-Nice breakfast - comparing to others- various sweet pancakes with jam/honey- tasty, fresh orange juice. -Good location- 10 min walk to central place Djemaa El Fna. - Helpful staff
-Very small dark room with a little window overlooking communal sofas so everyone could hear us and see us if we had a shutter open. And we had to have it open to be able to breathe! - cockroaches and damp in the room - poor standard of the room.
The staff was super helpful and really tried to let us feel home. The breakfast was really good and very different each day!
First impression wasn't really good because the riad is located in an alley.
The staff Ahmed and Ali were champs, there were so kind and helpful and gave us loads of advice. The rooftop terrace was nice and relaxing and the cold plunge pool perfect for when we needed to cool off. The staff saved my opinion of the raid because the rooms and raid itself didn't make our stay a nice one!
The first night we were stuck in the worst room as they had overbooked the raid, even though we were charged for a stay in the superior room. This wasnt refunded or any compensation or apologies offered. No air con at all in this room and it was across from the kitchen and seating area so too noisy to sleep. The next day we were upgraded to our normal room in which the air con worked but blew out hot air after 5 mins so was pointless to have anyway. The breakfast they served was very dry and samey with very little options. It was brought to us fresh though which was a nice touch. The low ceilings in the stairwell and the wonky steps made the place feel unsafe and claustrophobic. Definitely feel we overpayed for our stay.
welcoming staff and hospitality, delicious breakfast, lovely room - intimate, would be very romantic for couples
We had such a great time. We felt like part of the family!
beautiful decor, kitchen lady was v nice, the staff are friendly
Window was broken and anyone can climb in. The staff was informed. Its 15 mins walk to J'ma Alfna...
Abdul and Ali were great hosts who gave invaluable information regarding excursions, local haggling, and were always happy to answer any questions we had. The riad itself has a nice cold plunge pool, veranda, and breakfast. Everything we expected :)
Location was ideal for the main square the souks and in a very quiet area
The staff were very helpful and spoke reasonable English so communicating wasn't a problem. Room was clean, comfortable; breakfast varied and substantial. They provided English tea on request. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Riad to others
WiFi was only accessible near the computer downstairs and would have been good to get it all over the Riad.
The location is great (very close to the Bab Doukkala entrance in the medina), the people at the reception very nice and helpful. The breakfast was different from one day to another, and had also Moroccan specialties.
The riad needs some repairs, looks like there were not done any for some time. We stayed at the 2nd floor where the WiFi connection was very poor in the room. We had to get out to get a connection.
Quiet and comfortable.
Wonderful staff, good breakfast
location, staff friendly
breakfast so poor every day same think, wifi not available in the room, no tv
Clean, basic, and very friendly.
Beautiful room, really lovely riad. Breakfast changed everyday and was true moroccan food. Really amazing staff that we're helpful when we we're deciding what excursions to go on. They also came to find us when we're were a little lost which we were extremely grateful for. Really enjoyed staying with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone Staying in Marrakech.
Absolutely nothing, the fact that we had to go home!!!
attractive, friendly and good value for money
because charges were in Euros it was a little more expensive than advertised on web (but still good value) WiFi did not work on top floor (where our room was) For security reasons the staff lock the door to top floor at night
The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful
The pipe work made alot of noise just by the head of the bed in some bedrooms.
Staff we're amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Room tidied everyday with clean towels. Great hospitality
The riad itself was great value for money but the distance to the square can get a bit tiresome to walk everyday.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was beautiful as is the entire hotel and the service was Very good. The dinner was excellent as well.
Good location, 5 minutes walk from main square. Spacious room. and the staff is very nice and helpful.
We waited at the train station and nobody showed up. Owner of the place is not around. Although employees do their best, lack of management is visible.
Beautiful riad, nice room, very good breakfast, and wonderful staff
everything was very nice except one important thing ,the toilet was not separated from the rest of the room with a door but with a curtain
Everything was perfect and the room was beautiful, clean and cosy. The riad is just a 5 min walk from the main square but still fairly quiet at night once inside.
It was very close to Jamaa el Fna, I needed 3 minutes to walk there. The hotel was cozy and beautifully decorated.
