The breakfast was good and the timing perfect. The riad owner was kind and helpful. The riad itself was very pretty, tidy and clean. The water for the shower was not very hot (N.B. it was NOT cold). Also, it was a bit noisy in the morning (about 9am) and that was not particulary good for my sleep, but I think this is unavoidable considering the riad lay out. |

Michel and his staff are very helpful and attentive, nothing is too much trouble delicious breakfast and refreshing mint tea. We ate dinner there our first night Moroccan Pastries , Soup , Chicken Tagine , Crème Caramel with a rarity- Morrocan Wine . Do not underestimate how hectic Marrakech is but the cool terrace and beautiful rooms provide glorious respite. Although mainly French speaking it is simple to arrange trips , transfers and restaurant recommendations. |

proximity to the main square; attractive, comfortable roof terrace. Staff very agreeable. Low doorways are a hazard for tall people! (an observation, not a complaint) |

Completely inside the life of the Médina, very close to D'Jemma El-Fna. Very nice staff and can give you valuable advices. Beautiful house, charming, quiet and very typical. In summer, air-conditioning is essential. Rooms are bigger than they seem in the photos. We manage to get to the Riad, but I would advice you to be sure you can get there the first time, because when you don't know it can be difficult. After you get there once, it's realy easy and about 4 minutes walking from the main square, D'Jemma El-Fna. The air-conditioning cooled the room in 1 minute, but a pool would make it the perfect Riad... |

This Riad was gorgeous, a great place to come back to after the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Beautiful furnishings, great roof terrace, fantastic friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Really made my stay in Marrakesh There was nothing wrong with the riad at all. But what I would say is that we stayed in the Coriander room, the cheapest and let's say it was 'cosy'. Not a problem for us, but if you have the money maybe go for one of the more expensive and more spacious rooms. Also it is hard to find at first (much like everything in Marrakesh!) so take up the riad on their offer of airport transfer, it's necessary really! |

This Riad is really in the middle of the medina (5 min. walk to the Jemaa El Fna square, once you know your way), still it's in a very quite en peacefull plasce. The Riad is totally isolated from all the noice which the medina produces. The staff is excellent, I enjoyed the friendly conversations with the French owner, and I just loved the view from the rooftop. |

Very attentive staff who made our stay very pleasant, incredible breakfast with freshly baked pastries in the terrace, tasteful decor. We arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport through the Riad but nobody turned up at the airport. |

Good location! Just remember how you left the souk than you find your way back easily. Nice staff (Aziz!) and a beautiful turtle on the lounge roofterras! We enjoyed the peace on the roof after the chaos in the streets..... |

The location is excellent - a perfect oasis after the hustle of the souks/markets, great food, and just lovely staff. Helps to be able to speak some French, but one can manage regardless. Staff took care of everything - airport transfers, so helpful with serving breakfast at our convenience, offering mint tea, cooking lesson also available - essentially they just took care of everything, absolute value for money, just a lovely, relaxing time. |

First off the staff was incredibly nice. The hotel was very clean. It was so well decorated and exactly as I imagined it would be, the rooftop terrace is quite nice too! Unfortunately for me, my airco didn't work the first night... didn't know if I was going to make it, but once I made the staff aware of it they immediately began making progress towards fixing it. Very very good location for people who want to be "in" Marakesh, but not in the drama of a big city. Everyone spoke Arabic, French and a little bit of English. Everyone needs to ask to see Josephine.... I had to leave :( |

The location of the hotel was excellent, in the centre of the old town. Hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, a real haven away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend the food, we had two evening meals there that were real, authentic home made Morroccan food. |

the location is okay, but impossible to find on your own. Overpriced for what it is and comparable properties (55 euro/ night). not even worth half that amount. staff were very noisy in the mornings waking us up - yelling at each other on one morning. No english speakers despite other remarks in comments. We had also arranged prior to our arrival for an airport transfer, but on arrival there was no one there for us. |
