The staff were helpful and organised us a taxi for the airport. The food was delicious. The roof terrace was beautiful as were the rooms. It was peaceful.

The pool is a bit small but still great.

We had a great stay at Riad Bahia Salam. We had the superior room, which had a Moroccan design and feel to it. A very comfortable room, for some it would be a bit small but for us it was perfect (rough estimate 20m2 total). Also big compliments to the staff. I've never met such a happy, friendly and welcoming staff! We had the best meals of our entire stay at the Riad. They have a large variety for dinner. And if you are troubled with and allergy, no trouble. I had a lactose and gluten allergy, which can be very troublesome for the kitchen. But not a problem at all! I even learned to make my own corn-bread from the head of the kitchen:Atika. Although a tip would be to do some preparation in explaining your allergy in French. A nice, but simple breakfast would do the tric to start the day, with a variety of 3 types of bread, pancakes, traditional Moroccan food and fruits. The location is exceptional! The terras gives an excellent view over the streetlife of Morocco and a romatic setting in the evening. In a few humble minutes you can either be in the old centre of Morocco or the Jewish part of Morocco, thus an excellent location!

Location very well positioned between the main place and the palaces. The staff were excellent, ready to help you for anything and very friendly. Beautifully decorated rooms and very quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech

The breakfast could be slightly improved, it was a shame to not have a very Moroccan breakfast. The pool was also a lot smaller than it appeared in photos. It was a shame that the internet didn't really work but then that's not what you're in Marrakech for!

The modernised Morrocan design especially the courtyard and roof terrace. The bedroom and reception rooms were tastefully furnished. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Alcohol was not available for purchase in the roof terrace bar.

The location is great, so close to the medina, the bahia palace, etc, but so quiet and relaxing. The rooftop terrace is great to relax in the afternoon when it's too hot to be walking outside. Food is very good too.

Fantastic location, lovely pool and roof top terrace, good breakfast each morning, very friendly and helpful staff and excellent rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Marrakech! It is very quiet but extremely central so it is a perfect place to relax within the busy medina.

I really liked everything about this road - the wifi didn't work in all of the rooms though, but this was not a problem for me because it worked on the terrace and main areas of the hotel.

Very helpful and staff who are fluent in english.

They seemed to have lost their alcohol license, which is a shame, because they have a nice and large terrace.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, location was brilliant and our stay was very good.

The breakfasts were very boring, it was the same for our whole week, loads of carbs! Fresh fruit would have been nice. We were a group of friends and had booked 2 twin rooms, we had double which wasn't great, they provided camp beds but it wasn't what I had hoped for or indeed paid for. The place wasn't full so I don't know why they didn't move us.

The staff were outstanding, they helped us with arranging cab lifts and organizing a camel ride. The location is great, close to Medina, but the modern area is also at waling distance. You also receive a welcome tea, very heartwarming.

The insulation of the rooms may be better and the walls could be thicker, because we heard people walking on the corridors. But this is a very minor thing, the overall stay was really enjoyable.

The staff were amazing! (really helpful - even organised a birthday cake and flowers), spa was great. Roof terrace was lovely, although a little cramped at times.

The restaurant menu is limited and breakfast was the same everyday. Wifi on the ground floor also poor. Shortage of sun loungers.

Fabulous. Excellent, friendly staff who exceeded our expectations. Beautiful authentic riad with great spa. PERFECT location. Highly recommend this riad. Excellent value. The staff made our stay a very memorable one by their genuine service and organising a 21st birthday surprise for my daughter. The library room with open fire was wonderfully cosy.and the terrace area very attractive and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Do not hesitate - you will not be disappointed with this riad. A special thank you to Saleh, a wonderful member of staff and credit to the Riad Bahia Salam! Your care was very much appreciated!

There was nothing we did not like. I would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but that is just a personal choice. Overall, an absolutely perfect choice of accommodation and location on a Marrakech visit. Book it!!

    Traditional, clean.

Breakfast good but repetitive. Lunch dinner etc bit expensive and not so nice. But it's like that in most places in Marrakech. Cold pool. But it was January. Still had a go though.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to everything without being in the very small street of the Medina which I wouldn't want to stay, especially during the evening.

Rooms were basic. Wifi didn't work at all in our room as it was downstair. We thought the indoor pool (jacuzzi) was free of charge for the guest but you had to pay a lot. Breakfast is ok, they bake you every morning Moroccan pastries, but if you wish salty breakfast, cereal you will not find it.
