Excellent location, 5 mins from Jamal El Fna and the souks. Despite this the riad was almost always quiet. The breakfast was basic but enjoyable.

My inexcusable lack of French made all communication with the riad workers very difficult (even though English is listed as one of the languages spoken. There was no heating at all which made the January nights very cold and uncomfortable. The room was sparse with hardly any furnishings and very limited storage so we couldn't properly unpack. The bathroom also smelled of damp and the water was warm at best.

The location was good. The young woman running the riad was very pleasant but spoke no English.

There was no heat in a very cold room. There was no hot water only a little warm water. No shower curtain--no bathroom door--no place to hang clothes--blankets were not clean.

Breakfast was fresh & delicious. Just up the alley was a fantastic vegetarian cafe.

The rooms were not clean, the sinks & shower did not drain, the wifi wasn't working & whenever we asked about fixing something, the answer was always 'tomorrow'. We did not feel safe in this Riad.

Authentic Riad, honest (not so usual in Morocco) and educated owner, good location in medina, easy to find.

it could be cleaner, very hot
