Wasn't anything not to like

- convenient location, 5 mins walk to the Jemaa El Fna.

- the breakfast started a bit late at 7:30am, not suitable for those taking morning flight. - a bit noise as renovation (a pool at the terrace) was undertaking.

This was our best experience in Morocco! The riad is on a very busy street on the edge of the medina and within walking distance of everything. The staff was extremely helpful and the facilities are beautiful! We loved our two days/nights there.

The staff was very friendly! De rooms were very good and neat. The location was perfect - within 5 minutes you'd be at the square.

We were on the street side and if you can hear all the noise in the evening especially, but we weren't bothered by that. During the morning we were woken up by feet steps on the rooftop terrace - apparently our room was directly under it. Although the breakfast was really good, we got bored with it since it's the same every day (3 sorts of crepes, croissants, bread and yoghurt).

the hamam service was very bad,we did not get the treatment we had to get and payed almost full price - hamam is not recommanded at all

the staff were amazing and so helpful. We had a wonderful 5 day stay here. The location is incredible. It is only a few minute walk from El Fna and the Jewish Quarter. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need for a stay. The spa is wonderful and very relaxing. Breakfast is lovely and you can eat in the restaurant or on the terrace. I would recommend this Riad to anyone and everyone. The staff cannot do enough to help you.

The hotel was spotless and rooms were lovely. The location was ideal near to everything and had no dark alleyways to pass through at night. Staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. We had a fabulous time, we were 7 friends celebrating my 50th Birthday and could not fault a thing I had an upgrade to The Fez Suitevwhichnwas a lovely gift from the Riad.

Our suite had no exterior windows which felt odd. On the other hand, this meant it was very quiet.

The staff were very friendly and informative. Location was great and is very close to the main square.

Although breakfast was good, it is the same everyday and a little bland. Bookings.com also listed this Riad has having a fitness centre. This was one of the main reasons we had booked this Riad. However, we were very disappointed to find there was no fitness centre. I also found the room cold and it was difficult to get a good nights sleep.

The staff at the Bahia Salam were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was complimentary and authentic. The Riad is in a prime location to visit the D'Jema Fna and the Souks. It is easily accessible by taxi even though it is within the medina. The entire hotel was very modern and beautiful. The Wifi worked everywhere in the Riad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this Riad.

The only negative of Bahia Salam was that the AC did not cool our room very efficiently. However, it should be noted that we were visiting Morocco during the hottest time of the year.

The stay at Riah Bahia Salam was very pleasant. Staff is helpful and kind. Room was upgraded due to low season and pleasant. Bathroom and shower very clean. Spa is rather small but very good. Having dinner on the roof top terace was very good, looking out over Marrakech. Location is good, near Jemaa el Fna and PLce des Ferblantiers, although not directly at the most crowded place.

Price for airporttransfer is quite high if compared to local taxiprices.

The design was very traditional of Morroco, immaculately clean everywhere. Attractive bedroom and shower room. Comfortable beds. Cool and beautiful. Lovely attractive roof top terrace.

The jacuzzi was not working, and would have been nice to have a cold plunge pool in the spa area.

Everything was superb, from their excellent staff which were always willing to assist, to their beautiful riad which was an oasis in the middle of the medina. Location could not have been better. Very comfortable and inviting common areas in the riad. Great positive experience and I will recommend this riad to whoever wants to visit Marrakech

This Riad was everything I hoped it would be and more. The staff went out of there way to be helpful, the reception staff spoke English very well, waiting staff spoke a little English but could not have been more pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. And of course the cleaning staff left our room lovely, pj's folded every night with our bed turned down and lovely rose petals placed around the room and bathroom. I felt as though I was in a much more expensive hotel. The location was great. Although the Riad doesn't sell alcohol there was no problem bringing in your own when dining in the Restaurant, which was great value for money. I would have no hesitation recommending this Riad. I will return next time I visit Marrakech.

When booked through booking.com the price of the rooms were excellent value for money . parking across the road from the riad less than 2 euro / night .

The staff are very good, helpful friendly and efficient.

The rooms are small and my own rooom , 108, was directly underneath the terrace. It was very noisy from early in the morning when the cleaner starts moving the metal furniture over the tiled floor to late in the evening with guests scraping chairs on the floor. The room has almost no natural light and even with all lights on it is very dark. The decor is "tired" and a bit shabby in places. It is right on a main road and noisy on the terrace if you want to relax. There is no info in the room about facilities or meal times or about the city.

Firstly the staff were fantastic, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff and so polite and cheerful, the decor was beautiful and the location was close to everything you wanted to see in Marrakech, thank you to all staff and management for making our stay a pleasant one, we shall return.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Das kleine Spa sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage zum Marrakesch erkunden ist Ideal. as Frühstück ist genügend und das Joghurt eine Wucht!

In der ersten Nacht haben wir ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite erhalten, es war deshalb ziemlich laut. Nachdem wir nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer fragten, bekamen wir ohne Probleme ein super ruhiges Zimmer im hinteren Teil.
