Riad Ain Marrakech

The warm hospitality of the owners of the Riad and the beautiful decoration and architecture of the place. Great eye for detail and good taste!!

We've been in Germany for 1 1/2 yrs and this was one of the best weekend trips we've taken! The Riad was beautiful! The owners fabulous and the manager Dahan was amazing. He toured us around to all the sights personally and totally helped me with shopping in the markets! Told me how much to pay before I started bargaining! And he took us to an incredibly delicious local place in the market. We had tons of food for the three of us for just 16 €! Then after a vigorous 8 hour day we had a hamam treatment and couples massage then a romantic candlelight tangine dinner for two in the atrium... They even arranged camel rides for us and picked us up / dropped us off at the airport! It could not have been better!

I'm American so I like soft beds... However all european places have the firm beds... I live with it...

The location was good, and the roof terrace was nice. Our waiter was lovely as well, and could speak a bit of english which was helpful. Our room was lovely, although when we arrived the receptionist (the owner) tried to show us to a smaller room (with no ensuite), insisting that it was our room, even though we had specifically booked the Rabat suite online. Luckily we insisted that we be shown to the room we had booked, and eventually they did.

The two owners are french, and can not speak a work of english - not even the basics like thank you & goodbye. They are nice, and probably easier to deal with if you are french, but otherwise it was quite difficult. When we checked in we didn't get a map of Marrakech or anything, so we didn't know where we were and had to look online and ask strangers to find out where the main square was. The Riad looks a lot nicer online than in real life, it needs a bit of refurbishment I think, but in general it was cosy & good value for money.

Excellent location, only about 10 minutes from the centre of the medina. The french couple who run the riad could not have done more to make us all feel welcome. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a very relaxing, pleasurable experience.

It helps if you can speak a little French, but this was not too much of an issue. It is extremely hard to find - try to arrange a transfer from the airport if you can (don't be put off by the dark, narrow alleys that lead you to this "oasis" if finding your own way there, as we did).

The Staff is very friendly and always ready to help, the Riad has the perfect position to discover the city.

It's hard to communicate in English, but no problem in French.

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was beautiful. And given the craziness of Marrakech, the peacefulness of the Riad was very welcome.

It was somewhat far from the center, and required walking down a series of unmarked alleys.

Excellent location, in heart of Marrakech. This riad is very clean, has very nice rooms, the staff is very friendly and always available. Walking distance from main attractions.

We just came back from our night at Riad Ain Marrakech and it couldn't have been better. When we made our choice on booking.com, we were a bit hesitating because we've been disappointed lately from another hotel in Marrakech. We were looking for something traditional and charming, but also clean and safe. Therefore, the choice we made was a truly good one: the hotel was very congenial and answered to all our expectations. Indeed, as soon as we arrived, we've been welcomed with free green tea and delicious moroccan cakes. We had a dinner in the Riad Ain restaurant, we enjoyed the food. The room was also comfortable, well designed, and we enjoyed the spa the day after. Finally, the location was really interesting, as it was a in safe suburb of Marrakech but also at only 5mins walking distance from Jamaa el fna. Staying in this hotel was a good deal, we are looking forward to come back. Thank you to all the staff, and especially to Jean-Pierre, the French owner.

Credo sia il miglior Riad in Marrakech le camere sono bellissime, climatizzate e pulite. il piccolo centro benessere sulla terrazza è intimo ed accessoriato di tutto quello che serve per trascorrere caldi pomeriggi sotto il sole della città. Eccezionale la qualità della cucina, casalinga e con materie prime fresche. Ottima la posizione a 5 minuti dalla piazza Jamaa El Fnaa ed ineccepibile la cortesia ed il servizio di tutti i dipendenti sempre disponibili e con il sorriso sulle labbra. Caratteristico Riad a pochi minuti dalla piazza Jemaa-el-Fnaa, accogliente, pulitissimo e ricercato nei dettagli. Ottima colazione, pulizia giornaliera della stanza, tanti comfort e colazione abbondante. Molto carina la terrazza con mini Spa. Staff gentile, disponibile e riservato. Un'oasi nel caos di Marrakech, sicuramente da non perdere!

Abbiamo festeggiato I ns. 40 anni in quattro amiche 40 issime. Vacanza memorabile. Riad comodissimo rispetto alla medina senza essere in mezzo alla confusione, posizione strategica, ottima terrazza con hammam e idromassaggio, accogliente con gestione familiare, ottimo the e colazioni varie ed abbondanti, silenzioso e atmosfera marocchina, jean pier e danr molto disponibili e gentili.

Forse alcune camere un po' buie ma rispecchiano l'architettura locale.

L'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires et de leur personnel, les bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour, la cuisine maison excellente, l'emplacement à quelques minutes à pieds de la place Djemaa El Fna, le petit déjeuner copieux et frais, la décoration et le confort du Riad et de la chambre... On a passé un excellent moment dans ce lieu magnifiquement dépaysant ! C'est une adresse que l'on garde pour nos séjours futurs et pour nos amis.

Les prestations annexes (jacuzzi, repas sur place, transferts aéroport) plutôt très chères par rapport aux tarifs constatés à l'extérieur.

La décoration des chambres, la courtoisie du personnel, les soins de détente et la proximité des sites à visiter!

L'accueil avec mention spéciale à Dahan qui a été formidable, séjour très agréable !

Nos ha gustado mucho el ambiente, la hospitalidad de los dueños y la comida de la cocinera Fatima! Desde el Riad Ain Marrakech andas en 5 minutos al centro, pero el ruido de la ciudad no te llega.

Het was zeer leuk om na de drukke aankomst in Marakech een rustige oase te vinden midden in het centrum waar je met open armen ontvangen wordt. De internationale keuken was werkelijk verrukkelijk.

Beliggenheten,rett ved det kongelige palass.Rommet,i nydelige farger samt intriøret.Rolig og avslappet atmosfære.En utrolig skjønn og varm ansatt som ikke visste det beste hun kunne gjøre for oss.

Dette er ikke noe jeg ikke likte,men mer noe som overasket meg.Ingen av personalet ved ankomst snakket engelsk.Jeg selv snakker ikke fransk,men er vandt til gjennom mine reiser I marokko at de fleste kan kommunisere på engelsk.En mann ble kontaktet,som snakket engelsk ellers gikk det greit med mitt begrensede classiske arabisk og ved å vise /peke på ting.

Il personale, pur non parlando affatto l'inglese e poco il francese, dimostra buona volonta' e cerca di accontentarvi e di essere alvs servizio per ogni cosa. L'ambiente e' molto familiare, ti sembramdi essere in una famiglia di parenti o di amici. La colazione e' abbondante e varia, fresca e accattivante. La struttura e' bella pur se il patio e' piccolissimo.

Nessuno parla inglese e pochi parlano francese. Manca una vera figura di riferimento, la gestione e' lasciata al buon cuore del personale. Ma quello che attribuisco come nota dolente e' il pessimo rapporto qualita- prezzo, anche per I servizi di hammam e massaggi: siamo stati in riad molto piu belli, piu centrali come posizione e decisamente meno costosi.

Absolut top. Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Unbedingt auch das Hammam-Angebot nutzen.

Nichts zu bemängeln.
