Estoy trabajando en Marruecos desde hace mas de un año y de todos los hoteles en que hemos estado es sin lugar a dudas el que nos ha dado mejor servicio. Limpieza excelente y la comida muy buena.

La relación precio calidad es exelente. Un lugar precioso, lleno de detalles y de gusto refinado y esquisito.El personal es muy atento y cordial. Muy completo y rico el desayuno, al igual que su cocina. Se destaca el encanto y preocupación de su dueño, siempre muy amable y atento a cualquier detalle. 100% reconendable!

Todo. Excelente establecimiento con un servicio cálido, amable, atento. Su emplazamiento es inmejorable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y su patio de una gran belleza. El dueño y todo el personal hacen que la estancia sea una delicia.

nosotros fuimos una pareja con un niño de cuatro años. El personal es muy atento y están pendiente de ti pero sin agobiarte. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas grandes y cómodas. La comida típica de marruecos estaba riquísima. Son muy familiares y te sientes como en casa.

para las personas discapacitadas es complicado alojarse en este riad; porque no hay ascensor y la escalera para ir a la habitación es estrecha y empinada.

Maravillosos Riad familiar donde te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. El dueño está muy pendiente de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar y se desvive por ayudar. Desayuno cerrado (no buffet) y restaurante a la carta. Muy recomendable!

La ubicación permite recorrer La Medina a pie, aunque recomiendo contratar un guía. La atención del personal e instalaciones muy buena. Buen restaurante con una terraza muy agradable para cenar.

Para nosotros no fue un inconveniente sino más bien una ventaja, pero comprendo que a alguien le puede resultar chocante el ambiente que rodea a la Riad al estar dentro de La Medina.

Un verdadero lujo haber podido disfrutar de un espacio bello, cuidado y elegante, mientras nos mimaban unas aún más bellas y elegantes personas. Nuestra estancia ha sido un verdadero regalo para el espíritu y los sentidos. Gracias a todos.

Fantástico. No puedo por menos que deshacerme en halagos. El Riad es impresionante. Su ubicación inmejorable. El restaurante de lo mejorcito en Marruecos. Pero sobre todo el personal. Leo ha conseguido que nuestra estancia sea inolvidable. Gracias a todos, especialmente a Imán por vuestra amabilidad. Sin duda volveremos.

This riad is very conveniently located, right next to Place R'cif, which is one of the entry points to the Medina. The personnel is very helpful and accommodating. The room and the beds are very comfortable. All and all it was a pleasant experience to stay in a traditional house.

There is very little negative to say actually. We have commented to the owner that the presentation of water in plastic bottles and the jams/honey in plastic containers do not go well with the atmosphere. He told us that other guests demand service in sealed packages for various concerns. Still I think there is room for improvement in that department.

Everything! From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional and the riad beautiful. I cannot speak highly enough of this place, one of the best places we have ever stayed anywhere in the world.

It is a truly wondrous place to stay. The attention to detail goes above and beyond - in the physical aspects of the design, the staff, the care of the manager, the food, and the overall comfort you feel in staying in this beautiful place. The location is fantastic - exactly where you want to be to see the best Fez has to offer. The personal service and kindness we received from the manager and his staff was unlike anything we had ever experienced before. Great people! It was a highlight of our trip to Morocco. I wish we could have been stranded here for a few months (or years)! A perfect experience indeed.

We couldn't stay longer!

Every details was well attended to, towel, slippers, robes, food and greeting mint tea and cookies. Not a single thing was unsatisfactory ! The owner was a Montreal Canadian , and he spoke very good English and greeted us personally and Ben helped me fill out forms for arrival

RIAD Andalib is a very nice play to stay. in Fez. The owner and his staff are very friendly and helpfull. Fam Maas. Holland.

No words to describe how good we were at this hotel with its manager and its workers. We were in several riads in Fez and none better than this, no doubt, by its employees, by its location, ...... everything was just perfect. The room was perfect with a thousand details to appreciate. The riad was amazing, new, wonderful, authentic,...... For us an amazing experience, as if we were at home. The manager advised us what to visit, where to eat and everything was just perfect.

The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were spacious - I stayed in two, both very comfortable. The riad is in an excellent position to discover the medina. It is across the road from a bus stop from where busses can be taken to the new city and taxis as well. There are various restaurants and eating places nearby the riad. The owner is very hospitable and knowledgeable and speaks French and English fluently.

Apart from the owner the rest of the staff was not able to direct on any "tourism" related questions and in fact the lack of general tourism information in a place of this standard was disappointing. The bedrooms overlook the courtyard where the restaurant is situated and the chatter of people during and after dinner I found to be disturbing.As taxi drivers see you coming from this riad they may unfortunately be inclined to overcharge or tell you the meter is not working. Get out of the taxi and take another even if you repeat this 2 or 3 times you will then get to a taxi whose meter suddenly works!

Loved everything. We stayed in two other riads after Baladin, and they certainly did not live up to their reviews and were poor comparisons to Baladin. Reibal, the owner, has designed and put together an oasis next to the Medina in Fes. We ate dinner there both nights of our stay and they were lovely, as was his staff. If you have the opportunity, stay here! The experience couldn't have been better!

We loved this riad. From the carefully restored details of the rooms and public spaces, the friendly staff, the delicious food at both breakfast and dinner, and the helpful attention of Reibal, the owner, this was a perfect place from which to experience Fes. We found the location ideal as well--very close to the medina, but accessible by taxi. We also enjoyed the ability to have a cocktail at the end of a full day of exploring the city.

I like the friendly family feeling of this Riad. The owner is sur place...and very helpful !!

The Riad Andalib is perfectly located for a visit to Fez -- right at an entrance to the Medina. It is comfortable, well appointed and has the best food we found during our visit to northern Morocco. Best of all, the owner, Mr. Reibal Idrissi, was knowledgeable, had excellent recommendations for visiting Fez and surrounding towns, and was very friendly. All in all, a wonderful choice.
