Beautifully decorated and authentic Riad in the Medina. Everything worked perfectly and the staff were so friendly and helpful- we were served breakfast on the terrace whenever we wanted (sometimes we wanted 7am, other days noon), they booked us bus tickets and even brought me tea and medicine when I wasn't feeling well. Really felt like our home!

A bit difficult to find, but if you call they will come and meet you!

The staff have been very, very kind and helpful. The ryad is decorated with an excellent taste... everything was perfect.

A bit of noise coming from the outside and the glass door of the room that doesn't give you the intimaty one would lile.

JUST BOOK THIS RIAD AND FEEL AT HOME Excellent value for money Hamanda and Fatima were so gracious and could not do enough for us. Our first time in Marakesh and just wanted authentic accommodation and that's what we got. A clean room and excellent breakfast and hosts that would sort anything out for you including cutting our lamp in half as it was to big for our case, thank you Hamanda The location was excellent as was the taxi pick up even at 11pm! If you are looking for a Riad book this one.

We stayed at 3 different raids in marrakesh and I liked this one the best for its size and the way that the interior was furnished. This was the smallest of the three and it felt more comfortable overall. More like a home than a mansion. The interior was very beautiful and the owner / caretaker was very genuine, nice and courteous.

The hosts, Hamada and Fatima, were incredibly gracious and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included, the food was plentiful. The riad is very tastefully decorated in traditional Moroccan style with beautiful ornaments and plants in every corner, creating a wonderful ambience. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, comfortable and a good size. The location was ideal, extremely quiet and tranquil yet less than a 20 minute walk to Koutoubia or Jemaa el Fna. Fairly sure we would have been useless trying to find it at first, there are no signs. We booked our airport transfer directly through Hamada (€15), and were very glad we did - the taxi driver dropped us off in the square just nearby and Hamada was there to meet us and show us in. Overall an incredibly beautiful riad and everything was great, would highly recommend.

Only one tiny thing - no door between bedroom and bathroom, just a curtain (which we were expecting as we'd read previous reviews). The curtain was part see-through as well.

Very friendly staff; great breakfast; roof terrace. The place was very quiet.

The bed was a bit short for us (we're + 6 ft) and not the most comfortable type.

Absolutely great riad, charming, well maintained and very beautiful. We loved our stay, it really felt like we were visiting good friends. From riad, it's very easy to walk to the Djemma El Fna, about 10 min if you take the easy way (less interesting) and 15 min if you go through the souks (absolutely wonderful). Hamada, thank you very much for the wonderfull stay and for making us feeling at home!

3rd adult for free. Wifi working in rooms. Hamada and Fatima were kind and helpful. Breakfast was fair. We called Hamada as we were surrounded by somewhat hostile men when getting out of the taxi, and he came straight away, and also helped us with the luggage.

Pool wasn't really a 'working' pool, the water didn't seem to be filtered regularly so we didn't use the pool unfortunately. Location was evaluated here as 'fair', if you want the real medina experience, as the locals live it, the location is good, but to get there, you have excrement, broken dusty streets etc. All in all, would recommend this riad, especially for budget yet authentic stay.

The staff is great. Very good conditions. A very good spot to relax after the madness of Marrakech. The location, may not seems so good, but once you get inside it's totaly worth it...

Great staff, very welcoming, a very nice location-close to Jamaa El Fna square and the market. The room was great!

It was a bit wired not to have a proper door to the Toilet\shower.
