The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were traditional (as I expected) and comfortable. Breakfast was good and tastefully served. I ate dinner there as well and while I thought it a bit expensive it was good and I could continue to enjoy the comfort of the riad.

Luxury Ryad, beautifully furnished with very good breakfast. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend to have a dinner in the Ryad - the cooking is excellent. The location near a door of the Medina allowed to arrive by car or taxi without getting lost. A good choice at a decent price.

The bathroom was very basically equipped, not at all at the standard of the Ryad. (No shower cap, small towels, no conditioner, no creams)

Not a good residence for anyone who has a walking disability a lot of steps to access the roof terrace.

A very nice and cozy place... Nice arab decoration and friendly service...

Shower hot water wasn't so hot... And when queried about it, managhers answer was "it's a solar shower and I'm not a magician to solve it..." ... Ok, of course he wasn't a magician... But as hotel manager could prevent and solve this kind of issues...

The staff here really were excellent. We stayed in several Riads on our tour of Morocco; the staff were are always good, but here they were excellent. Whether it be helping us to get to the Riad, or giving us advice about sights in Fez, or suggesting where we could go for a meal, we found them responsive and helpful.

I thought the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and the internal court yard of the Riad was an absolute pleasure to be in.

While the staff were friendly enough there was no real warmth unlike other Riads where the owners were present and made you fell really welcome. It felt like we were in just another big hotel, which it of course isn't.

After 5 months of travelling around Europe this is our absolute favourite hotel. All we can say is, Wow!!! We stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The door to the Riad is very unassuming and easy to miss but once you go inside it has the most fantastic atmosphere about it. There is a beautiful courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a meal while listening to Poulette the African Grey parrot whistle The Colonel Bogey March (Bridge over the River Kwai theme), make cat meow sounds and imitate iPhone sounds. It is very relaxing. The staff are just fantastic and speak good English. The breakfast is traditional Moroccan and enjoyable. You should also have dinner at the Riad at least once as it is just fantastic.

If you have difficulty with climbing stairs, ask for a room on the ground froor

Un personnel trés attentionné. Une atmosphère paisible et des senteurs envoutantes. Une cuisine a couper Le souffle... Penser à commander votre diner avant votre arrivée, vous ne le regrèterez pas. Lieu a recommender

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du service, la qualité du repas, la sérénité et la beauté du Riad, la proximité des lieux à visiter (à pieds), la proximité d'un parking gardé, l'accessibilité du Riad en voiture et pour terminer le rapport qualité/prix! Tout est parfait, on se croirait en VIP

Lo staff è fantastico. Sempre cordiale e disponibile in tutto. Molto bello e curatissimo il giardino interno. Bella anche la camera...non mancava nulla.

トイレの完成度が低い。 ベッドルームがロフト式で階段があり、朝など何度も行き来する必要がある。

Il relax, l'ottima struttura e la gentilezza dello staff.

Superbe grand riad mais avec peu de chambres. Décoration magnifique et impression de luxe, y compris pour le petit-déjeuner largement au-dessus de la moyenne des autres riads fréquentés. Facile d'accès près d'une porte des murailles et parking à 50m. Au calme hors de la médina et sans aucun bruit, y compris l'appel à la prière de 5h00 dans le reste de la ville. Une superbe adresse et un service excellent. Le meilleur hôtel de notre circuit.

10mn de marche pour relier le centre mais c'est la garantie de la tranquillité. Pas isolé non plus avec 6 ou 7 riads dans ce quartier.
