Friendly staff who were very attentive to our needs. Providing excellent advice on the location and what to see. Made us feel safe and enhanced the trip considerably. Little touches like sipping lovely wine on the terrace, and hand drawn maps to show us where to go. The best small hotel I have stayed in! Highly recommended

All good - nothing would have made our stay better - except perhaps being able to stay longer!

We were welcomed with a nice mint tee and received very helpful and friendly advice from Christophe about where to go and what to see in Marrakech. Our room was charmingly decorated and clean. Another highlight was the terrasse and the nice breakfast we enjoyed there. The location of the riad is also extremely convenient. Altogether we had a great stay and would definitely come back to this great riad.

The owner Christophe was super friendly and helpful. The staff were helpful and the dinner they served up was lovely.

Room was a bit small and bathroom never seemed to dry out.

The view from the roof terrace over the main square for breakfast and sunset we're fabulous. It's just the best view at sunset, overlooking the food market watching the hustle & bustle going on while the food stalls set up. Christophe the owner gave us a great introduction. Where to visit where and what not to eat, he was spot on with his recommendations. Although it was a winding path to get to the "Riad Andalla" once we got there it was very welcoming & comfortable. His staff we're very helpful and the service was excellent. I'd give it 10 out of 10.

Staff very friendly Nice breakfast Clean

I booked this beautiful Riad online before visiting the wonderful and chaotic city of Marrakech with my boyfriend. I chose it because many reviews had said what an excellent location it was in, how charming the staff were and how comfortable the Riad was. Booked in for two nights we ended up staying a total of four... The Riad is absolutely stunning, complete with intricately detailed tiles, authentic Moroccan furniture, trinkets collected by the owners on the walls and a roof-terrace with views of the Atlas mountains and the Djemma el Fna - (excellent for drinking mint tea on after a hectic whizz around the Medina). All of the staff made us feel very welcome, coming back in from bartering in the Souks, eating rabbit tagines and sampling Moroccan wine at all hours of the day and night. We met the owners on our second say who gladly helped us out in sorting out an epic trip into the mountains for two days which was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. On our return we opted to stay for another two nights, although this was not in our original plan(!), and we were upgraded from a very comfortable double bedroom to a glorious suite on the top floor which was very special. We had early flights on our last day and the delightful Johannes made us an early breakfast. All in all, we had a really fantastic stay which really made our trip away one to remember and would highly recommend this Riad to other travellers looking for some luxury at a very good price in Marrakech. Im Riad Andalla fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben und wie zuhause. Die Besitzer des Riads sind überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage direkt am Platz Djemma el fna ist einzigartig - man ist mittendrin im Geschehen - und doch in der Oase des Riads wie im Märchen aus 1001 Nacht. Die Versorgung ist einfach perfekt.

Una gran experiencia en una localización magnífica. Relación calidad/precio inmejorable. Servicio excelente y trato occidental en la bellísima pero un tanto caótica ciudad de Marrakech. Totalmente recomendable. Preciosas vistas a la plaza, desde la terraza.

De los tres riads q hemos visitado es el que más nos ha gustado (y era el más económico), pero si hay algo mejorale quizás sea el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones. Al estar tan cerca de la plaza es inevitable escuchar el barullo.

El Riad Andalla ha sido lo mejor que hemos encontrado en Marrakech. Calidad-precio estupendo ( y se lo que digo porque estuve en otros riads). La ubicación más que perfecta, pegado a la plaza Jemaa el Fna, ésto és lo más importante, creedme que en Marrakech tener el riad así de bien ubicado és prioritario. Yo estuve alojada en otro riad muy lujoso y aunque bien situado, pero me hubiera cambiado al Riad Andalla sin dudarlo! André, uno de los propietarios, nos hizo la estancia muy cómoda.. se encargó de comprarnos los tickets de autobús para ir a Essaouira, nos reservó un restaurante para cenar y se encargó por completo de nuestro transporte ida y venida del aeropuerto!!! Tuvo el detalle de alojarnos en una suite aunque nosotros teníamos reserva en una habitación normal....... Así que, aunque al principio vimos un inconveniente que ninguno de los dos propietarios hablara en español...al final superaron con creces nuestras expectativas y hicieron lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera óptima!!! Recomiendo este riad 100%!!!!!

フナ広場から少し路地に入ったところにあるリヤドで、素敵なお兄さんが迎え入れてくれました！またリヤドの- 場所も分かりやすく地図に書いてくれて本当に親切にしていただきました。 雰囲気も良くて最高です！

La ubicación, la relación calidad precio, el trato y la colaboración del personal para explicarnos la cultura de Marrakech, la decoración.

No tiene televisión en la habitación, si bien no es imprescindible seria conveniente tener una.

フナ広場から徒歩5分位内と便利立地で、テラスからは広場を一望できます。 スタッフは皆親切で、部屋も清潔です。エアコンもあります。

立地は便利なものの、かなり人気のない汚い路地をくねくねと入っていかなければならないので、早朝や夜は少- しこわいです。 綺麗で可愛らしいですが、写真で思うほど広くはないので期待しすぎない方が良いです。

Riad Andalla is an incredibly friendly Riad. Amazing location and the staff completely helped to make the trip. Spot on recommendations and useful advice on what to see and do. A home away from home, where we felt completely relaxed. Would highly recommend and if we were to return to Marrakesh - would absolutely stay here again.

Only minor things, not so much what we didn’t like just what could be done to make this an even better experience - breakfast could be improved, perhaps some kind of bar / cafe on the roof terrace.

La atención tan profecional tanto de los empleados como de sus propietarios. La decoración y sobre todo la ubicación es perfecta.

No es que no me haya gustado, sino solo que las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas.

L accueil des propriétaires était excellent, ils sont au petit soin, le personnel également très sympa et disponible. Andre et Christophe Sont des amoureux de Marrakech, et connaissent très bien cette ville, ils ont des adresses super sympa et vous oriente a merveille et pourtant nous sommes reste qu une nuit .. Trop court!!!
