Location Heaters in both rooms Enormous bathtub Comfortable beds Lovely breakfast Welcoming
Dark feeling inside the rooms and bathroom Riad hard to find initially Wifi weak on upper floors
Parking nearby Food was great Perfectly located at 8mins from medina entrance Best bed ever
Massage not very good (really soft)
Salima and Hiyad are very friendly and have many helpful tips. Riad is in a good location, Souks are just down the road. Riad is easy to find, as just off the main road (you can get lost easily in the Souks) They have a young, adorable cat. We had to leave early to catch the train, and Hiyad had no issue to get up and make us breakfast at 5.30am! Breakfast was good! Bed super comfi! We had a lovely 2day stay in Fez!
- Not a big deal, as stated in their description that there is no internet in the rooms, but- internet is only in reception, which is fine if you are in the lower rooms, but we were in the highest room and I had to run down every time I needed Internet. - access door to terrace and our room (Ginembre) was not easy to open/lock which was a bit annoying. - rest all good!
Very nice riad within very close walking distance of the medina. beautiful and spacious rooms, great breakfast as well as a delicious dinner. Staff are very welcoming and helpful
Professional attention, clean, comfortable, good location, silent place, good meals, and easy to find.
Be careful with such offers at meals as "would you like some wine?", they won´t tell you but it is not free, and a tiny glass of ordinary wine (at most 60-70 ml, sometimes even less) will cost you the staggering sum of 8,5 € (almost half of the price of the meal - 18 €), which means that he whole bottle would cost around 90 €, the most expensive wine I have ever tasted (but far from the best). There is no price list available to check this (at least that I could see). This sort of cheating in order to improve benefits is not worth of a serious business.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Riad. Salima and Hiyat were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good and easy to get to.
The staff welcomed us in a classy yet very friendly and helpful way; the building is beautiful (once you pass the door, you are surprised!), and the location is perfect for exploring the medina or finding a taxi for going elsewhere.
