The staff, the palace, everything, We just loved!! ;) Breakfast and teas! The feeling of the palace great!
Great staff and high level of personal service. Highly flexible and helpful approach by owner and great laid back atmosphere. Food great and location spot on.
The most very bast experience when I have traveled!!! The crew is unfriendly, the SPA is horrible, there is so cold in the rooms and the rest of Riad, wifi isn't always available, the toletries are not free, they open my bags without permission... And always there are someone of the crew who observe you.... Is an arabian acomodations with Arabian services and European price! If I return to Marrakech, Im sure will not my option!
We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Ayadina, Great staff ,thank-you Nouradin! Our suite( Ambrosia was a delight, comfortable and peaceful. Dinner on one night and it was beautifully cooked. We couldn't praise you more. Thank you Christine.
This Riad is very elegant - the roof terrace is lovely and breakfast there was delightful. The owner and staff were helpful and courteous.
The main drawback to our stay which was quite significant is that we were housed in a different raid a few doors away - which was truly terrible. It was a throwback to the Marrakesh of the 1960s/1970s - badly in need of renovation and updating - campy and quite disgusting. The electrics blew, old tv's and space heaters jerry rigged, dusty rugs, moth balls in the closet - overall the space was creepy and unpleasant. We booked somewhat late (mid-Nov) for this reservation - and were pleased to find a highly rated riad with rooms available during the busy week after Christmas- now we know why.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was very good and the other meals we ate were also very good. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere. The Riad was a little bit away from the Medina but we found this to be better as we got a taste of the local life as we walked each day. I had the best massage ever at the Spa
There was no wifi in the rooms and our room was little noisy at night as it was above one of the entrance to the medina. Otherwise there was no other negative. This Riad is wonderful.
