Riad Alma was an oasis in Marrakech, it was calm and cool inside and beautifully furnished in a comfortable but stylish decor. The breakfasts were a good filling start to the day and no one should leave with out trying a hamman in the hotel basement! |

It is a lovely, clean house in a nice quiet street (not easy to find in Marrakech old town!) Toiletries are not great like there's no hair conditioner, soap, especially body lotion because it is a very dry climate. Also no hair dryer. |

excelent service (Mourad is the best, thanks for all!) - very clean - A home away from home! location could be a bit more central, but very good anyway. You get to see the actual life and ambience of the Medina! |

Very relaxing atmosphere, convenient location and very helpful and kind staff. The rooms are incredible. Massages and Manicure offered at the hotel facilities on demand. |

Exquisite decor, wonderful room and bathroom, friendly and courteous staff (and owner!) - what more? A superb hotel. Only problem was that the airconditioner did not work on the first night and it was too hot. |

THe staff is absolutely nice, and very discrete. I had special requirements as it was a suprise trip, and everything was arranged exactly the way I wanted. Plus, people are very welcoming, charming. It felt like being home. The riad is very wonderful, with a comfortable roof terrace on which we could have breakfast every morning, enjoying the sun. Very quiet area of the medina! |

Pierre en zijn staf deden werkelijk alles om het ons naar de zin te maken. Hij heeft ons naar een winkel meegenomen, bestellingen gedaan, veel tips en adviezenover hotels en bezienswaardigheden gegeven. Altijd geinteresseerd in hoe je dag is geweest en of hij nog iets voor je kan betekenen. De Haman in het riad is een absoluten aanrader. Alma is een rustpunt in de chaotische drukte van Marrakech. Zo gauw je de deur in het steegje achte je dicht trekt, heerst er rust en kan je genieten van het zwembad, deligstoelen, boeken of tv. Wij zijn ge-upgraded vanwege het feit dat wij op huwelijksreis waren. |

Hadden onze vlucht gemist maar het was geen enkel probleem om nog om 01:00 uur aan te komen, men bleef gewoon wachten op ons. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt, schone kamer en lekker relaxen op dakterras en bij het zwembad. |

Zeer rustig ondanks ligging midden in de Kasbah. Heel vriendelijk, vooruitziend en behulpzaam personeel, idem voor de eigenaar trouwens. Alle nodige luxe en comfort is voorzien in de voldoende ruime kamer. Heel mooi interieur, allemaal zeer smaakvol ingericht en gedecoreerd. Als je naar het Jaam El Fna plein en de souks wil is het even stappen (15min). Voor andere bestemmingen waar je toch taxi voor nodig hebt is het prima. |

het hotel is vooral een gastenverblijf die een zekere rust en kalmte uitstraalt; ideaal na een drukke dag in het bruisende en drukke marrakech. een prachtig staaltje van architectuur en decoratie.... het ontbijt was een beetje pover....tijdens ons verblijf,5 nachten, kregen we telkens hetzelfde voorgeschoteld! gezien de verse produkten te verkrijgen in de omgeving kon dit zeker beter! |

La intachable atención al cliente por parte de todo el personal que hace mágica la estancia en el Riad Alma, las cenas en su patio a la luz de las velas, y la paz que allí se respira entre el ajetreo de la medina. Las hormigas que suben por las buganvillas. |

El personal del hotel no puede ser más atento, a pesar de la distancia a la plaza (aprox 10 minutos) es de facil acceso. La habitación ademas de bonita esta impecable. Es recomendable. Esta un pelin de lejos de la plaza Jema-Fna |

La tranquilidad y la calidad en el servicio. Preciosos patios y cuidada decoracion. Las habitaciones son amplias y comfortables. Resulta curioso el contraste de la calma que se respira en el Riad con el ritmo de vida que lleva la Medina. Bien situado. Los lugares de interés turistico están a poco mas de 10 minutos andando. |

El trato humano, la familiaridad con la que nos han tratado y la extrema limpieza de riad. También la tranquilidad que trasmite tanto el personal como las instalaciones. Los masajes buenisimos. |
