The staff prepared a simple iftar for us. It was nice of him to do so considering we were not able to have the morning breakfast. The location was perfect and few minutes from some of the main attractions (i.e. Madrasa)

The owner and Rachid are fantastic, Moroccan hospitality at its best. Very good central location in the medina but quiet at the same time. Can highly recommend to stay there if you plan a trip to Marrakech !

Patrick and his team made us very welcome. They were extremely helpful and hospitable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Riad Chafia. We felt very lucky to have found this little gem.

It is advisable to organise a transfer to the Riad on arrival as along with most other medina accommodation it would be difficult to find initially on your own.

Patricia the owner was very helpfull and kind . he helped us with tours and managed to help us rent a car for the best price and last minute. The Riad is lovely and only around ten min from the main square. the best restaurants are very close as Well as some main attractions. will return as soon as we have a chance.

It was perfect . just book airport pickup as the first time its hard to find

Its a beautifully designed Riad in the heart of Medina. Friendly staff, clean and spacious. Good Wifi and an excellent breakfast as well.

As with all Riad's it can be hard to find. They should create a good map with directions to the Riad.

Patrick and his assistant Rashid - so incredibly helpful! Far enough from the main square hubbub to be peaceful and quiet. Rooms are small but adorable. There's good wifi, a jacuzzi, and plenty of nooks and crannies to sit and converse or read if you'd like to.

A good 10m walk from Djemaa el Fna so a bit far if you're not very mobile but if you are it's perfect. Breakfast was daily Moroccan pancakes, which I don't like, and jams and butter (I'm more of a savoury person so I would have preferred some cheese).

We liked breakfast on the roof terrace, Patrick our host, who showed us the way through the medina several times, and his staff, and the peace of the Riad after the craziness outside. Patrick speaks very good English as well. Our children also liked the tortoises on the roof terrace. Good hot showers as well.

    We had no complaints

My friend and I had an amazing experience at Riad Chafia - the owner Patrick was so helpful and always there answer our questions and did not hesitate to sort out excursions and itineraries for us. The riad itself was beautiful and very clean, a calm oasis from the hustle and bustle of the medina even though it is right in the heart of it. The staff were super friendly and we felt so relaxed during the entire stay. I highly recommend this riad to anyone planning a trip to Marrakech!!

Absolutely fabulous atmosphere, cosy and elegant, in the best part of the medina. Lovely, clean, and extremely well decorated. Patrick, the owner, is a magnificent person, always coming up with ideas and suggestions to make the best of our stay. It was our first visit to Morocco. He helped us adapt to the city and customs, and he managed to make us feel at home and to fall in love with the city and the country. Superb experience. We are desperate to come back!! Insha'Allah ;)

    Everything was perfect.

Most tastefully decorated riad in Marrakech. The host goes out of his way to help and guide and arrange trips and anything we wanted. This was our second time in Riad Chafia and having experienced other riads, we couldn't stay anywhere else now.

Good location in the Medina. Charming riad with very friendly owners/staff. Good breakfast.

Rooms are pretty dark. Minor comment: fresh juice at breakfast would have been great!

Location is great giving easy access to the main square and most other attractions. Very quiet and safe location. Owner and the staff are excellent hosts and very friendly an helpful. Serves the best Mint Tea in Marrakech!

We both use iPhone/iPads and there was a compatibility issue with the Riad's router that meant we had no Internet access. The staff tried to resolve the issue but could not. They did however allow us to borrow their laptop which was very helpful. Some clearer sign posts to the Riad would be very helpful as it is quite difficult to find with its hidden entrance.

The friendliness and support of Patrick and Rachid. They looked after us way beyond what would normally be expected. For example, the medina is an easy place to get lost and so they took the time to take us to the places we wanted to go
