Amazing Place to stay. The perfect oasis from a day in the Medina. Was greeted with mint tea and cookies upon arrival. Breakfast on the rooftop, cityview terrace was excellent.

    Everything was perfect.

Staff very friendly. Manager arranged train tickets for us.

Took over an hour for dinner one evening, although they apologized, we were not offered a drink or bread we just sat waiting.

Very nice, clean, comfortable Riad. Service is excellent, help you with anything you need and want. If you need any help with things related to your plans in morocco don't hesitate to contact Riad staff they will help you with no problem.

It is not located inside the medina which makes it a little far to go out to the center at night due to lonely and quite scary streets.

The staff were very pleasant and easy to get along with and to understand. They were very keen to please. The room was very comfortable and very modern with an ipod speaker connection, TV, and wi-fi which was important as there is not a lot to do in the evening in Fez. The location is in the medina but less than 5 minute walk from a gate and taxis. It is very quiet for sleeping. One can order dinner at the riad or walk to restaurants 5 minutes away. I always felt safe in the area.

The only thing I would improve was the lighting in our room which was very dim in the bathroom and near the sofa.

VERY friendly and professional staff. Beautifully decorated traditional riad (the photos on the website do not do justice to the beauty of the place). Very comfortable room. The view over the Medina from the terrasse on top of the house is breath-taking. Nice proposition to arrange for door-to-door taxi pick-up from/to the airport.

Had a wondeful visit to Riad Braya. Staff went out of their way to make us welcome and were always available for any request. Loved the breakfast that you order each evening for the next morning. STunning view from rooftop terrace and the courtyard in the Riad is gorgeous. Very good location, ten minute walk to the Bab Boujloud and main streets of the Medina.

The location is excellent. It was our honeymoon and we had a great time there. I can say many great things about the hotel but it takes too long. Especially the stuff was almost perfect. Some small gifts, many info. About the city... thank you guys for everything...

    Wifi could be better...

Very nice staff, flexible with our booking as we reserved two suites which was in the end not suitable for our children and they proposed for us to take the less expensive double room. Breakfast on the roof is just magic. Location is marvelous

would be nice to heat the pool in winter, or at least to indicate clearly on the website that the pool is not heated.

The hotel was clean and located inside the Medina. It was very nice and we got a menu every night for our breakfast and could choose what we wanted and where we ate. We ate on the terrace and the food was exceptional. The staff was also super friendly and was very helpful (Ashraf and Yusef). Best service I've had outside the states. I would go here again.

    There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Top friendly and helpful staff. Very good view if you have a breakfast at the terrace

I could hear everything that happened in the street, neighbour rooms or at the lobby, but it was not an issue for me. The hotel is at pedestrian area, thus you will not be able to reach directly to the hotel by a taxi. But the hotel arranged a taxi for me and the driver helped with all my luggage to bring it from taxi to the hotel.

The riad is beautifull but a little bit to unpersonal. It has big rooms and a nice view over the medina of Fes. Friendly staff.

    - The plastic cover over the courtyard made enoying noise - Not all of the staff understood proper english or French (exept the manager who speaks very good English) - Wifi should reach the terrace - Bad communication. Somebody would pick us up, we thought by foot. A taxi picked us up and asked a lot of money when arriving at the riad. After a small discussion. We didn't pay.

This Riad is GORGEOUS and the view from the rooftop terrace just beautiful!!! I was a bit skeptical at first since it was rated high but had so few reviews but then I realized that it only opened recently and what a great find it was! Flat screen t.v.'s with fabulous satellite cable, a/c and the pool was refreshing and perfect after a day out sightseeing. The staff (Hassan and Ashraf) were really nice and accommodating to our needs. It's also located close to the main shopping area of the old Medina with fun restaurants, lots of shops and a hotel with a full bar close by. We had breakfast every morning on the rooftop and didn't want to leave :) We had them arrange transportation to pick us up from the train station and also a guide to show us around the narrow and very confusing Medina both of which were excellent. What really impressed me the most was that I was a total bonehead and forgot my wallet with quite a bit of money and passport in our room safe and only remembered when we were half way on a train back to Casablanca. We had a cell phone and within 10 minutes of contacting Ashraf he was able to get in contact with the driver that took us to the train station and arrange for him to drive my wallet to Casablanca so I wouldn't miss my flight early the next morning. Phenomenal service!!!!!

When we first checked in we asked for a map of the Medina and they went out and bought one for us which was ok but it would be nice for them to have maps readily available with key sights of the Medina and city clearly marked. I also know it's nothing they can control but there's a odor in the bathroom that I believe comes from the very old city piping of the Medina definitely not a deal breaker but sometimes smelly.
