Diner served there twice was amazing. Lady serving us breakfasts and diner was very lovely. Only 10 mins walk to Jamaa El Fna but on the way very attractive places as well. Very cosy and comfortable terrace on the roof. Comparing to other places in this area is one of the best quality and worth this price.

WiFi router could be located in the middle, signal in the rooms would be stronger.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite very welcoming. Small Jacuzzi was nice at the end of the day or when it was hot to cool off. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Nice areas to relax and very cool place. Great location right by tombs and palaces on 15 min walk to the square. Perfect.

Breakfasts in all riads are just the same carbs. This gets a bit tedious after 7 days. Wish they would add fresh fruit, yogurt or a boiled egg/omelette to change the breakfast a little bit.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to make our stay at the riad a positive one. They showed us a restaurant close-by and accompanied us so we would know how to get back to the riad. My friend got sick and they were so attentive and checked in. I was sad to leave because they made us feel so welcome!

Excellent location - central but peaceful; you can enjoy the sunshine and have a barbecue on a roof terrace. The owner and staff make you feel like a family member - very personal approach and excellent service. Great brekfasts with the best crepes in Marrakech! We will definitely go back to Riad Bab Agnaou!

Very friendly lady taking care of the place, absolute calm when you sleep, very close to Bab Agnaou and its surroudings.

Maybe this riad lacks some genuine charm in the details.

Very warm reception and helpful staff

A bit remote and the area felt quite threatening at night

Staff charming, helpful and always smiled. Quite location. Rooms cleaned daily. Good breakfast served to fit in with our schedule. Overall excellent.

No complaints. Worth noting that the owners only speak very limited English. This is not a criticism .
