. Ondanks de behulpzaamheid van het personeel, zijn we in 3 dagen 2x te laat gekomen, omdat het allemaal niet zo snel ging. De eerste keer was niet zo erg, maar de 2e keer moesten we weer op tijd bij het vliegveld zijn, want je hebt echt wel 2 uur nodig om overal doorheen te komen. Hierdoor hebben we uiteindelijk op het nippertje het vliegtuig gehaald..
