I really enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful, elegant and with a very nice Moroccan feel. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Beautiful views from the great roof terrace. Breakfast in the courtyard was a dream and all I can think now, is when I can go back again! Loved it! Thank you.

Excellent location. Helpful staff - except on departure. Overall value for money.

At best the "swimming pool" is a small plunge pool. Several things needed or were said to "need repair" - eg bedside lamp; the hammam.

    Beautiful Riad, nicely kept.

Didn't realise it was a 'dry' Riad, otherwise all good.

Good breakfast. Nice environment. Classic moroco design

Situated in the part of Medina without tourists. Small room. Riad's seems to be linked to tips and other business in the city (prívate taxis, spa hamman, restaurants,..)

The staff ,its clean and you can walk into the medina easily however....

You had to walk 5 mins to get a taxi ,which sounds fine, but everywhere is very hard to find and it becomes frustrating replying on others. Also the " pool" ( very loose use of word ) is ground floor where as the ' terrace ' is 3 rd floor .There are no facilities at this rhiad but the staff are pleasant and its clean

The riad was lovely, spotlessly clean, the staff unobtrusively polite and helpful, we had a great time. The location was a bit difficult for us, mother and daughter, but once through the doors it entirely lived up to expectations. We certainly felt in the heart of the old city. Do book the taxi from the airport, you would struggle to find it otherwise.

We felt uncomfortable walking through the alleys especially in the evening, though in fairness we only received a bit of verbal hassle, and after all we wanted to experience the Medina.

Very friendly, helpful personnel. Very quiet in spite of the central location.

If there would have been swimming pool, it would have been perfect.

The check-in was a very enjoyable experience unlike normal hotel procedures elsewhere. The building, staff and atmosphere were all just as good as we;d hoped based on the reviews we read before selecting the hotel.

This Riad is a beautiful calm tastefully decorated oasis in the midst of the hussle & bustle of the Souk! Once you get the hang of the location especially after dark, it is ideal if you like to be close to everything in this historic part of Marrakesh. The staff are very welcoming and experienced in dealing with tourists who may find the initial 'busy-ness' of the area a little intimidating at first.

Lovely little hotel. Very nice staff. I was there with my 8-year daughter and it was a perfect place for us. Quiet but still very close to the Souk and the main squere.

Very nice decorated Riad, in the heart of the Medina, 5 min. walk to the Souks, very obliging staff, Great breakfast. Nice and relaxing atmosphere.

Room "Rose" on the groundfloor had bad smells due to the shower drain which was somehow blocked or has an absence of reflux. The other two rooms were perfect.

Spectacular location in quiet streets near the souks. The staff were amazingly helpful. The decor was draw-droppingly beautiful.

Finding our way back home at night required some path finding expertise.

Riad Al Loune is beautiful, charming rooms, friendly and very helpful staff- nothing was too much trouble but they never bother you either. Plenty of little cakes, breads and jams at breakfast. Great to go watch the sunset over the medina from the roof terrace. If it rains while you are there, the little streets in the medina do get muddy but the Riad is very well situated for all the city sights. We stayed in another Riad in the new town which was not a patch on Al Loune and was a long walk into the old town, particularly in the midday heat. Thanks to all the staff for such a lovely stay :)

Only negative is that the walk back to the Riad at night is quite dark but staff will come meet you if needed. Otherwise nothing negative :)

A warm welcome, helping us find our feet in the Medina and probably the most beautiful riad in Marrakech. We ate in the riad one evening which was lovely and relaxed. Amazing mint tea. Roses roses roses. Will definitely be recommending it to others.

No minus points. It was perfect.

The welcome was winderful, the meals beyond expectation and the service byond the call of duty. A small, luxury, dinner bed-and-breakfast type of stay in peace and quiet yet juat metres from an amazing souk. We felt welcomed like royalty and we will go atraight back there whenever we can return to Marrakech.

The Riad is beautiful with each room uniquely furnished and very authentic. It provides a peaceful haven right in the centre of the bustling medina. The breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed it even more when served in the lounge on the roof terrace. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and helpful and made out stay a truly relaxed experience.
