Lovely riad. Looked as it did online. Beautiful decor. Light, clean lines. Amazing views from the top. Breakfast was mediocre.

The shower did not work properly. Reduced to a trickle as you were showering...very frustrating as the water pressure wasn't brilliant to begin with. This could be because we were placed right at the top of the riad, room no 7, three stories up. A lot of wind noise due to being right at the top and also situated on a corner. This is due to the climate rather than a reflection on the riad. Lastly, it is very, very noisy well into the night..people shouting and children screaming. Our room backed on to an alleyway.

Great location and really nice breakfast.

The WIFI wasn't available around the whole property (we were at the top of the building and couldn't receive it in our room). The lady at reception was a little unreliable: we were turned away from the restaurant where she 'faciliated' the dinner booking for us. Miscommunication or misunderstanding between hotel/ restaurant that left us disappointed on our last night in town.

It was clean and well looked after, with excellent breakfast.

The front desk staff was quite helpful but the breakfast staff was always behind and trying to catch up. Breakfast itself was simple but adequate. The room was lovely.

The location was right in the medina (good!) but one of the locals told me it was on a sketchy street. At night it was quite loud (due to a public water fountain near by) and very dark (typical for the area but troubling when traveling alone)
