Idriss and Melanie are very dedicated to their guests and truly hospitable. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay, the riad has a beautiful authentic touch, and very comfortable to stay in. Only a 10 minute walk to the Souks and main square of Marrekech. Great value for money. Our kids (two 8 year olds) quickly felt at home, largely due to Idriss' playfulness with them. We can absolutely recommend a stay here.

Idriss and Melanie have understood what Hopitality is. We felt like king and queen in their castle. They care about their guests, give valuable information which made our visit in Marrakesh very enjoyable. Eating in the riad was a real treat better than Michelin star restaurants. The entire team could not do enough for us. They organised everything for us.The location of the riad is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the square and souks. Everything was PERFECT.Well done to both of you, you are the best.Hope to stay with you soon again. Going home :-(

All the staff and owners at this Riad went above and beyond the expectations. Wifi was a bit iffy. Would have been nice to have a bit more variation of fruit for breakfast and not so much bread!

Melanie and Idris the owners were so welcoming and helpful we couldn't have asked for more. The location, a 10 minute walk from the main square really did feel like you were right in the heart of the action and yet experiencing the day to day life the Marrakechons live.

Love the staff, they are so nice, attentive and down to earth people !!! Staying at the Riad are truly a great experience for anyone that want a taste of local culture in Marrakech ! The host / owner of the hotel are lovely couple and take great efforts to make sure all the guest are well taken care of !! The place is peaceful and quiet inside the Riad for a good relax sleep at night. Outside the Riad you can be sure of experiencing the true Moroccan culture in the Medinal with local residents and day to day business with small stores and market. Food served in the Riad is nice too, with a big local breakfast everyday served in the roof top terrace, which is lovely in the morning before the heat kicks in. Dinner prepared by the staff is excellent except the portion is huge .. Loving every bits and pieces !!! Due to Marrakech overall infrastructure, wifi is up and down at times. However, people should just chill without all the wiring and enjoy the human touch ..

Idriss and Melanie were fantastic and provide a very personalised service. The riad is cute and cosy and is excellent value for money. Idriss' care and attention to detail was really outstanding though, as it is the way you are treated that always stays with you. Such a great role model for boutique hotel owners... thanks guys for making ours a fantastic trip.

The decor was breathtaking. The riad is like a little palace. Spotlessly clean and immaculately serviced. Very helpful, friendly service. Felt completely safe and secure at all times. It was a bit of a hike to the main square but an adventure in itself strolling through the medina.

The atrium and rooftop terrace are just gorgeous. Literally an oasis in the hectic city. They greet you with mint tea and biscuits and are happy to make you mint tea upon request each day. Good breakfast, friendly staff, even though we had communication issues. The hotel rate was very affordable, especially as this was one of the more beautiful hotels we've stayed in in any city. Dinner was also very good the night we had it in the hotel. Airport transfer was convenient and easy and affordable. Unfortunately, the lady that runs the Riad was out of town and her father who speaks almost no English was there instead. We had trouble asking questions about excursions and making our desires understood. It worked out just fine in the end, even though we were in the dark about what our excursion into the Atlas mountains would entail. The location is a bit of a walk from the square, but not too bad, and we liked being in a more "residential" feeling neighborhood. As its an old Riad, all rooms have windows into the atrium, even the bathrooms, and with the thin wood shutter like doors, everyone can hear everything else going on in the hotel.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Although the Riad was little out of city center, (close to one of the gates in medina) the owner of Riad explained the way really easy and we had no problem finding the place except the first time we arrived there. The place is cozy and room is big enough including for extra bed (for 3 adults). Breakfast and dinner was also very good and service of the staff working in the riad was really good too. I would definitely recommend this Riad and we will stay here again when we have chance to travel Marrakesh again.

Really, we liked everything about Riad Adriana. The staff was incredible. They arranged airport pickup, including an escort through the streets from the dropoff point to the door of the hotel. We were greeted with some mint tea and then met the manager, Idriss, who thoroughly explained directions from the major sites back to the hotel, reference points to ensure we didn't get lost, and the sites we might want to see while in Marrakesh, plus offered up his cell number in case we needed him for anything and said he would help in making arrangements for any additional sights we wanted to visit. Throughout our stay we were given everything we wanted and helped whenever we wanted. The location was perfect - close to all the major sights in the medina but tucked away in some back streets, and therefore well removed from the major backpacker areas. The roof deck was great, though we stayed in December and really weren't looking for sunbathing, but it was great to take breakfast there. And more than anything the staff was fantastic. There are minor inconveniences, but we saw them as just adjustments to a different lifestyle (I.E., no tv in rooms, limited internet access outside common areas). The hotel met and exceeded our expectations in every way.
