All the staff were very friendly and more than willing to help if you needed it. The riad was perfectly suitated for the Jemaa el fna & a perfect sanctuary from the craziness outside. The trek through a few alleys to get to it the riad was not bad at all and there was a night guide in the evenings. Lovely breakfasts on the roof terrace. A good base for exploring the lovely city, definately recommend it. When we used the jacuzzi, it was abit stagnant.

situé tout pres des souks et de la place jema el fna décoré avec gout entre tradition et design ! sa terrasse superbe ou l'on peut manger ;flaner ;bronzer !! la salle de bain un peu sombre !

L'accueil, personnel qui conseille, la proximité de tout( souks, hivernage, monuments...)le confort de la chambre avec patio, hammam, massage, petit déjeuner complet en terrasse. Au premier abord le passage pour arriver au riad, impraticable avec valises mais avec l'aide d'un "carrossier" pour 20 dhm c'est facile. (Pour un séjour plus long peut-être , chambre sans tv).

Avant tout la localisation du riad a 4 minutes de la place Djemaa El Fnaa . Et également le personnel d une gentillesse sans pareil Un grand merci a Fati ( Hamam ) , a Cyham( esthéticienne) a Ismaïl, a Djamal ' ils sont tous aux petits soins . Merci également au propriétaire du riad qui vient saluer et dire un petit mot aux clients le matin au petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Ainsi il nous donne des conseils sur la ville , les usages etc , c est très utile . Les plus aussi : la décoration du riad tant de la chambre que des pièces communes . Nous irons retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir La localisation de notre chambre avec le passage des clients qui discutent devant la chambre située tout à l entrée .

El buen servicio, así como la preocupación del personal, incluido el propietario, sobre el bienestar de los clientes. La tranquilidad que se respira. Bien situado, próximo a la plaza Jemaa El Fna. Sin ser culpa del hotel, los accesos son por callejuelas sucias, aunque no detectamos problemas de seguridad.

Une situation idéale pour ce riad, véritable havre de paix après le tumulte des souks. Un accueil agréable et souriant, et un nouveau chef proposant un délice de cuisine marocaine. Je conseille vivement ! J'y ai séjourné plusieurs fois, et je ne suis jamais déçue.

Idromassaggio e colazione sul roof e stanze molto belle e funzionali Piscina piccola di fronte alla reception in cui c è passaggio pedonale, è piu una fontana che una piscina. E non c è privacy.

El servicio es espectacular. El alojamiento tiene toda la esencia de Marrakech, y se hace muy agradable la estancia. Un sitio muy muy limpio, acogedor y bonito, sin duda repetiré.

Situation idéale au cœur de la Médina, facile à trouver, grande capacité d'accueil, gardiennage la nuit. Piscine peu agréable, car située à l'entrée du riad et peu exposée au soleil, wc directement dans la chambre.

the staff and their exceptional service the food and delicous mint tea the decor and all of the many sitting areas decent wifi room was very small sewage smell was pungent in our rom about 50% of the time loud noises from the service elevator and the dining room
