Beautiful view from the roof, ideally located next to the medina. Beautiful courtyard. Do not stay here!!! We didn't get the suite we booked, even after we changed rooms. The Rooms weren't particularly nice or authentic. The owner came across as not very genuine. There was no Wifi however we used the owners computer to book accommodation online, and were later to discover that our credit card details had been used for unauthorized purchases and this had been the only when we hadn't used our iPhone with our credit card. The breakfast was poor in comparison to other Riads we had stayed in.

Massive room, nice bathroom. The jacuzzi bath didn't work and they were quite pushy at breakfast for us to pay for the room right then.

The best features of the Riyad Al Pacha for us were: the helpfulness and welcome given by all the staff from Mr Rachid to the most junior, the location in relation to the medina and the excellence of the food provided at breakfast and when we elected to eat in in the evenings. The public areas of the riad were very attractive and there was a fine view from the Nouzha room and form the roof terrace. We had two double rooms for three people and the bathroom attached to one was disappointingly small and roughly finished. The weather for much of our stay was cold and wet and, like other riads, the Al Pasha was not a comfortable place to be in those conditions, despite aditional heating in public areas.

A fuir !

“Riad Boustan is truly faultless. The Riad is beautifully renovated and the service is outstanding. I stayed in the riad with my boyfriend and we have both travelled to many countries and stayed in countless hotels and i can honestly say our stay at Riad Boustan was one of my favourite. Mostafa is very knowledgeable, please listen to his recommendations, he is not gaining any commission and genuinely wants your stay to be as enjoyable as it can possibly be. If you are planning a trip to Fez and you want to be treated like royalty, Riad Boustan is the perfect choice!” Jessica, Chester |
