The owner was extremely rude, asking why my son and daughter in law were not staying here, she also demanded final payment in cash, i actually paid card. as a single pensioner stating here i found the location up several alleyways somewhat "scarey" in the evening. i wouldn't recommend this Riad after seeing where my son stayed and the warm welcome we all recieved there
The staff, the food, the pool, the atmosphere the rooms, the location and the roof terrace
The whole place is amassing....just go and try it.
-We stayed for 9 nights and thoroughly loved it, very relaxed! -The whole guesthouse had a very warm, inviting and comfortable atmosphere. -The Riad was simply beautiful. -The staff were very welcoming and helpful. -The rooftop area was very pleasant to relax in the afternoons/evening with some wooden board games. -Last but not least: the friendly cat outside (we named him Gingey..).
-Some building work going on when we arrived, so couldn't use the pool for the first 2 days, however they drove us to their lovely sister hotel on the outskirts of Marrakech, very nice indeed. -Sometimes a little noisy and voices travel well in these sorts of buildings. -Having to hold the shower head. -Perhaps some fruit at breakfast would be good :)

I traveled with my mother. The staff was great and helpful. The riad was adorrible, but the possition in the Kasbah was a bit hard to find. You didn't feel safe going out by night because of the dark. The terrasse on the roof was nice. We tryed eating dinner one night. It was OK. All in all I would recomend it for guests who want a peaceful and friendly place to live and who want to spend the nights "at home".
The location in the Kasbah. Hard to find and a bit scary walking home by night.
- The riad is nice and quiet. We stayed there for 2 nights and we were the only clients there, so we felt as if its our own place. - The girls that work there are very friendly specially Hyat, she received us with a warm welcome and she was always smiling. - The breakfast was fine. It is standard in all the riads, pancakes, bread, butter and jam, along with coffee and orange juice.
- It's quite far from the medina, about 1.2 km far, but it was fine with us as we used to go in the morning, and return at night. - Although we were the only clients, but the workers start their action at 7.30 am and so do we as were checked in in the first floor.
The girls were great-couldn't do enough for us and we ate there for three of our five nights as the food was so good and almost prepared to order. Roof terrace was good to sunbathe and read and the whole plces was amazingly quiet and peaceful, especially being where it is.
Would have liked fruit at breakfast but that's being picky as the rolls etc were very tasty and authentic.
Lovely clean and well equipped sanctuary from the busy Marrakech streets. Very well situated, close to some interesting sites and 10 mins walk to the main square/souks. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. I would recommend this place if you are after a Riad experience.
Not much to fault about the Riad, staff and facilities although I'd avoid booking taxis and carriages through the hotel, you'll pay twice as much as at the end of the road by the mosque. In Marrakech itself avoid anyone telling you the road is closed and to follow them - we ignored them all and never came across and closed road. The only regret from the holiday is agreeing to go to the Berber tannery in the souks, a "one minute walk" turned to 25 and the smell of the place was unbearable and the obligatory hand came out from the guide....Do go to the Berber museum in Jardin Majorelle, very interesting and cost very little.
A gorgeous little Riad with plunge pool in the courtyard and a nice roof top terrace. The staff were fantastic
It is a long walk to the main square a main souks, but in a way this was good because it was so busy up that end it was nice to get away from it
