The riad is so beautiful, immaculately clean and in an excellent location- Jemaa el Fna was walkable in less than 20 mins (at ambling pace through the Souks!) But for being so centrally located, the Riad is so peaceful and an absolute haven away from the chaos of the Medina. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and polite and went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was lovely- fruit, yoghurt, bread, pastries, cake, pancakes, crumpets and more all brought to the table and there seemed to be no limit on when it was served- early to catch our flight, or late after a long lie in! This was such a pleasant holiday and I would very much recommend Riad al Loune as a base for any stay in Marrakech.
The staff were excellent and certainly make this property as they cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble.

Beautiful place to stay, staff were very helpful and charming. Would be lovely for a couple - we did feel all the romantic gestures were lost on us as two friends though!
We were quite a walk from the main square and could feel uncomfortable walking back, particularly on your own. The staff did say we could call them if we needed help/got lost though Also the management were only around for a little while so we actual paid for our stay halfway through dinner
Everything was superb; from being picked up at the airport & guided to our Riad late in the evening, the lovely welcome including 2 beautiful rose bouquets (my sister & I shared our birthdays whilst staying here), the charming rooms (both private & public), the lovely traditional breakfast (with fresh orange juice) & kindly staff who went out of their way (in more ways than one - thank you Mohammed for carrying my VERY heavy suitcase through the Medina to meet the taxi) to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. Highly recommended.
The 'Grey' room's bathroom was beautiful but could have benefited from a little more light.
very morrocan syle decoration
Brilliant few days with friends at this beautiful Riad. Couldn't imagine better service. Everything including guided tours of the area to being giving refreshments before you even knew you needed them! Absolutely fantastic team who looked after our every need and the rooms were perfect. We will definitely go back.
Beautiful riad in an excellent location. Close enough to all the action, but in a quieter part of the medina to feel like a real retreat too. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering advice and help as needed. Afternoon mint tea, pastries and nuts were always well received when we returned to the riad each afternoon.
Everything was perfect, there was nothing we didnt like.
The Riad was delightful and staff were very helpful.
The location was too far from the main Square which meant there was a lot of walking even to get a taxi. We found it difficult and exhausting.
We stayed at the riad for 4 nights and didn't want to leave! It is truly stunning and the staff are so welcoming.
The personalised service, the incredible staff who helped us to navigate the intricate streets of Marrakech and the amazing, amazing value for money
Beautiful Riad offering respite from the sensual onslaught of Marrakech's Medina. Faultless staff, nothing too much trouble carried out with a genuine smile. Each room individually furnished and colour themed. Would thoroughly recommend their Moroccan whisky (mint tea) which the Riad serve (complimentary) at your request through the day. Also a must is a massage offered on one of the roof terraces and experiencing the call to prayer at dusk. So atmospheric.
Really - nothing.
I really enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful, elegant and with a very nice Moroccan feel. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Beautiful views from the great roof terrace. Breakfast in the courtyard was a dream and all I can think now, is when I can go back again! Loved it! Thank you.
Excellent location. Helpful staff - except on departure. Overall value for money.
At best the "swimming pool" is a small plunge pool. Several things needed or were said to "need repair" - eg bedside lamp; the hammam.
Beautiful Riad, nicely kept.
Didn't realise it was a 'dry' Riad, otherwise all good.
Good breakfast. Nice environment. Classic moroco design
Situated in the part of Medina without tourists. Small room. Riad's seems to be linked to tips and other business in the city (prívate taxis, spa hamman, restaurants,..)
Very welcoming staff and owner. Delightful rooms with beautiful color schemes, all furnished with beautiful local items. (We had 3 rooms). Food plentiful, delicious. Had dinner one night, some of best food on entire trip in elegant location. Love this place and everyone associated with it . Thank You!!!!
No negatives wish to return asap.
Tranquility, decor, plungepool, fresh roses, fruit, tea, pastries, couteous, helpful staff, great breakfast, daily fresh linen, wonderful bath products, candles and lanterns creating romantic ambience etc
Nothing at all to dislike. Thoroughly recommended.
Beautiful Riad, Lovely staff, convenient location, rooftop terrace, amazing breakfast, free wifi. Cool pool, traditional yet modern.
big breakfast! the staff was always available to help us around the city. also they try their best to make you feel as comfortable as they can
no remarks, everything was perfect!
Fantastic place! Loved everything!
The staff ,its clean and you can walk into the medina easily however....
You had to walk 5 mins to get a taxi ,which sounds fine, but everywhere is very hard to find and it becomes frustrating replying on others. Also the " pool" ( very loose use of word ) is ground floor where as the ' terrace ' is 3 rd floor .There are no facilities at this rhiad but the staff are pleasant and its clean
The riad was lovely, spotlessly clean, the staff unobtrusively polite and helpful, we had a great time. The location was a bit difficult for us, mother and daughter, but once through the doors it entirely lived up to expectations. We certainly felt in the heart of the old city. Do book the taxi from the airport, you would struggle to find it otherwise.
We felt uncomfortable walking through the alleys especially in the evening, though in fairness we only received a bit of verbal hassle, and after all we wanted to experience the Medina.
Excellent Riad. Would have no qualms returning. Staff are wonderful and helpful.
Very friendly, helpful personnel. Very quiet in spite of the central location.
If there would have been swimming pool, it would have been perfect.
