Located 200 metres from Dar El Bahar Palace, this guest house offers a rooftop terrace and a large patio with seating areas.
Score from 115 reviews Very good
This air-conditioned riad features a fitness center and spa with a steam bath and hot tub. The panoramic terrace offers views of Jamaâ El Fna Square, located 165 yards away.
Score from 213 reviews Very good
All the staff could not do enough to help us & the hotel central to all attractions & medina. The roof terrace was great.
The 'spa' at this hotel was not a good experience. As I have never had a Hammam before the spa staff did not advise us what to do, the Jacuzzi was cold & to be honest the whole thing was a bit of a let down for a great hotel.
The rooftop with the swimming pool was quite nice, sunny and comfortable. It is very well located, only a few minutes away from the placa Jema El Fna.
The riad itself is too dark and the rooms aren't that spacious. I booked a superior room, and it looked like a normal one.
Bed and linnen is very good Decoration tasteful Quiet inside hotel, but still in the middle of the center of the city Parking lot in front of hotel A few comfortable lounge areas in hotel including room with books and fireplace (fireplace was not lit during our stay, which could be very nice because the evenings are chilly in January) Tasteful Moroccan breakfast Nice welcome with mint tea
Wifi connection is super weak
Staff were very friendly and helpful as well as breakfast being good. We thought the spa treatment was expensive for the time dedicated to us which was meant to be 40mins for a special hammam but the staff disappeared for good 15mins of the time. Overall this is a nice Riad to stay as its less than 5mins walk to the square and souks.
The bed cover had what I guess was oil which could have been changed before we arrived.
The central location, on a main road made the Riad easy to find, which is a very positive point in Marrakech!
The lunch and dinner options were limited, and of relatively poor quality when compared to other dining options in Marrakech.
The Riad was what I expected but a few things upset our first day of our short break. When you walk through the doors it's like walking into tranquility. No noise. Just what you need after a day at the markets.
We had a few issues with the Riad. We booked two twin rooms and was told there was only one. They then said they had one but on inspection we declined as the smell from the loo was disgusting . We where then told we could have two rooms instead one one at a charge of €40 per night. Finally the rooms where sorted , went out for the night and came back to our bathroom ankle deep in water. Messed about again till it was fixed. Something we did not bargain for on a Short break. So much time wasted on trying to get things sorted.
Great location. Sadly the room was a disappointment. Small pokey room. Bathroom facilities not what we saw in the advert. Minimal breakfast buffet with staff run off their feet.
The Marrkesh Suite was big and beautiful. We both got sick and had our tour money refunded by the hotel.good recommendations for night spots and sights
Breakfast and Dinners were below average, Little to no hot water in shower, very noisy Riad with poor noise insulation, Sap quite expensive.
Nice rooms, charming Riad and staff
Breakfast was poor. No free facilities in spa ie sauna/jacuzzi.
Loved the architecture and style, as well as the rooftop terrace.
Had booked a room with two beds, and got a large king sized bed to share with my brother. They offer hamman, but at an extra cost for a limited amount of time
the staff were lovely and the road was clean and beautiful, good location
the shower was a bit broken and you can hear everything through the walls
The location is good and closed to many things. The hotel is so clean and the staff also helpful.
It is not a 4 or 5 stars hotel. So I would not write dislike comments.
Great location, short walk to the main square and the souks, lots of restaurants nearby. This place is a great relief from how hectic it is in this area of Marrakech. The terrace is very tranquil and I was given mint tea and pastries on the terrace when I arrived which was a pleasant surprise and a nice way to start my trip.
This riad was the was just beyond amazing, the mosaic art, lighting, architecture, was just beautiful. It was hard a hidden gem like this existed within the city limits. I really appreciated the staff overall service and friendliness provided. I have already referred this riad to friends visiting Marrakech next month!
All the bread at breakfast
poor breakfast,lighting in the room
The location was excellent for sight seeing, the Riad was clean, friendly & easily accessible.
The noise, the Riad seemed very noisy. Doors banging, conversations easily heard. Obviously you expect to hear noise from outside the Riad but the constant banging at night was ridiculous every night I was woken up.
Location, staff so professional , clean. And fantastic rooms !!!
Friendly, helpful staff, very customer-focused. Hamman in hotel spa - wonderful! Relaxing on roof-top terrace.
Would have liked ability to increase light levels in room but understand hotel immersing you in Moroccan interior design.
Friendly, welcoming staff. Convenient location, beautiful building, great food (try the Royal Couscous!)
Excellent location, helpful staff. Interesting and colourful country
Evening meal could have been better. Breakfast adequate
Great location, exceptional staff - would have no hesitation recommending.
The staff were really lovely, they showed us on the map how to get about and where is good to go (although we got lost anyway). The position of the riad is perfect! The square is a 5/10 minute walk away.. It is on a busy, fairly loud road but as soon as you enter the riad it is very quiet even on the rooftop! THe rooms were lovely and so clean!
Wifi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the sitting areas near reception. This didn't bother us so much as we don't come on holiday to be on the internet but for those who do..... The breakfast was nice but not much options and very carby! If you hate the sound of tweeting birds waking you up at 7am then maybe not for you!
Nice little roof top swimming pool
Room was tiny, dark and smelled funny. We stayed in 7 different hotels/ riads while traveling in Morocco and within price range we payed this one was definitely the worst !
Everything. The staff were brilliant, from greeting us at the door to organising taxis and spa treatments. It's location is good for the square and the souk. A great place to relax in a busy city.
The staff were really friendly, and the location was wonderful to be able to get outside the front door from a taxi. The terrace was beautiful too.
